She claimed there has to be a 30-day window (only), documentation that shows our address. According to her, that was the only way that proof of address would suffice. Me and my husband came in cheerful after work trying to get a loan. While trying to gather documents she decided to take calls. After her call she took two more calls. I had to ask if she's still helping us and she literally told us after I finish these calls. The rudest customer service experience I have ever had, not only in Henderson but EVER!!
