The ants came marching one by one...oh, no...oh,no! They were having lots of fun! Oh, no! Oh,no! But, I called Montgomery Pest Control and they scheduled my appointment for the very next day. Thank you, Anne. Frank and his associate came out the next day and sprayed inside and outside the house. Their spray is safe for animals. Frank and his wife Anne are owners of Montgomery Pest Control. They are the nicest and most professional people you would ever want to meet. I have used them before and I was very happy with their service. They guarantee their work for 3 months. I think they are reasonably priced. I haven't seen any ants and I feel good knowing that if I did, Frank would be here to take care of them. I highly recommend Montgomery Pest Control. read more

I can see why Montgomery Pest control gets the reviews they do. Coordination was smooth and flexible. The crew was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The cost of service was beyond reasonable. I would absolutely call this fantastic team again. read more

Tried other companies which were slighly cheaper and none of them have the response time and customer service of Montgomery Pest Control. I have a contract with them for the rental home I own. But what I think speaks most highly of them is this -- having been satisfied with them at the rental home, we used them at my own home when we came home from vacation to a dead mouse. I assumed we would need a contract, but after a thorough examination, they said they could just seal up a couple holes at the base of the house and bait some traps. Evedrything was fixed and for much less than it could have been. I don't normally assosciate ethics with companies, but I do with Montgomery Pest. Recommended! read more

They were very knowledgeable. Not trying to upsell you anything. Very honest provider. Definitely using them again when needed.

We called Montgomery Pest because of an urgent mouse problem that grew quickly. Mike came and rescued us! He surveyed the house; told us likely entry areas, recommended a few changes (including a new garage door bottom to seal better than the old one), placed baits that worked (we had bought two different brands through Amazon - one was completely ignored by the rodents and the other was ineffective). Mike returned twice to make sure that the problem had been adequately addressed. It had thanks to him! read more

Always go with Montgomery when I have a pest issue. Mike came today and took care of a large nest of ground dwelling yellow jackets. They were a real hazard and had already attacked my wife while she was gardening. Mike did a great job as usual. PS Best price around! read more

Great communication from beginning to end. Email and phone communication were both much appreciated. Mike showed up and quickly understood the problem - he identified a good plan, and I appreciated that he provides a 90 day warranty for all services provided. I hope I won't need his services again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. read more

Mike, came to my house and advised what needed to be done to keep the mice out of the house. He set up some bait and advised what holes the mice may be entering and how to stop them. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them to help keep the rodents outside. read more

I asked 10 mice control companies including those top rated big ones, they all give me one year plan and one local company even quoted me $10,000 to replace insulation, I told him may be I should rebuild the house by them . but Montgomery Pest control only offer 1 time and revisit and quarterly if needed at affordable price. Mike helped me sealed outside wall gap and offered to install my door swipe, good and professional service. I offered to give him my home grown pumpkin, but he said he doesn't eat that. Thanks so much read more

As a homeowner, it's rare you find folks who are as kind, generous and trustworthy as this pest control company is. I found them through yelp because of recurring mice. Mike came out and spotted the entry problem right away and was very generous with advice about few ways to solve it. It's a family-owned business. His wife Anne runs the dispatch and they are a really terrific and trustworthy company. Highly recommend. read more

I asked Montgomery Pest to come out to take a look at some potential signs of termites. The rep was helpful, grounded, and straightforward - and let me know that he wasn't seeing any signs of current infestation and that there was no treatment needed at this time. He didn't try to upsell me on services that weren't necessary, which I really appreciated. The inspection was free. I'll certainly go back to Montgomery Pest the next time we have a real or potential pest problem. read more

We needed treatment for ants and other insects in our basement apartment. Montgomery Pest Control came quickly and treated the inside and outside of the apartment expertly. The technician was friendly, thorough and happy to explain the treatment. read more

This company FINALLY seems to have solved our mouse problem!! I honestly couldn't be more grateful. Mike came to our house - timely, totally professional, friendly, and very knowledgable about the issue at hand. We had used Kolley's, a company that helped us with our ant problem, but they had NO CLUE how to address our mouse problem (DO NOT use Kolley's for mice - plus the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude!). Mike walked around our house and found several openings in our exterior walls, which seem to have been the entry points for the mice. He also used a much more potent and effective bait than Kolley's. The mice had been multiplying before after Kolley's visit, and we haven't seen a live mouse since Mike first came to our house. I truly was at my wit's end, and I feel like we got our house back. Also, the woman who answers the phone is very nice, polite and friendly. Finally, Mike volunteered that he could help with our terrible cricket problem (they have taken up residence in our front shed). So he also did that for us, and I didn't even realize it was possible to get rid of them... I absolutely recommend Montgomery Pest Control without reservation! We will now use them for all of our extermination needs. read more

They stand behind their work and take it very seriously.. if the problem persists, they will do everything in their power to come back out and make sure you don't have any more problems. I highly recommend. read more

This is the best pest extermination company. I was haunted by mice for two years, and hired many big companies to find out the entryway of mice. I had done all that I can, even put screen on each weep hole, but not one could find out the entranceway of mice. Therefore, those companies just put traps in my home, and I had to throw the mice corpses every month. Fortunately, I found this company! The technician Thomas was like a detective, searching every corner by hand to find any hole on my wall. Finally, after couple hours search, he found a tiny opening under the intake and exhaust of my furnace on the side of my house. He then filled every gaps and potential entrances that mice could take. It's been three years and my house is still mouse free. read more

