I went in on Saturday july 2nd just to see if they do money orders. They didn't, but when I got in, there was a HUGE line all the way to the front door! And the lady that was working, Bianca was the ONLY one working!!!! But man, she handled it so well. I witnessed frustrated customers being impatient and Bianca did her best to help at once. She kept going back and fourth from the computers she had. I never seen anyone work that hard. She offered everyone water and chips. She had the best customer service with everyone of us! I don't know how she did it, if that were me, I would not be as patient and friendly as her! Even tho they didn't have what I needed, I just had to write a review on how AMAZINGLY Bianca did!!!! I can't believe they only had just her working. They should be fully staffed. I applaud her for doing so well. read more

Maylet was the customer service representative that assisted my husband Jonathan and I. When we entered your store. We first called and Maylet advised us on the phone prior to our visit what we needed to get a loan. Maylet is very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone as well as in person. I inquired about employment and Maylet also directed me where to apply. Most short-term loan places want a lot of information, even on a reborrow application. Cash One Loans is quick, easy to work with as far as payback obligations, Cash One Loans is the place I will continue to frequent and refer friends also. Thanks, Maylet for your awesome Service at the Cash One Henderson Store on Warm Springs. It is refreshing to get wonderful customer service on the phone and in person. Thanks again Maylet! You rock! Quick, easy and informative. Customer service was excellent. Sam had all the answers to my questions and wasn't afraid to spark up a personal conversation; treating me as an equal peer and not just another customer. Good guy, great service! Only 1 complaint, which is: Can we get this mans and his fellow coworkers a reliable printer? One that works on the first try, rather than working on the 3rd or 4th try. They deserve it. Other than that, very pleased with my experience. read more
