Great service and very professional crew that clearly knows their stuff. The owner came on site and was honest about what I should do with my situation. Pricing is transparent and fair. Booking an appointment was very easy and they even went out of their way to see my house on a Saturday even though they don't typically work that day. read more

Called three times over three days and left a message requesting help with a squirrel infestation. No one ever returned my calls. Very unprofessional. read more

Marc and his team did a fantastic job of killing off a small bed bug problem that was hard to find and kill. Later on, they tackled a large rat infestation and finally managed to use CO2 to kill them off. I recommend them highly. read more

I called Marc on Saturday morning after thanksgiving about a mouse infestation. He came out that afternoon to survey my house. He set a few initial traps that day and came back the following week with a crew to complete the work. He is very smart, knowledgeable and the pricing is fair. His crew was polite and professional. All the work was done as he proposed, and we have already seen a sharp drop in mice getting into the house. Thanks Marc and crew read more

We were very pleased with Marc Cohen, and his staff helpers Alex, Shelley and Wayne. We had bats in the attic and they remediated the problem (Jan 2020) and installed new insulation in the attic. Would highly recommend them for anyone with pesty issues. Good, courteous and friendly. read more

I had four very active, very noisy squirrels nesting in my ceiling that were driving me up a wall. Facing the fact that it was either me or them, the Love of My Life called At Once to see if they could help. They were, indeed, the Chuck Norris of pest control. Those little rodents were trapped as neat as you please. Three of them were removed swiftly, while the fourth unfortunately froze itself to death in the trap during the last snow/ice event. I was perfectly content to let it remain in the trap and disintegrate, just like in Renaissance England with the heads on pikes. Sort of a grisly warning to the neighborhood squirrels: hey, this could be YOU up here. At Once, however, nixed that plan and came out to get rid of it. 7 days of monitoring and removal, a year's guarantee, and less than 600 dollars overall. Needless to say, I'm quite satisfied and would use them again. read more

Short version: Mark Cohen and his team were phenomenal and I will never choose another pest control company. Long version: My wife and I rent out our guest bedroom and recently discovered bed bugs on the mattress. After reading about how resilient these bugs are, we knew the only option was heat treatment. We called Orkin first (big mistake), and I took the day off work to meet them. Of course, they never showed up. I looked again and found At Once Pest Control. I talked to Mark Cohen and he agreed to come out that night to do an inspection. He confirmed that I had found bed bugs and gave me a quote for heat treatment. His quote was very reasonably priced, so I set up a time to have the treatment done. My wife and I had just bought a house and were going to be moving within two weeks, so we scheduled to do the treatment and immediately load our belongings onto a moving truck. This is where I was really shocked by the superb level of customer service Mark's team provided. Not only did they heat treat our room and furniture throughout the day, they even helped me load my furniture onto the moving truck that evening. Mark even brought out an extra employee who had previously worked as a mover to help. I was so impressed that I asked Mark to treat my new house for a mouse problem that the previous tenants had cultivated. He spent several hours scouring the house for holes the mice could use to enter, filling them, and laying out poison baits. Once again, he went above and beyond when he noticed that there were likely rats in the back yard. He didn't have the equipment with him, but offered to treat them at a later time for no extra cost. Wow! It's been almost two weeks now with no bed bugs, but I will return to update this post once I have confirmed they are gone for good. read more

I call him the BAT MAN. I am a bit late with my review, and for that I apologize to other customers because this is the very best place to call when you have a pest issue. Marc, the owner does a lot of the work himself, and all of the investigating to see what unwanted critters are in or around your home. Marc is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the ins and outs of pests that decide your home is theirs. and that was very helpful, as I was a bit freaked out. In our case it was BATS! We found a dead baby bat in our basement. Apparently it was the time of year when Mom's have the bat kids IN OUR ATTIC, and one had dropped through from the attic to our basement right by our furnace. Marc and his crew were able to accomplish the entire job of cleaning the attic out of old insulation, and replacing with blown-in new insulation in one day as I have health issues. They did so much more than that and I am forever grateful to them. The crew was excellent as well, and they were very kind, and respectful. If you are one who freaks out about critters, and you want an excellent, experienced, thorough job done please call At Once Pest Control. In my case 99% of the time I talked with the owner Marc by phone, email, or in person. We felt the price was reasonable for ALL the work Marc and his team did. We also were able to finance this job, which was very helpful for us. I can only give this business 5-stars here, but they deserve so much more. Edited this as I just remembered we have a warranty on all work that was done! read more

