I recently purchased a truck from Towbin Ram in Henderson and I'm pleased to report that the experience was first class in every possible way. Although they didn't have the exact vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted on the lot, they located one at another Ram dealership in Las Vegas, executed a dealer trade, and had the vehicle delivered the dealership that same day. I worked with Coco on my test drive, ALI BAGHBADARANI and JEREMY BOWLEN on the price negotiation, and MANNY HERRERA on the transaction. They all treated me with respect, there were no high pressure tactics, and the entire transaction flowed quite wonderfully from beginning to end. I consider myself to be a very tough negotiator and have no problems playing hardball to get what I want at a price I want, but I never had a need to play hardball with the Towbin team because they went beyond expectations to meet my purchase requirements. A special shoutout to Jeremy who I spent the most time with, for a nice conversation about many other things unrelated to our transaction, Ali for his kind and respectful treatment of me and my wife (and we love the British accent), and to Manny who got me through Financing in the shortest amount of time possible (I think it was 25 minutes). This service dept is a joke, I took my 2023 RAM in for a check engine light, already knowing what the issue was and also knowing there was a service bulletin for the code. The service advisor (Lawrence Hancock) and the Svc Mgr (didn't get his name), told me that problem with my truck and that code was the Banks Monster Ram Intake and that I needed to remove that. I took the truck to a dealership in Utah, and lo and behold the truck was fixed and the problem was covered under warranty. I will NEVER go to Towbin Dodge or any of their other dealerships, it was worth the 2 hour drive to Utah. read more

Well, since February I have been back and forth to service with this truck and no end in site. It is now there for a part that may finally be in. The last issue of being able to charge the phone kind of got dismissed as heat related. Let me tell you if this truck can't charge a phone by cord in the heat it's worse than I thought. Still trailer light test available even though we bought it with one, phones don't connect and last time I got a dirty truck back and I had to wait for them to replace the fuel that was used. I blame the dealer sales department mostly as they weren't clear that when we were signing papers it was having a recall addressed that they never told us about. And now we are here with a truck that is a safety hazard and doesn't work as it should. Service is ok, but the entire experience has taken a serious toll on stress, usability, value and general perception of ram and Towbin. I bought a used 2005 Dodge Dakota last month. It had a clean carfax report and no reported issues with just over 104000 miles. After a couple of days of negotiating a final sale with Jeremy Bowlen. Who was a hell of a salesman bending over backwards to make his commission. I bought the vehicle semi-understanding the clause of the contract stating the vehicle is sold "As is." Meaning the moment I took it off the lot, all the liability lies on me. Only 4 days of having the truck in my possession. The check engine light came on, followed by the truck giving out completely on me both mechanically and electronically. Now, not only is the check engine but both the break and ABS system are apparent. I asked Jeremy if there was anything he could possibly do for me considering the purchase was so new. He advised I go to Autozone to get a diagnosis. Then afterwards ignored all forms of contact for a week. I finally walked into Towbin personally to see what I could do about my problem. Hours of my time wasted waiting on a service check while Jermey dodged me. Only for them to tell me there was nothing they can do for me without charging. Since the vehicle was sold as is. Legally, a sales representatives verbal promises are not legally binding unless in writing. Jeremy verbally promised that he wasn't selling me a lemon, nor couldn't due to Dodges standards. Beware of Hidden "Extras" Towbin Dodge reinforced every negative stereotype about car dealerships and used car salesmen there is. From the beginning, they tacked on a number of "extras" like window tint, GPS, and a clear bra -- none of which I asked for. The worst part? The clear bra was clearly old, yellowed, and obviously from the previous owner. When I pointed this out, they refused to remove the $899 cost and only offered a small discount to repair the damaged portioned On top of that, they had promised to tint the front windows, for the $399 window tint fee, before I arrived to pick up the car -- but that wasn't done either. When I asked about it, I got nothing but deflection and excuses. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives car salespeople a bad name. I went to this dealership in particular because there aren't many Dodge Direct Connection Power Brokers and for anyone looking for performance parts, you know that these types of kits can be hard to get. Anyway, I ordered a SRT front fascia kit for my Challenger. When the kit finally arrived, two parts were incorrectly included from the manufacturer after the almost three week delivery wait. I told Tony about this and he and the rest of his team went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed correctly and as quickly as possible. I wish I would've gotten the name of the guy I spoke with but he was very helpful and accommodated my hectic schedule. Fast forward 2 days later, I show up on time and was informed by girl #1 that there was going to be a bit of a wait. I told her I was pressed for time so she said she would see what she could do. Chef Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable The problem started with the 4.5 hours of haggling to get them to sell me the truck at the Sale Price Marked On The Vehicle! Wow! It's hard for me to describe how difficult they were to deal with. This was an exhausting experience. I would not call this an honest dealership. We finished up after 9 pm and headed for the truck when they informed us they were missing 3 different sets of keys for truck. One key fob for the ignition, keys for the topper on the truck and keys for the ski rack on top of the topper. They acted as if it was no big deal that I'll have to pay about $400 to replace the keys. I feel this was important info to disclose during negotiations. Good luck with these guys. read more

It's been back to the dealership three different occasions once for a week and the most recent it's been there for six weeks nothing like paying $1300 a month for a truck that sits at the dealership. With no call with updates you have to call yourself and then for them to tell you the part is on definite backorder. We can't give you a loaner truck but we can give you a Fiat. Unless you want to pay for your own rental car. And possibly get paid back for the rental. After telling my service advisor that I need to make sure my truck is back by March 1, and then calling back around that time only for them to say it's been delayed a week you will definitely have your truck next week then to find out Your part is on definite backorder. We have no idea when your part will be here. When he escalated it to a higher up, they told him they don't want to get involved because it could delay things.
