She only sprayed once in a year. I discontinued my service immediately as it was worthless. Today, five months later, Karen calls to tell me my credit card has been declined!!! How dare they think I should pay them when I clearly discontinued service in July!! I tried to call back to speak to a supervisor, but of course, no answer or answering machine.