We have been extremely pleased with At Once Pest Control and have used them at our primary residence as well as rental property on several occasions. We used to have a contract with a national exterminator; however, grew sick of their up-charges for the many items 'not covered.' At Once Pest Control is a local business - when you call, you speak directly to Mark, the owner. He was able to come to our house quickly to assess the situation and gave a very fair and reasonable quote. Mark and his team caught the flying squirrels in our crawl space quickly and sealed up holes in our homes exterior to prevent re-entry. Highly recommended! read more

Do you like ants and mice? Neither do I. But I love old houses so I always get them. I found "At once" when they serviced the house I was renting in Towson. They were so professional. They did a fantastiC and thorough job of finding all possible entrance points for critters. They are very knowledgeable about wildlife. A good exterminator is indispensable and I am so glad I have found them. NOw they are called wherever I live. It is my understanding they are also the bed bug experts; I haven't been lucky enough to get them but if I do, I know who I'll call. I am always proud to have their mouse, termite, and roach covered truck pull up to my house. read more

I had a huge bedbug problem. At Once fixed it, totally, and for a very reasonable price. They hit it hard for a day- with intense heat treatment. Later, they followed up with cutting edge spray. Bottom line: bedbugs are gone for good! I would recommend At One Pest Control to everyone. read more

I thought I had one squirrel in my attic, turns out there were many more. Mark had his guys out the same day that I called with traps and ideas to improve the situation. They used humane traps as I requested and took the rescued squirrels far from my home. If I ever have another problem I will be sure to call this company back. His employees were knowledgeable and friendly and were very understanding of my frustrations with these critters. Everything got resolved and was quite affordable. read more

I regret calling this company. They charged me $550 for putting out a few mice traps in the attic and sealing a couple of cracks. No guarantee on the work done, no second visit. After their guy left, my ceiling fan stopped working. The owner came, checked the attic, denied any wrongdoing and recommended his friend, an electrician, who could come and check it and he would take responsibility if that was the electrician's conclusion. When talking with his friend over the phone, he already told him that it was not his company's fault. The owner is plain weird. My 11-year-old daughter was sleeping in that bedroom with a non-working fan, and I told the owner that she is sleeping there and closed the door after he observed the fan. When he called his friend, be barged into the bedroom again and literally screamed into his phone next to the sleeping child. He didn't check the fan again, he was just looking at it and yelling, it took about 5 minutes. It was creepy, ridiculous and rude. His friend asked $150 just for coming, the work would be extra. So I called a different electrician who found out that their tech turned off the switch located in the attic. I paid $35 to fix this company's mistake and didn't call them for compensation, I wasn't sure they would either remember me or accept a different electrician. I feel very much ripped off. Putting out a few mice traps - one visit and no guarantee - is not worth $550. And they are not professional, from the electricity issue - caused it and denied it - to the barging into the bedroom where a girl is sleeping, after seeing that she was there, without any reason and yelling next to her... Never again. read more

Dan, Marc, Alex, and Shelley were all really nice and thorough during the 2-day project at our home. We had rodents in our crawl space and attic and they did exclusion all along the perimeter and took care of the rodents we had inside. Their 3-year warranty and excellent customer service is what made us decide to go with them and we're glad we did. One of the things I really appreciated is that they didn't oversell. They kept things real and didn't use scare tactics like Terminx. Fingers crossed we won't have to use the warranty but it gives nice peace of mind. Thank you! read more

Unlike many reviews which are written days after treatment, this review is being written four months after treatment to accurately assess its efficacy. To summarize, our bed bug problem has been resolved, and I am very happy with the level of service and cost given by At Once Pest Control! The details: I live in a two-story rowhome and suspect bed bugs had managed to lodge themselves between floors. As a result, it was very difficult to find signs of them. Gary from At Once Pest Control came to my home and spent about 90 minutes very diligently looking for them and found a couple in some very unlikely places. He then listed a number of treatment options ranging from chemical-only to whole house heat treatment. In the end, I selected the full chemical - full dust - partial heat (2 BR only) treatment, which he had offered for a VERY reasonable price. (It was only marginally more expensive than a chemical-only treatment from a lot of other companies I called.) A few days later, Gary and his colleague showed up and performed the treatment, which took the better part of a day. Gary also explained to me what the various types of chemicals were, how they performed versus alternative chemicals, and steps I could take to prevent future occurrence. While I hope no one ever has to undergo the nightmare of bed bugs, my experience with At Once was excellent. read more

