I had a very positive experience with Alexis and Adora at this branch. They were very patient and detailed in explaining their services.

The woman behind the counter i think her name is Alexis. She is extremely rude and very impatient. I was trying to send money to western union and i was trying to read the terms and was told to "move over" so she can help another customer. "Mover over?" If she would of been more pleasant and asked me in a different manner then maybe i would of had a better experience. This place is a joke. Need better training read more

Alexis the store Manager represents the company HORRIBLY!!!! She comes to the counter at 9:00am eating hot Cheetos!! Wanting to do transactions. Had to tell her to use sanitizer before touching my card!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! No welcome to the store when I walked in. Just blant and RUDE!! I don't know honestly why she is a manager. Also witnessed her calling the police on a costumer. Did not hear any yelling from them or raised voices. This place is useless. I went there to cash a check from my employer twice. Once, because they couldn't verify it due to not being able to get in touch with the company (which is a drs office and it was a Sunday) so understandably, they were unable to contact anyone. I went back on a couple days later when my employers office was open, explained the situation and they said they were gonna try and call the office to verify. They said they were unable to verify. I called my boss/the doctor and he said he gave them verification and told them it was ok. It was Christmas time and having that money was going to help. I ended up going to Money Tree, the lady there was so helpful And she successfully completed my transaction. read more

I had just got off a 12 hour shift and spent a hole ride home thinking of how I was going to make a payment and or get an extension. When I saw that open sign I couldn't do anything but pray that I didn't have to go half across town to the orig. store I got the loan from. GINA, couldn't have been any nicer and informative!!! Today I witnessed her deal with a lady customer that had forgotten her bank log in information and asked Georgina to go around the system and Gina politely said we can't do that is not our policy and against the current laws, well this lady got arrogant and in a condescending manner said I dont appreciate you accusing me of wanting me to break the law, but in retrospect that is what she was asking. Friday October 19th 2018 at 4:45 p.m. I went in to load some money on my prepaid card I asked a balance on it she told me the balance before she asked me for any idea my name after she told me the balance she asked me for my ID I said you already have my picture you know what I look like if you just gave me my balance so then she was like what's your date of birth I see you already seen my date of birth if he just gave me my balance and then I gave her my date of birth and then she asked me 4 times trying to be a schmuck so I told her she was a smart so then she didn't want to help me so that she had to wait for the next girl next girl that was in the line she Ducks down under the table for a few minutes and it comes back I was like what are you guys both trying to be smart so they like we're not going to help you then I said let me speak to the supervisor she goes and speaks to the supervisor's supervisor never came out so then I go to my car I call and ask to speak to the supervisor they put me on hold and never came to the phone so I went to another check city and loaded the money on my card with no problem I spoke with both of their managers which gave me a number to call to make a complaint I was going to let it go until today October 20th around 10:45 when I'm at work I get a call I missed call so I call back and it's the young lady she states her name I said what are you guys harassing me now I never left my number therefore she had to go back into my file to get my number to call me to hang up on me I'm very long because that means she has access to my social security number and so forth I'm not going to let this go because the way those two girls and a supervisor manager was in a store it's like they have done this before so they don't care about a complaint read more
