Let me just say - the other service came out TWICE and did nothing but lay bait stations. I asked if they would search for and seal up holes to stop the mice for getting in and out and they told me they didn't find any holes. Ok. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path. On my first date I scheduled a service window from 4-6 pm. This is where the problem started. The technician sent me a text around 3 pm saying he was five minutes away. I told him I was just leaving work and would be there by 4. When I got home at 4 I received a text from Aptive around 4:15 saying the tech came and there was no one home. Needless to say I was not happy. I called customer service ready to cancel but they convinced me to give them a second try. On the second time they redeemed themselves. My technician James showed up in my service window at 5. He was great. He walked me through my home and explained every step of the process. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He thoroughly explained my service plan and made sure I was comfortable. After he was finished with my treatment he was on his way home. Even though I was his last appointment for the day he didn't rush the job at all. Thanks to him they earned the 5 stars. I will see how the bugs look in the future but so far I am pleased.

Then changed me for service they never did. They wrote up a fraudulent report claiming that they came to my home but never did. I know because I have video surveillance and my property is secured all around. I requested a refund for service not completed and was denied. You have many options for pest control services.