At Once Wildlife and Pest is simply the very best company I've ever worked with. I've had a problem with black snakes in my basement for over a decade, without any resolution. No other company, and there have been many, could ever find the point of entry. Marc and his very fine crew approached the job with skill and intelligence, and I'm completely confident the problem is finally solved. Not only was their cost more that fair, At Once also guarantees their work for three years. Seriously, why would you consider calling anyone else? read more

I have used Mark since 2007 for several different issues. I did a rehab in 2007 and the house had horrible roaches. There were actually roaches in the refrigerator. That is how horrible the conditions where. Thanks to Mark problem hard work the was solved. I also have a rowhouse with a garden area close to a commercial area. Rats really like nesting in the garden. I keep a contract with At Once for controlling this situation. They come out a couple of times a year when the rats are active. I found this to be the most effective method to keep the garden / patio useable all year without rat interfaces. You won't be disappointed. read more

At Once Pest Control was exactly what I was looking for. We have experienced a landlord's nightmare: bedbugs. Mark Cohen (owner) was quick to respond. The heat treatment he recommended did the job! I had used other companies that used chemical treatments only and the bed bugs were still alive and well after 1 1/2 years of treatment!!! And the bugs had spread to 4 apartments. At Once Pest Control treated with heat and chemicals. After 2 years we are still bed bug FREE!!! I called Mark right away when another one of our rentals (a townhouse) got bedbugs. He was again quick to respond and left the house bug free!! His pricing is VERY affordable and his treatment is effective. I strongly recommend him and his company. read more

I was entering my home when I saw part of a snake including the head hanging from underneath the siding and then quickly disappear inside the siding. I was concerned that the snake would get into my basement, so I called several wildlife control companies until I found At Once Pest Control that could come out the same day to catch the snake. Marc Cohen did a fantastic job of finding a 4-foot-long black snake crawling along the basement interior wall behind the insulation. I can't thank Marc enough for capturing the snake and removing it from my home to be taken to a new home far away. At Once Pest Control also plugged the openings under the siding at the corners of the house. At Once Pest Control was very responsive and I would definitely hire them again. read more

Owner of At Once Pest Control, Mark Cohen, is a very experienced & accommodating exterminator. When he & his co-worker came to our home to determine whether we indeed had bed bugs, they scheduled an immediate treatment appointment. Mark & his team were always attentive to our calls & needs as concerned customers. He made it a point of coming on his day off to help ward off the pesky bugs. Although they sweat bullets during the extermination process, Mark & his team never once lost their cool. They were professionals from start to finish. Mark runs an honest company whereby making money is secondary to him. His primary focus is to make his customers happy by helping them to achieve a pest free environment as quickly & inexpensively as possible. In sum, my husband & I would strongly recommend their pest control services. read more

Responsive and thorough!!! My plumber found a snake in my basement on a Friday afternoon. I called At Once Pest Control, and they came out first thing Saturday morning, searched my entire basement, set traps, and then searched the entire foundation of the house to find the entry point. When they didn't have the right materials in the truck to close up the holes, someone else came out a few hours later to finish the job. One year warranty, a promise to take away any snakes found on the traps, and the relief that knowing no new ones can get in, all for $250. Priceless!!!! read more

Mark & his team did such an amazing job at taking care of our bug problem. They came the day we called for an estimate, gave reasonable pricing, and came just the next morning to exterminate!!! Everyone is very friendly and personable. Will definitely call again if we ever need an exterminator! Thank you Mark!! read more

Discovering a snake(baby one) in ones laundry room can be unsettling, to say the least. Mark fron At Once responded in a timely manner, relocated the snake into the great outdoors, and thoroughly checked for potential entry points, sealing them as he went. We thought that we had bed bugs. I called at once pest control. Marc was very good at answering his voice mail. This is an extremely honest company. Mark looked through the house and told me that we had carpet beetle larvae and not bed bugs. I really appreciated his honesty and he refused to sell me an unneeded treatment. I will recommend his company to anyone that thinks they have any pest problem. read more

Mark was very helpful and came to meet us late at night to discuss options for our pest control. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He took a considerable amount of time answering our questions and helping us come up with a game plan. He offered many different solutions and even suggested others who might better suit our needs. read more

We found a snake in our basement on a Saturday morning. We called everyone online that we could find. Animal control told us they don't do snakes, the wildlife people couldn't come. Numerous services said they could come NEXT week. This is the only company that helped us and they arrived in an hour and removed the snakes, plugged holes, and in general helped the situation. We are so grateful. Thank you. read more
