I come to this location a lot to avoid issues but unfortunately I now will have to avoid this…read morelocation as well ... it's quite unprofessional that two employees are chatting while me , being the only customer in the store is waiting quite a bit . I understand having a second to do your job but chatting & giggling while I have children waiting in my car is just disrespectful to someone's time . It's as simple as finishing up your conversation for a later time when you are customer free . Kimberley is even putting the phone call on speaker phone which I feel is highly unprofessional as well to verify a check . I don't mind but someone else might & I just think it's strange because I've NEVER had someone do that before . Just a heads up management !

They gave me incorrect information about my payoff and when I tried to call to ask them to help me with some extra funds They kept telling me the manager was in a meeting but would call me before she left. Which she didn't.. one guy was particularly difficult. He told me they would call me today and of course they did not. With such outrageous fees who would think they would be more helpful and try to keep me coming back to give them more money! When this loan is paid in full I will NEVER return to check city. I called Money Tree and they said they could do it, but when I showed up they said the same thing other two banks said. I called PayPal in frustration and they deposited my check for free. Overall a pretty weird, frustrating situation, but I figured it was worth a Yelp as I didn't realize PayPal did stuff like this and without needing to drive or wait around in line. I am giving Money Tree 3 stars despite their inability to help me, because their front desk staff was pretty nice. This review is mainly a reflection of the business and not so much the employees.

One Nevada Credit Union off of Sunset and Marks in Henderson, NV is probably the finest financial…read moreinstitution I have ever dealt with. After my husband passed away four years ago, there were a lot of banking and financial issues and difficulties that I had to deal with. One Nevada very kindly and patiently walked me through each and every issue. Whether in person or on the phone, I have NEVER had anything close to a negative experience. They always go above and beyond to help me and then some. For example, I went into the branch today with my granddaughter and Miss Yvonne was so kind and helpful. Just a genuinely nice person. Again, she went above and beyond to help me with an issue that most banks don't handle. But, she found a way to help me with two separate issues I was having. One Nevada, you are stuck with me until one of us is no longer around. Love you all!!! Gail Howe
