Jamar was very friendly and professional, as other reviewers have said and he assured her that he would fix her rodent problem. However, after four visits there was no progress at all, and then he failed to arrive for the next appointment without calling to cancel and she never heard from him again. This company is proof Yelp is useful. We found them on here, and they might be one of the best companies out there. I hired them for bees and termites, so I can only attest to them solving my two problems, but I do know what good customer service is, and on that front they provide maybe the best I have ever seen. Here is my experience: We had 21 bees in our 3rd floor bedroom over two days, which turned out to be six bees nests. Never used HR at this point. Jamar (owner) comes out, is just friggin' cool, and takes care of things for us. Educates us on what to keep an eye on, and followed up with us to make sure the problem was solved. Fast forward two months, and a leaky window turns out to be a bunch of termites when I take the molding off to check out the problem. We call Jamar, he comes out, tells us what we need, quotes a reasonable price, and again solves the problem! Honestly, if all companies were like this I would never complain! One thing I want to mention in particular is the fact my wife generally tends to be the one available to handle these appointments, and as a prosecutor I am always a little worried when a strange person comes into my home. After the first visit for bees, my wife raved about how cool and nice Jamar was, but I never got to meet him. I did get to meet him myself during his visit for the termites and my wife was absolutely correct! Jamar was just a super nice and helpful guy. We had such great service from these folks! Our car had been stolen and taken on a joyride. When the police recovered it and returned it to us it was disgusting and we were concerned about bed bugs. We called a bunch of places and they either refused to come out or did not return my call. HR Pest Control answered immediately, and sent someone the same morning to inspect the car. Long incident short, I live in townhomes and a resident that resides in the one of the townhomes has bed bugs.
