Imagine my response "provide the report i payed for"..Advised may have report by end of day Tuesday or Wednesday need manager sign off. If you're on a deadline not the place to go!! while writing this review 25mins after hanging up i just received a call back stating they have been trying to send it the past two days but had the wrong email, report looks as if it wasw quickly done and not thorough. I say this because there is a box to check if notice any signs of treatment or previous treatment which was check no as in no signs but there was literally treatment left in the basement in plain view. The report looked more like billing than servicing (do with this information what you want),,,,,,,(aht aht) to that calculated response below... I was contacted by owner who attempted to offer free service to correct initial service personally himself, I am not a pay you and HOPE you do your job customer, I expect what I payed for and if it wasn't done right the first time , I don't expect it to be done correctly the second time. I was fine with just feeling swindled considering the money ain't the issue it's the service provided but then SHALOM insisted to offer to refund but it was a contingency of removing my review which may explain the lack of many bad reviews. When advised I'd take the refund but my review is my experience , I will not remove it . He haggled for almost 10minute to either provide service (which I stated I clearly did not want) or refund . I prefer refund. When Shalom realized the review would not be removed , I asked about the refund prior to disconnecting and he just went quiet . This reinforces the stance that this is a billing business and not for servicing .( I do have time to continue to add as well Shalom) check out the latest reviews after this one which all came through in the last 24hrs to offset this bad review , that would be accusation (consumers can look for themselves) what i posted above is facts. & yes if you haven't realized we are going back & fourth under this review. For me I will ensure to get my message and point across as accurately as possible!! I'm not here to take food out mouths but you will not poop on my floor and blame the dog(.)

When Tim arrived, he introduced himself pleasantly- asked me to confirm my concerns and went right to work; without rushing me or the job. He meticulously looked around every inch of my house, while educating me about pest control. Not only did he do that, he also caulked around my AC unit as a precautionary measure. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable -- inspecting every area carefully, explaining what he was doing, and taking the time to answer all my questions. What really stood out was how much Troy cared about providing real value, not just a quick fix. He gave me helpful, easy-to-follow suggestions to prevent future pest issues and made sure I understood how to maintain results between visits. Chris was/is our tech and he let us know that he'd put granules in the yard and spray inside and outside of the house. We had concerns as we have pets but he assured us they'd be fine. He went through and let us know to stop using the baits, so we picked them up. He scheduled to come back a week later and treat again. We were informed if we saw anything after that to call back.
