I come to this location a lot to avoid issues but unfortunately I now will have to avoid this location as well ... it's quite unprofessional that two employees are chatting while me , being the only customer in the store is waiting quite a bit . I understand having a second to do your job but chatting & giggling while I have children waiting in my car is just disrespectful to someone's time . It's as simple as finishing up your conversation for a later time when you are customer free . Kimberley is even putting the phone call on speaker phone which I feel is highly unprofessional as well to verify a check . I have had good customer experience in the past but this time they really messed me up..leaving me unable to pay what I needed to pay. They gave me incorrect information about my payoff and when I tried to call to ask them to help me with some extra funds They kept telling me the manager was in a meeting but would call me before she left. Which she didn't.. one guy was particularly difficult. He told me they would call me today and of course they did not. With such outrageous fees who would think they would be more helpful and try to keep me coming back to give them more money! When this loan is paid in full I will NEVER return to check city. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. please. No matter how desperate you are for money...DO NOT give them your business! Find a different way. read more

Kim was great. I drove to 3 different check cashing businesses in Las Vegas and none of them would cash my IRS check for me because the check was higher than the limits that they could take. Also the other ones were charging me 4% to cash the check. Check City only charged me 1.99% & gave me great information on their deals for tax preparation. She was very knowledgeable and gave me amazing tips as well as signed me up for their Netspend card that is going to help me with rentals and other things like that. Today was a challenging day. Every thing that could go wrong was going wrong. Until I got to Check City Bill, Shakata, and Jasmine were amazing. After having the worst day possible. They were able to turn it around and help me make sure everything was taken care of. All three employees participated any providing me with excellent customer service. I would recommend using that location and hopefully you are able to receive service with one of these employees. They all go over and beyond to make sure your needs are met. So many money centers are difficult to use anymore. So if your looking for fast, efficient service with people that care this is the place to go. read more

i have had the best check cashing experiences of my LIFE in this place. Usually they are full of bored 20 to 30 year olds who don't really care if you get what you need or not.! I would have written this earlier today but was running around but no computer and Yelp wants you to use the app if not on your laptop. The guy who helped us today was unbelievable. AND he was the SAME DUDE who saved my life 2 weeks ago getting a difficult Western Union out. One star or less. No compassion when the mistake was theirs leaving me 800 short to pay my bills. Do not go there They promised to call and didn't. Made NO effect to correct their mistake. I absolutely love this place! I cash my checks every two weeks here just because of the customer service I receive. Micah is my absolute favorite. Honestly I always look for her when I walk into the building hoping she'll be the one to cash my check. She knows me on a name-to-name basis and has done everything to help me! Her and someone else helped me with my taxes and they were both incredibly helpful and I really felt like it was a judge-free zone and that I could ask anything! Wtf! I'm so pissed! I have been coming here borrowing payday loans for over a year and a half. The old manager Micha had good customer service. A quality I didn't realize until now is not normal. I was just in trying to update my pay statements but sin e i drive for Lyft/uber i don't get pay stubs. The teller Roseanna was super uninformed she must be new. The after I was printing off my weekly stubs from the uber website Brandy the manager says that pay statements don't work. I'm not sure where she got that idea so I told her I just don't have any statements for December because my car was in the shop. Without trying to hear anything o had to say she basically told me I can't borrow any money because I didn't work in December what the freak! I'm do pissed I wasted and hour there for nothing! Micha I miss you, now I won't be. Coming back because the manager do2snt even try to work with anyone. I don't understand how she works with people. read more

I want to let people know that the people who work at the Mallring Circle store really go the distance for the customers. My account had gotten all messed up from my bank error and my payment was paid but returned unpaid so I was being charged penalties by both merchant and bank, I had to open up my bank account and show them the transaction history, which they reviewed with me and could see the problem and how it occurred. My payment as well as the returned check fees were reversed and everything was straightened out and made right. I only wish that Bank of America had been as cooperative. I would like to say that if you ever find yourself in the position of needing a short term loan, this is the place to take one out, they are a wonderful crew with great management. read more
