The manager Gina is very unprofessional.I received the wrong info about how to settle my account over the phone multiple times by her employees.I was then told to come and sign some papers to arrange the settlement.I get there and Gina ask me in a very nasty way why is it taking so long to settle your account and then proceeded to call me a Nigger but then stopped in her tracks when I pulled my phone out.Gina is racist and need to be fired. read more

Worse job experience in my life I've been in the US army and worked for Bank of America and I've never worked for someone so ungrateful, and lazy. Mia had me come in 20min early to listen to her gossip and do her makeup. As a mother of 2 I do not appreciate my time being waisted, especially when she Constantly complains about how she "needs a smoke break" when everyone else only gets a lunch break. She doesn't care about that office or the girls working. She sent me to the post office with a note saying to get postcard stamps and when I came back she told me I got the wrong thing. I showed her the note that she wroteand she said "oh that was my bad" no apology, no care in the world and had me go back to specifically the "big" post office 20min out to switch it to regular stamps. My gas my time and my inconvenience was a joke to her. She told me after the second day working there that she thought my work was good and that I'm catching on very quickly. Last Saturday I brought in 5 new loans and she told me at the end of my shift, that my performance wasn't good enough for her..., Thank you now I don't have to waist my time, because your presence was my only issue. The guy and Mia over at this location are really there to help their clients. The process was simple and took only 15 minutes in and out. Filled the form online and set up appointment brough paperwork to them and they handled everything from there. They were very efficient and helped out multiple people on the phone and in the store during the 15 minutes of my process. Mia helped me get my loan and yes the repayment seems high but if you need cash and need for an emergency definetely come here and they will help. Very friendly and welcoming service here didnt seem like they were rushing me as far as printing bank statement or filling out paperwork and clearly went over terms with me. Mia laid me off because I spoke Spanish to another Spanish speaking teller while I was on my lunch break clocked out! They were looking for bilingual tellers now tell me how that makes sense!? you will be discriminated when you come here especially if you are latino because she does not understand Spanish she does not allow it to be spoken in the office. She's the one in the orange in the pics everyone else in these pictures is long gone from this corrupt company. No matter how much you do for her it will never be enough I was even nice enough to take her home one day because she felt like she was gonna have a heart attack from all that coke and sugar she eats and that's how I got repaid its OK now I have a great career in the financial industry making 4 times as much as her with a real HR dept. and meet her monthly goal in an hour! loans here are not worth the trouble that they will give you read more

Cash Oasis at East Flamingo location should not be in business. Saturday,7/1/17 when I called they advised what credentials were required. Told me information on what I brought was irrelevant just needed the back up. I took requested paper work then they started making me hula-hoop. They told me I could come back Monday as they had four of us locked in, unlocking the door one at a time to let us out. Ignoring the reviews I read Saturday before going I gave them the benefit of doubt So returning Monday after driving twenty miles round trip to the bank to retrieve what they asked for Saturday, I was advised the manager would not accept it. So after clarifying what they wanted I drove back to the bank. When I returned I waited in line as one of the customers coming was a veteran on his walker with two men at the windows complain I gave the one of two chairs up for him. While I stood against the wall the manager would bring the staff at the windows handy wipes after accepting the two men's cash. Then she came out to the lobby propping open the entrance door and sprayed Lysol between us customer lined up inside. Then I was summoned to a window and told the information on the transaction history was relevant. Since the manager did not want to leave her chair when I politely advised their employee what I had been told Saturday, he had no interest in assisting me. I had to laugh at the whole experience I observed with this unprofessional location. Callers beware, DO NOT be loured in.
