I recently purchased a truck from Towbin Ram in Henderson and I'm pleased to report that the experience was first class in every possible way. Although they didn't have the exact vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted on the lot, they located one at another Ram dealership in Las Vegas, executed a dealer trade, and had the vehicle delivered the dealership that same day. I worked with Coco on my test drive, ALI BAGHBADARANI and JEREMY BOWLEN on the price negotiation, and MANNY HERRERA on the transaction. They all treated me with respect, there were no high pressure tactics, and the entire transaction flowed quite wonderfully from beginning to end. I consider myself to be a very tough negotiator and have no problems playing hardball to get what I want at a price I want, but I never had a need to play hardball with the Towbin team because they went beyond expectations to meet my purchase requirements. A special shoutout to Jeremy who I spent the most time with, for a nice conversation about many other things unrelated to our transaction, Ali for his kind and respectful treatment of me and my wife (and we love the British accent), and to Manny who got me through Financing in the shortest amount of time possible (I think it was 25 minutes). Thanks Towbin Ram. We'll be doing more business in the future. read more

Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. I always try to be fair when leaving reviews because I understand that every business can have an off day, and I don't believe one experience necessarily represents the entire dealership. That being said, I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout the purchasing process. I often felt like I was the one having to reach out for updates, and there were times when I was expecting a call back but did not receive one. I also felt that my salesperson could have been more knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, especially when making such a significant purchase. I do want to recognize Amy in finance. She was the person I felt I had the most communication with throughout the process, and I truly appreciated her assistance. I never expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect good communication and to feel valued as a customer. I'm leaving this review respectfully and constructively in hopes that my feedback is taken into consideration and helps improve the experience for future customers. I genuinely wish the dealership and its staff the best. read more

Don't EVER in your life even consider buying any of their products ESPECIALLY the EV vehicles. Worse car buying experience in my life. I've taken this 2025 Daytona EV in for repairs and software updates 5 times in one year. Even when i first got the car the was no washer fluid in the car. Even worse i brought it to their attention and they came back from the parts department with a bottle of washer fluid explaining to me how to put it in myself! WTF!!! Brand new car!!! I've called Stellantis as well as Tobin Dodge and customer care and have opened multiple cases explaining my situation all for them to basically say they aren't gonna do anything about it just keep paying for the car and be happy is what i got out of it. I've had to take off work every time the car needed whatever it needed and they never called to tell me about the updates or recalls at all. No text, no call, no email, nothing!!! I always find out the hard way. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCTS! I'm currently in talks with my attorney about getting them to buy the lease back or get me out of it. A brand new car should not have that many issues in that short period of time regardless if they are fixing it or not, it takes time away from work and money out of my pocket that i could use to pay for this piece of shit vehicle. Again don't ever buy anything from this place or Stellantis at all. You will regret it i guarantee you. Also they have no lease payment deferrals. They just keep you stuck with an UNRELIABLE product and everyone i talk to just passes you on to the next person for help that you ever get. Save yourself time, money and overall trouble. Not worth it!!! read more

The service advisers are excellent but the diagnostic team is horrible and they try to sell you replacements that you don't need. For instance, they tried selling me a one thousand dollar alternator and said my battery needed to be replaced at $650.00 They try to get you to believe them instead of being honest with the customers. Lastly, the service area isn't even air conditioned and it's extremely hot and uncomfortable standing there and seeing the service advisor hot and sweaty. I don't recommend Towbin Dodge for any car service!!! read more

This service dept is a joke, I took my 2023 RAM in for a check engine light, already knowing what the issue was and also knowing there was a service bulletin for the code. The service advisor (Lawrence Hancock) and the Svc Mgr (didn't get his name), told me that problem with my truck and that code was the Banks Monster Ram Intake and that I needed to remove that. I took the truck to a dealership in Utah, and lo and behold the truck was fixed and the problem was covered under warranty. I will NEVER go to Towbin Dodge or any of their other dealerships, it was worth the 2 hour drive to Utah. read more

