He did regular treatments and followed up to make sure that our pest problem wasn't recurring. When our bug problem became a mouse problem, he came by immediately with traps. When the mouse got loose in the house, he coached us through how to catch it live on the phone, and came by the next day to check on us. Ehrlich has said multiple times they would call within 48hrs and have not. They have blatantly lied over and over again. I just got off the phone with the collections agency company and they have been way more helpful than Ehrlich. They have records showing that we canceled over a year ago and aren't sure why Ehrlich would send them anything to do with our canceled account. After this is resolved we will be taking legal action. They tried multiple times to rip us off by sending bills for services never rendered. Unfortunately for them, there is a fantastic attorney living under the same roof. UPDATE PART 2 today: ARM Solutions just called and they have taken care of the problem. They have been super helpful and were the only ones interested in helping us. Do your research before you choose a company like Ehrlich.

We used to get a phone call to set up our quarterly appointment, now they just show up and trying to reschedule is almost impossible. I give this company three stars still because many of the same technicians are still employed there, and they are fantastic. That being said, I'm going to leave this company and look for a locally owned company to take over. The scheduling now is just a nightmare and it's too difficult to deal with any longer.
