Unfortunatly something has…read morechanged. i have items in a self storage unit. they require a copy of the declaration page of my insurance policy covering goods in storage. This has been no problem in the past for this insurance office. Recently the policy came up for renewal and the storage place wants confirmation on the renewed policy of course. I scheduled the payment online and it was paid. two days after that I asked Carol Drakes office to email me the new declarations page for the current policy so I did not have to buy additional insurance from the storage place. Well this is where the problem begins. They confirmed that the payment had been processed and the policy was good for another year. I asked for the declarations page and what they sent me started with a BALANCE DUE page showing the policy as expiring in a few days. After more emails and days....they still would not/could not send me a declarations page for the new current policy. I was told by the office manager that this is designed by headquarters and comes as a package and that the BALANCE DUE page means nothing. So I will have to purchase the additional insurance from the storage place because Carl Drakes office manager thinks what she sent was more than what is needed. No common sense. I am afraid this demonstrates what is going to happen if I ever need to make a claim. not a good place to start from. This is why I am going to be leaving State Farm, Carol Drakes office, and obtain different coverage. I hope you have better luck with this office.

    Stay FAR AWAY! I would never recommend…read more Does not write correct home insurance policies for proper coverage. Will over charge your plan, even when you provide proof of correct calculations. Does not follow consumer law and payment transparency. Does not cancel your autopay when you request it to be completed. The staff and supervisor Lydia will blatantly lie to your face and tell you "their office is not your agent," should they not want to assist nor work. This entire office will mislead you and not offer any options. Ensure you work direct with the corporate office, as this company is fraudulent in all aspects. Will not assist you in ANY FORM NOR fashion to retain you as a customer should you have an issue. This office is unorganized, misleads and is 100% chaotic. Stay far away.

And that I can understand. Please make sure The head honcho, CEO of the company sees my review. I'd like to see that both are acknowledged for being such a asset to this company.