Well it just goes from bad to worse! You find out your sales people lied to you according to service and service doesn't take responsibility for their poor repairs. I wish this place had never crossed my path, I hope no others get the service we got, the truck was sold with an outstanding recall, it has had multiple repairs and instead of looking for a way to fix them they just try to now tell us we are wrong, yet i multiple invoices from them months of service for cluster, radio that still does not work, and trailer lights that still don't work. Save yourself grief and just go elsewhere! This place will lie and misdirect at every opportunity! read more

I bought a car from them. I wanna say about 6-7 years ago now. A 2013 dodge dart. It was used and I did not know much about cars at the time. It had a check engine light that they said they had six but turns out they had just cleared the code and the light went off. They knew this and tried to sell me a warranty for the same value as the car and I said no. Two years later, the engine blew, and there was nothing I can do about it. I still had to pay the car payment on it. Now it's still sitting dead in my garage and have Been trying to get rid of it and has brought up how angry I am. I'm half tempted to Have it towed over and dumped in their lot. Car dealerships are going to be illegal eventually. read more

We went in yesterday morning to check out the last of the Black Friday truck sales. We had purchased our last truck from Towbin Dodge Henderson, so they were our first stop -- and once again, they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a customer service specialist who was in from corporate specifically for the Black Friday event. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly focused on helping us find the right truck, not just making a sale. He then introduced us to the Manager, who was just as accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The entire team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Thanks to their great service and no-pressure environment, we drove off in a 2024 Ram Laramie. Thank you, Towbin Dodge Henderson -- you continue to earn our business and we couldn't be happier with our experience read more

I recently sold my Genesis SUV to Towbin Dodge Ram. I worked with Glenn Ellis, who was one of the most professional car salesmen I've ever encountered. He did not try to dicker around on me and was so pleasant and not pushy at all before I had come in. He was up front about the pricing and and didn't waste either of our time by making false promises or anything. When I came in with my car, he did exactly as he had said and we had our deal immediately. The paperwork and ease of which I sold my car was seamless and only took 1/2 hour. He was respectful of my time and I really appreciated that. In the future I will be going back to Towbin and asking for Glenn. It was such a great experience. read more

I bought a used 2005 Dodge Dakota last month. It had a clean carfax report and no reported issues with just over 104000 miles. After a couple of days of negotiating a final sale with Jeremy Bowlen. Who was a hell of a salesman bending over backwards to make his commission. I bought the vehicle semi-understanding the clause of the contract stating the vehicle is sold "As is." Meaning the moment I took it off the lot, all the liability lies on me. Only 4 days of having the truck in my possession. The check engine light came on, followed by the truck giving out completely on me both mechanically and electronically. Now, not only is the check engine but both the break and ABS system are apparent. I asked Jeremy if there was anything he could possibly do for me considering the purchase was so new. He advised I go to Autozone to get a diagnosis. Then afterwards ignored all forms of contact for a week. I finally walked into Towbin personally to see what I could do about my problem. Hours of my time wasted waiting on a service check while Jermey dodged me. Only for them to tell me there was nothing they can do for me without charging. Since the vehicle was sold as is. Legally, a sales representatives verbal promises are not legally binding unless in writing. Jeremy verbally promised that he wasn't selling me a lemon, nor couldn't due to Dodges standards. However that was absolutely not the case. I'm stuck with thousands in repairs on a vehicle that still has the temp tags on it! read more

So much to say....drop off experience began with the frustration of several agents on their computers for 15 minutes while I was assured someone would be out check us in. Once someone finally started to check us in he said he had to get a manger. Now they've had the truck for several days and can't get anyone to give is an update or return a text/call. By far the worst service department. Lied about their closing time after u rushed over after work, only to tell me they close at 5pm when they close at 6. I was contacted a week later by a Towbin representative who informed me that the Sales Rep Manager is no longer employed with Towbin. That does change my review slightly; however, no additional money saving offers were made, only an apology and "he no longer works here". Which is fine. I have updated my review. Still will not be doing business with Towbin again; but, glad to see some of the trash being taken out. read more

