I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!
