The Girl that took care of me on1/12/24 was ok in the beginning but after paper work was do so didn't go over the paper work or anything I think it was not very professional on her part smh read more

Moving to Vegas in a pandemic isn't easy and moving always costs twice what you expected. I walked in with no appt on a Saturday and walked out with cash in hand in 30 minutes. They also offer cashless transactions if you don't want to handle paper money. The offices are spacious and they are doing a great job with social distancing. I felt very safe and relieved that I can make it to payday stress free. Bring paper copies of your paycheck if you can but if not I was able to upload my documents from my phone which was also awesome. Also bring a bill to prove your residency. read more

I wish I could leave ZERO stars...With perfect payment history and a valid paystub I was not allowed to obtain a new loan today...If a customer is asking questions to inquire about options for approval the phrase "I keep telling you" should never be used especially by a manager! I do not know your policy so as a customer I will ask questions to gain assistance with my concern. Thank you for nothing Tricia! read more

I found the DLC in henderson, very nice and professional. They do take a bit longer with the paperwork, but the was ok. They have month payment schedule. Yes all these loans are expensive, but i would recommend this DLC to friends and family read more

Loan sharks. Will call your job and call your phone 4 times a day. When you explain you cannot pay loan back immediately they are quick to tell you they will report it to collections and ruin your credit. Not a company looking to help you. All they care about is the money and high interest rates. Just all around really poor. When I get the money to pay this company back -- I plan on never loaning with them again as they have continually harassed me over the phone and at work. read more

They take so so long here to get a loan and seems like everyone here is new, have no clue what there doin.

I wish I can give a zero rating. First their loan application is very very slow. Be prepared to spend about 45 mins for a loan application. Now to the story. Avoid this lender as much as possible. They are high interest, 199% apr, lender who report to credit bureau the good and the bad. With my good payment history, I requested payment extension by 2 weeks because of a little financial distress which was approved by their agent. When It was time to pay, I sent out my one payment and they rejected it. Saying I was supposed to make two payments. That wasn't true, someone didn't document my conversation. My payment piled up to 3 payments and I had trouble paying. Then they asked me to make a small payment to be able to arrange a smaller payment plan for a short time. I was happy. Meanwhile they never mentioned to me that a late payment will be reported to credit bureau even though they caused the problem and I'm working out repayment with them. Suddenly I got credit alert that dollar loan center reported a missed payment on my credit. I was shocked. I called them and they told me they won't take it off. They said they may take it off after I pay all my debt. Who will believe an uncertain promise? They even fired the staff that rejected my money because I was told she no longer works there. So they want me to pay the cost of someone else's mistake with my credit report. My credit dropped a lot of points like almost went down to nothing. Avoid these people so you don't get screwed up like me. read more

I wish I could give a half of a star. This place sucks! Avoid them at all costs! They try and make you take out a car title loan for way more than you need. They don't even give you the opportunity to get anything lower than $2,500. They waste your time going through all the paperwork, and take pictures of your car, start the car, try the heater and AC then they talk to corp. wasting way more of your time, even though they know you are late for work as it is. Not to mention, taking payments from others while still typing up your info, causing you to be even more late for work! This place is terrible! read more