If you need an oil change or any other service for your vehicle, DONT GO TO Towbin Dodge! Teach your employees basic customer service and maybe this business would do better . read more

Beware of Hidden "Extras" Towbin Dodge reinforced every negative stereotype about car dealerships and used car salesmen there is. From the beginning, they tacked on a number of "extras" like window tint, GPS, and a clear bra -- none of which I asked for. The worst part? The clear bra was clearly old, yellowed, and obviously from the previous owner. When I pointed this out, they refused to remove the $899 cost and only offered a small discount to repair the damaged portioned On top of that, they had promised to tint the front windows, for the $399 window tint fee, before I arrived to pick up the car -- but that wasn't done either. When I asked about it, I got nothing but deflection and excuses. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives car salespeople a bad name. Dishonest add-ons, broken promises, and zero accountability after the deal is done. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

This dealership does not appear to be trustworthy. I listed a used car for sale and one of their buyers tried to persuade me to sell it to them by falsely claiming you could buy the same car brand-new for less than I was listing my used car for. Towbin Dodge Ram - Dishonest message - Auto Repair Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Overall, things went pretty well, but I wasn't a fan of the financing manager. I didn't like the way James does business -- he sugar-coated almost every question I asked and was really secretive about what was going on with the vehicle I was purchasing. He's definitely not someone I'd want to do business with or trust in the future. On the bright side, my guy Ezekiel was amazing! Super nice, patient, and easy to talk to. read more

Towbin Dodge Ram - Parts area! Waiting room. - Auto Repair Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

This review is for the parts department, because they are the only ones I dealt with here. From the beginning this Dodge dealership was better than all the other ones in the valley. I went to this dealership in particular because there aren't many Dodge Direct Connection Power Brokers and for anyone looking for performance parts, you know that these types of kits can be hard to get. Anyway, I ordered a SRT front fascia kit for my Challenger. When the kit finally arrived, two parts were incorrectly included from the manufacturer after the almost three week delivery wait. I told Tony about this and he and the rest of his team went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed correctly and as quickly as possible. I finished installing the kit two days ago and couldn't be happier with the results and the product. Thanks Tony! read more

I had such a great experience at towbin dodge. I called the dealership and the GSM Jay Rios answer the phone, I told him I was looking for a 1500 Laramie and he went over the price and options of the vehicle he had in stock. He went over the numbers and show me different options and that was the best service I've ever encountered. I sent over my credit application on the link he sent. within 30 minutes he call me back finalized all the details and I was able to finish all my paperwork the same day. I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to the Tobin Dodge Service Department. Over the past year, I have endured repeated attempts to get my brand-new 2024 RAM fixed--a truck that, shockingly, began exhibiting critical malfunctions the day after purchase. Despite being under warranty, the service department has continuously failed to replace the faulty Body Control Module (BCM), which is the root cause of these dangerous issues. Instead, they keep my truck for 5-7 days each time and claim to have "reset the BCM," only for the same life-threatening problems to resurface. The primary issue with my truck involves intermittent electrical malfunctions that cause it to shut down while in motion, locking the steering wheel and removing braking power. This is not only a massive inconvenience but an extreme safety hazard. Most recently, after pulling 33 diagnostic codes during a service visit, the dealership kept my truck for seven days and merely "reset the BCM" yet again, ignoring the fact that these issues have persisted since day one. Diagnostic Codes Reveal the Faulty BCM The diagnostic codes pulled during my most recent service visit highlight numerous errors, many of which directly point to the failing BCM: Battery Voltage and Circuit Issues: Codes like B2199-16, C212A-84, and B21DD-84 indicate "Battery Voltage Below Allowable Range" or "System Voltage Below Threshold." These failures are classic signs of a faulty BCM, which is responsible for managing electrical distribution. Communication Errors: Codes such as U121E-00 ("Lost Communication with Steering Wheel Cruise Control Switch") and U1885-00 ("Battery Energy Control Module Lost Communication") show that the BCM is intermittently failing to relay information between critical vehicle systems. ABS and Safety-Related Issues: Codes like U0415-00 ("Invalid Data Received from Anti-Lock Brake System Control Module") and C006A-49 ("Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor Failure") demonstrate how the failing BCM is directly impacting crucial safety systems like ABS, leading to braking and stability problems. Miscellaneous Voltage and Circuit Failures: Additional errors, such as B210C-16 and B10EB-17, highlight circuit failures in subsystems like the blower power module and steering wheel heater, which also rely on the BCM for proper functionality. These diagnostic codes make it crystal clear that the BCM needs to be replaced. Its failure is causing widespread electrical malfunctions, impacting safety, and compounding errors across the truck's systems. Warranty Neglect and Dishonesty To add insult to injury, this is all happening under warranty. Despite the obvious need to replace the BCM, the service department refuses to honor the warranty and insists they cannot act unless the malfunction occurs while the truck is in their possession. This stance is absurd given the intermittent nature of electrical issues. Furthermore, the dealership outright lied to RAM's case manager, claiming that I call to retrieve my truck a day after dropping it off, when in reality, they have consistently kept it for 5-7 days without resolving anything. Final Thoughts The service department at Tobin Dodge is not just incompetent but negligent. Their refusal to replace a clearly faulty part under warranty, coupled with their dishonesty and lack of accountability, has caused me countless days without a vehicle and exposed me to significant safety risks. Stay far away from this place--they are nothing but con artists wasting your time and jeopardizing your safety. read more

