Although they didn't have the exact vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted on the lot, they located one at another Ram dealership in Las Vegas, executed a dealer trade, and had the vehicle delivered the dealership that same day. I worked with Coco on my test drive, ALI BAGHBADARANI and JEREMY BOWLEN on the price negotiation, and MANNY HERRERA on the transaction. They all treated me with respect, there were no high pressure tactics, and the entire transaction flowed quite wonderfully from beginning to end. I consider myself to be a very tough negotiator and have no problems playing hardball to get what I want at a price I want, but I never had a need to play hardball with the Towbin team because they went beyond expectations to meet my purchase requirements. A special shoutout to Jeremy who I spent the most time with, for a nice conversation about many other things unrelated to our transaction, Ali for his kind and respectful treatment of me and my wife (and we love the British accent), and to Manny who got me through Financing in the shortest amount of time possible (I think it was 25 minutes). Thanks Towbin Ram. We'll be doing more business in the future.

I…read moreresearched vehicles online and put in all the specifications that I was in search of, and found a 2025 Nissan Sentra in Palmdale, CA, shipped it for $99 and waited for it to arrive. The online shopping experience was straightforward, and the communication and text updates were smooth and non-burdensome. I did the financing online to get an idea of where we would be and also sought out financing through America First Credit Union to make sure I had the best interest rate (in the economy, you have to save where you can). We test-drove the car with Bryan M., and he was great to work with. The CarMax experience is definitely different because there aren't any deals or haggled pricing, so you will want to do your research and know what the car you are interested in costs as a new vehicle and as a used vehicle at a dealership, so you can cross-reference prices. We test drove another vehicle just to make sure we were confident in our choice. Bryan ran a finance credit check for us, and after comparing the rates, we ended up using America First Credit Union. After researching and comparing the extended warranty protection packages, the CarMax service protection plan is really comprehensive and covers a lot so it was a tough decision. It is very well reviewed. We did end up going with the plan AFCU offered because it was comparable and extended to 120K miles. We brought our check in the next day, and we were in and out within an hour of our scheduled appointment. Bryan didn't pressure us to buy anything additional, and I appreciated his customer service and professionalism. When we ran into a snag with the computer system, the management stepped in and problem-solved right away, and it didn't hold us up in any way. The car was washed and ready to go! Small hiccup with vehicle and it needs a maintenance within 24 hours but I am not worried because they were prompt in response and even though it was Bryan's day off he responded with directions. After carefully…read moreconsidering our options, we paid the $149 vehicle transfer fee to have the vehicle delivered to the CarMax West Warm Springs location in Henderson, Nevada. On Sunday, June 21, at 4:00 PM, we attended a scheduled test drive. The representative who assisted us, Daviana, was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. After reviewing the vehicle, we expressed our interest in purchasing it but requested one additional day to complete a final test drive before making our decision. Daviana informed us that she could place the vehicle on hold until the close of business on Monday, June 22, which gave us confidence that the vehicle would remain available while we finalized our purchase decision. Today, we contacted CarMax to inform the team that we were on our way to the West Warm Springs location to complete our final test drive and proceed with the purchase. However, during that call, we spoke with a representative named Eric, who informed us that the vehicle was already being processed for shipment to Texas for another potential buyer. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated by this news. We relied on the assurance provided by your representative that the vehicle had been placed on hold for us. Based on that understanding, we felt comfortable taking the additional time needed to complete our evaluation of the vehicle before making a significant purchase decision. While Eric apologized for the situation and offered us a credit toward a future vehicle transfer or test drive, the issue extends beyond the transfer fee. We invested a substantial amount of time and effort researching vehicles, comparing options, arranging schedules, and ultimately identifying a vehicle that met our needs. Finding another comparable vehicle may take weeks or even months. We were informed that the issue may have been caused by a system or computer glitch. While we understand that technical issues can occur, customers should not bear the consequences of internal system failures, especially when they have relied on information provided by CarMax employees. The assurances given to us were ultimately not honored, and as a result, we lost the opportunity to purchase a vehicle we were seriously prepared to buy. This experience has left us disappointed with how the situation was handled. We believe greater accountability and communication are needed to prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future. We respectfully request that CarMax review this incident, determine what went wrong, and provide a meaningful resolution beyond a future transfer credit.

Several Toyota team members stood out and have convinced me this is the best dealership in the Las Vegas area. Firstly, Alejandro Marquez, sales representative, was excellent. Also, the sales manager, Alex Paz, was tough, honest, and made the perfect deal for me. Plus, there was Salvatore Tucci, who helped me set up the car with my phone and made many adjustments to suit my preferences. Shakra, from Customer Service, was very helpful with my DMV registration. Since I had many other options for buying my new Toyota, this team stands out for their honesty and great service. I will recommend this dealership and will be back for my next Toyota.

The full KBB price was not given as promised, they just added $4000 to trade in and added it to the sticker I never saw. Again, without my knowledge. Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

I understand having a second to do your job but chatting & giggling while I have children waiting in my car is just disrespectful to someone's time . It's as simple as finishing up your conversation for a later time when you are customer free . Kimberley is even putting the phone call on speaker phone which I feel is highly unprofessional as well to verify a check . I don't mind but someone else might & I just think it's strange because I've NEVER had someone do that before . Just a heads up management !

They gave me incorrect information about my payoff and when I tried to call to ask them to help me with some extra funds They kept telling me the manager was in a meeting but would call me before she left. Which she didn't.. one guy was particularly difficult. He told me they would call me today and of course they did not. With such outrageous fees who would think they would be more helpful and try to keep me coming back to give them more money! When this loan is paid in full I will NEVER return to check city. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. please. No matter how desperate you are for money...DO NOT give them your business! Find a different way.
