I love how clean and nice this storage place was. We rented 2 of the large units and never worried about our furniture or personal items possibly being damaged. This place is temperature control and that was very nice. When we vacated the units, my stuff was still in perfect condition. Didn't have to worry about rodents or any other damages. This was a big deal for me, after losing all my furniture with a different storage company a few years back, due to rain/water damage. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. Deciding on a good storage unit was a process for me. I had just moved to the US, had a lot on my plate, and needed a reliable place to store my belongings. I ended up going with A Storage Place. First of all, the staff is professional, patient, and helpful. The facility is very CLEAN! My first interaction was with CJ, the manager. CJ took the time to answer every one of my questions and kindly showed me several options (storage units). I took the time to think about it, shopped around, and went back. The next two interactions were with both CJ and Jacqueline (I hope I spelt her name correctly). Jacqueline followed the same protocol as CJ and took the time to show me the same units again. It took me a while (and a hiccup on my part) to decide, but thankfully both CJ and Jacqueline were patient with me and never took it personal. I am now leasing a 5 x 10 unit there and am extremely happy. The fact that they have gate hours is reassuring in terms of security. The area feels safe (somewhat industrial). Every entrance has a dolly for moving items between your car and your unit. The prices are fair and better than other in the same area. The facility is very clean and well maintained. If you live in the area, I'd recommend this place for the staff, value, professionalism, cleanliness, and convenience. read more

A Storage Place on Chino Avenue is one of the best places to store all the stuff you don't have room for at home. It is clean and secure. We had to store some things we had from an estate of a family member. We had it at another storage business that was horrible. Dirty and very difficult to get into. The cargo elevator was less than reliable. So we found a Storage Place. Kathy was so sweet and very helpful. We are very grateful for all her help. read more

Have you ever wanted to rent at a storage facility that was run like an internment camp? Well you are in luck because this is the storage place for you. I needed a storage room in a hurry and since this was one of the nearest to where I lived I went with it. Big mistake. I am pretty sure the old couple at the front own the facility and run it themselves as they are too cheap to hire someone to manage the place. First of all the old man is too damn lazy to even walk 10 feet out of the office and show you an actual storage room. Instead he has a section of the office taped off and wants you to imagine what the storage room could look like in his Mr. Rogers world of make believe. You don't have to show me the actual storage room but he could at least show me one near of the same size. What kind of business practice is that to have a customer imagine what your product/service could be? On top of that they are only open until 6pm since the old couple is running the place and want to be home. You know old people can't be out past 6pm. He also tells you that if you are inside the storage facility after 6pm you will end up locked inside. So if for some reason you remain inside after closing you are a prisoner? After I received my storage room I went ahead to move my stuff into it. Upon moving my stuff into it I discovered that the roll up door was broken. When you roll the door up it wasn't secure because the spring was broken, so the door was not under tension and it would be unrolled and flailing everywhere. Good thing he refused to let me see the storage room beforehand. So I was unable to stack any of my stuff near the front because of the door. After I brought this up to him at the front desk he told me that they couldn't fix the door for almost a week. Not only that but now I have to try and get someone to help me move my furniture again because it couldn't all fit because of the door. Even though he screwed up and caused me inconveinence there was no compenstation offered to me for the extra hassle I had to go through. This guy is so damn cheap I can guarantee he has never offered any discount or compensation to his customers when it's called for. Also if you need to use the restroom you must go to the front desk and ask for a key from them just like you are a kid in grade school. It's not like the door to the restroom is outside of the gate and anyone can access it. Yet he doesn't think his customers should be given free privilege to the restroom. I have had a storage room at another facility and it wasn't run by a gestapo like here. My previous storage facility had a restroom that customers could use and it didn't close until 9pm. I think this guy may have used to work at the prison across the street from the way he runs this place. It's a shame because the facility is nice but he treats his customers like they are on probation. read more

A Storage Place is simply amazing! Not only do they have the best prices in the inland empire, the customer service is A1! My husband arrived and the manager CJ Vega was extremely helpful and gave him the best price. This is our first time ever needing a storage so we had many questions and CJ took the time to answer each and every one of them. Not at any time, did she seemed frustrated, not at any time did she seem to hurry him along. She made this experience reassuring for us. We were concerned about having to part with some of our most precious items and knowing that the items will not be stored in our home brought on some anxiety and uncertainties for us. I needed to stop by the storage unit to drop off some belongings. I had my service dog with me and the manager rushed over and insisted no pets were allowed on the premises. I tried to explain to her it was a service animal. Her training was for medical alert. The manager continued to insist the dog was not allowed and had to wait in my car and continued to insist on what my disability was. Not only is this against the law but it could have turned into an extremely dangerous situation if something were to happen without my service animal, while I was moving heavy materials. I am extremely disappointed in the business with their incompetence in their knowledge in regards to disabled community. read more

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Storage units were clean and felt very safe with their security system. Pull up units are def a better choice. 2nd floor units are harder to access and feels like hell in the summer. Staff was very honest letting me know this (much appreciated).