WHERE DO I START?!?! Hmm, I'll start with the one that first greeted my family & I... BRENDAN LARSEN (sales rep) what an AMAZING man. My friends and I were in the middle of a pretty long road trip and I realized my routine maintenance had not been done. I called Towbin and luckily, I was able to get in right away. I wish I would've gotten the name of the guy I spoke with but he was very helpful and accommodated my hectic schedule. Fast forward 2 days later, I show up on time and was informed by girl #1 that there was going to be a bit of a wait. I told her I was pressed for time so she said she would see what she could do. About 10 minutes had gone by and she never came back. I was then greeted by friendly girl #2. She asked if I was being helped and directed me to the snack lounge to enjoy while I was waiting. I told her about my time crunch and she apologized and said it shouldn't be too much longer. In the short amount of time we were chatting, she informed me about some pretty intriguing trade-in promotions they were having. I told her I was on vacation but frequent Vegas often. But, I was VERY tempted and my friends and I almost continued our road trip in a new Charger! lol big thanks to Shanelle. This time, I asked for a name so I definitely know who to ask for whenever I'm back in Vegas! read more

We purchased a vehicle and the woman in the finance section, auto signed everything for us without letting us know what we were getting or read the documents. We ended up paying 60% more than the asking price and didn't find out until two days later. They are very pushy and sly and deceptive. I do not recommend this dealership at all. No one could answer my questions and everyone said that someone else would answer the questions, but they didn't. I have horrible buyers remorse. The vehicle is nice. The dealership is the worst I have ever encountered and I am old. If you value your sanity and your hard earned money, do not go here. They need to be put out of business. This review is for Sales. I walked in to the dealership about 4:00 pm yesterday and quickly picked out the truck we wanted. Chef Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable The problem started with the 4.5 hours of haggling to get them to sell me the truck at the Sale Price Marked On The Vehicle! Wow! It's hard for me to describe how difficult they were to deal with. This was an exhausting experience. I would not call this an honest dealership. We finished up after 9 pm and headed for the truck when they informed us they were missing 3 different sets of keys for truck. One key fob for the ignition, keys for the topper on the truck and keys for the ski rack on top of the topper. They acted as if it was no big deal that I'll have to pay about $400 to replace the keys. I feel this was important info to disclose during negotiations. Good luck with these guys. read more
