Came in for a copy of an ID since my copy machines at home was not working saw a signed that said 10cents per copy lady charged me a dollar no receipt was given to me or offered I mentioned to her signed said 10 cents she said those prices were prior to Covid well Covid has been long gone not gone but gotten better and I cent believe they haven't charged their price signs I'm pretty sure she kept the dollar and didn't even put it in their system read more

Be VERY careful when you try to get a loan from these people, they give you a lot of misinformation before you get the loan. I went there for my first loan 10 days ago and was told and extension would be a certain price and would also be added to the bill of the loan. Little did I know all of the information that was given to me beforehand was false and they put me into a situation where I'm just going to end up losing a lot of money, thanks for that assholes. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place, times are hard enough as is without being taken advantage of by people like this. Dean and the manager on duty wasn't friendly or professional at all. I walked in with no greeting and the teller Dean who helped me seemed to be annoyed at the fact that I came in at 8 (since they close at 9). I picked his name up by him answering the phone while helping me and stating to the caller who he was. He was not wearing a name tag and service could have been so much better. I go to this check city because it's close to home. I only like the Asian guy. He seems to be the only one there thAt actually works. The other employee there.... never greet or say hi or acknowledge. It's pretty bad. To me they seem lazy and take their time towards helping the next person. Especially if there's a line.
