I was told by my neighbor and a landscape professional that this happened due to erosion. Ground Control Lawn Service failed to backfill during installation to keep the edging in place. I've contacted Andrew numerous times and have yet to receive a response. I searched on the Net...made a few inquiries and the one that got back to me the quickest(and ultimately the only one) was Jimmy, at Complete Lawn a Tree Service. Within a couple of days of our initial communication(where we discussed the scope of work), he looked over the property and promptly gave me a call with his estimate. It was reasonable considering it was the first cut after the winter. I increased the scope of work and he responded positively. Bushes trimmed, leaves raked, flower beds weeded and, of course, lawns cut and edges trimmed. Couldn't ask for a better, more responsive company to take care of out property.
