Very nice service. They coordinated their existing jobs to accommodate my schedule to bring a crew out on relatively short notice. A Wise Move's per-hour pricing was the lowest of all the companies I called, and they only charged me their cost for the boxes and packing materials they used. Additionally, where some of the bigger companies had unacceptably severe restrictions on the liability they'd accept for damages to the moved goods or premises, Mike instantly agreed to cover any and all potential damage caused by his crew. On the day of the move, the team of 4 movers led by Edgar worked steadily, meticulously, and without significant breaks for 8 hours in the August heat to package up the contents of an entire house and move it to storage. All small items were carefully boxed, the furniture was shrink-wrapped, and nothing was damaged moving from the house or to storage. read more

We called this firm to initial move some file cabinets in our office from one area to another - with very short notice. The cabinets were just too big for us to do ourselves. They showed up on time, finished quickly, were neat, well-groomed (I work in a law office so clients would be seeing them), and cleaned up after themselves. They would not leave until we were happy with how everything was placed. A week later, we needed to have office furniture moved and placed in storage, etc. They finished everything we needed to do in just over a hour! This enabled everyone to get back to work and have a productive day. I will use them every time we need anything like this. They move from site to site, as well, so if we ever move they'll be the first people we call. Very fair and reasonable pricing too. We used A Wise Move Inc from a recommendation of a friend. These guys saved the day! I had booked with another company Trevino and I had a no call no show. Around noon I called 15 other moving companies and everybody was booked and not available till the next day( and pricey). I magically came across A wise move and Mike answered the phone. I asked if he had any availability yesterday and he told me his guys were doing a job but they can be there in a few hours I said hell yeah! He was so nice and so reassuring not to stress. Scheduled a move a month in advance. The 3 man crew got to work right away and did not slack one bit. Enjoyed my experience fully with them. Were able to move our 2 bedroom floor level apartment into a 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with ease. Treated our items with care and used shrink wrap and moving blankets to ensure that everything stayed intact with our glass bookshelf, glass coffee table and more. Very quick and affordable. Called them up as i had a last minute situation where i had to move the contents of a 3 bedroom house into a storage unit. Spoke with Mike who provided what would be required in regard to number of movers to the number of hours it would take, etc. Day of move, the gentlemen showed up 5 minutes early and ready to go!! After a horrible experience with a recent move from New York to Arizona, in which almost every piece of furniture was damaged, I did a lot of research for my move from Fountain Hills to Gilbert. they are great at moving your stuff and it all arriving undamaged! i personally was not happy that my large, sectional sofa wasnt plugged in, and also felt like the guys milked the clock a bit, with a lot of standing around in the truck, so for that its a 4/5 for me, but if those two things were different, this is probably the best moving company i've ever used. read more
