Victor came by my house and offered me a free quote. I was told 2 guys, 1 truck and about 4 hours to move a 3 bedroom, 2000 sq ft home. No appliances just the washer and dryer. It ended up taking 6.5 hours but these guys were AMAZING!!! The two men arrived early and ready to work. They started disassembling everything and packing the truck room by room. I walked outside to look at the inside of the truck and they had everything packed nice and tight. They shrink wrapped items that needed it and protected other fragile items with cloths. Very impressed! The drive to the new place was about 25 miles. They arrived quickly and again, ready to work. Off loading didn't take as long as I went from a two story to one story home. They reassembled everything and cleaned up. Awesome job guys! I would definitely recommend this business because there are no hidden fees (you just pay the hours they worked) workers are ready to work, and your items are moved safely and effectively. This company moved my family into temporary storage. We found after the move and storage began that the company had very little in the way of facilities for storage. They had no billing procedures and accounting structures in place. We were told that our five (5) crates of stored materials were secure. We were late on payments, however when we tried to catch them up and make arrangements to recover our belongings we found that they were un-retrievable or in the back of the storage facility, and too hard to reach. We were ultimately told that ALL of our belongings were GONE. We have been given the run around repeatedly. With not accountability. We have yet to receive ONE item of what was taken into storage. Despite constant contact and call records and recorded calls, texts and emails. A WISE MOVE has never tried to administrative or officially resolve our complaints or return our property. read more

Ziad answered my call, he is very friendly and helpful to getting a quote with the list I provided him of items that needed to be moved, including approximately amount of boxes. Ziad worked around the time and date to move us, first weekend of December. *****The company is extremely reasonable on moving costs compared to about 6 well known named companies in the valley, that I called around on that morning. The drivers- 2 gentleman that did the move had a big job before us and it was with a business, the guys still made the time to move us at the end of their day, a Saturday. They were very friendly, when they arrived. A couple of us helped them to make it easier for them to load our stuff on their truck, by unloading what we could out of our house to the driveway and also to help them get their day done. I used them for my move on Saturday, 3/17/12 from the Kierland area of North Scottsdale to Old Town. They were perfect! I'm very demanding and did a lot of research before I picked my movers. The price was competitive (3 hr for $195 out-the-door), and included all packing materials, truck, etc. It was supposed to be 2 movers, and I got 2 plus a supervisor. So it was really 3 guys. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were very careful with my furniture and didn't damage a thing. The only item I was worried about is a big black leather couch, and they handled it carefully with no damage or scratches! I always look to Yelp and do my due diligence when selecting service providers, such as movers, and these guys were great! I highly recommend them and would use them again.