RE: Montgomery Pest Control Mike arrived exactly on time and asked me to explain the problem and situation and then asked me some specific and pointed questions to determine exactly what type of critter was most likely sharing my home. He then made a thorough inspection of the house, inside, outside & attic. Afterwords he took a significant amount of time to discussed with me what he believed was happening and then told me that he felt I needed a "trapper" rather than an exterminator. He thoughtfully recommended a local company he believed in, and then generously told me that I didn't even owe him anything for his time and trouble! Great guy and great company. I give them my highest recommendation, 10 out of 10, (5 out of 5 is not enough). If you need their service, you'll be glad you called. read more

Mike of Montgomery Pest Control is my hero. A year and half ago, after seeing a mouse in an older home we had recently purchased, we called his company. Mike came right out, spent time looking around the outside of our house and found places where the little critters had been sneaking in and sealed those holes up. He also placed traps in strategic places in case there were straggler mice still inside. We have not seen a mouse or evidence of a mouse since then. He also quickly cleared up an ant invasion last spring. I highly recommend this company! read more

I called Montgomery Pest on a Monday morning and they had someone to the house the next morning for an inspection for suspected mice or other rodent presence. The company rep did a very thorough check of the house and sealed a few potential entry points for no charge. When we had a mice issue a few years back, they addressed the problem right away, which took care of the mice. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs. read more

Montgomery Pest Control was very responsive and came for an inspection within two days after I called. They gave me a window of time, and Mike showed up at the beginning of the window so I didn't have to wait. He diagnosed our problems and handled them on the spot at a very reasonable price. Thank you Mike. read more

Love this company, Honest service with a smile. Three "P's" Prompt Professional Polite. Got the house sprayed for what I believed to be roaches.. was told my problems were most likely beetles, not roaches. This was a great relief but still, they sprayed the house down really well. They also noticed ants and sprayed for those and spiders in addition to my roach request, All for a very reasonable price. I'm really happy and would definitely recommend them in a heart beat. Solid five stars! Will hire them during pesky wasp season... Thanks Yelp for guiding me this way. read more

These. Guys. Are. AWESOME. We hired them a few years ago for a mouse problem, and they truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make our house pest-free--including spending an entire day in our crawl space, which, as it turns out, had a fire hazard in it. They alerted us to the problem right away, and, in my opinion, potentially saved us from something really scary. They use materials that won't harm pets or animals, and took care of all the "entry points" where a rodent could enter our home. They also sprayed the doorways for ants. We recently had another mouse in the house, and Mike came right away and took care of it, including finding a new entry point outside and plugging it up. Good company, GREAT people. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Highly recommended. I believe Jordan came out and helped us with our situations. He was cordial and prompt. The specialist went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Thank you! read more

I reached out to about a dozen pest control companies. There is a mystery biting pest in our house, and we have not been able to see it, despite leaving out glue traps. All the companies except Montgomery Pest Control offered to do an inspection, or at least phone conversation to determine the issue. I also named a couple of options (there were biting gnats in the carpet which we removed a couple years ago just after we bought the home, and 7 years ago we had a temporary house guest which brought bedbugs. However, we have not seen a bedbug in over 5 years). I requested a quote for the inspection and treatment. Montgomery Pest Control, unlike the other companies, via their screening employee "Amy" simply responded that they "do not treat bed bugs." Well, fine, the issue may have nothing to do with bed bugs. In fact it could well be gnats, or spiders, but we will never know from their services as they wrote us off without a conversation or inspections. Which feels kind of dismissive and a bit rude. Can't give them a great review for that... going with a company that will at least inspect to tell me what the heck is biting us, and not one that assumes. read more

I hired Mike from Montgomery Pest Control to deal with a carpenter ant problem related to a water damage in my house. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He explained the process and the products he used, and answered all my questions. He also made me feel at ease as I was nervous about the extent of the carpenter ant damage. He did a thorough job and left the place clean and tidy. He also gave me some free tips on how to address mice problems in old homes. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs pest control. read more

My technician was terrific. He listened while I explained my problem with ants and knew I was concerned that there was nothing toxic as I have a dog and 4 cats. He concentrated on the kitchen and outside perimeter. No more ants! read more

We wanted to get ahead of the seasonal mouse invasion, and MPC was highly recommended on our listserv. We showed Mike all the places we suspected mice might be getting in, and he did a thorough inspection of the outside and the basement. We really appreciated how attentive he was to our concerns, but what we especially appreciated was what he told us in return. He said our house had been really solidly built (1948), and that he could only see one place where mice were probably getting in--the backyard faucet. There was a gap between it and the foundation, and he sealed it off and told us that he was pretty sure we wouldn't see any mice this year. We were thrilled with the encounter! read more

I had an infestation of red elder beetles on my porch. MPC responded immediately to my call and were there the next day. Mike was very professional and responded to my concerns. So far so good! Hope it lasts. If the bugs come back in the spring I will definitely call MPC to come take care of them. read more

I have had two other pest control companies come in to help me deal with mice getting into my house. Montgomery Pest Control is the ONLY group that really and thoroughly went through every possible avenue that the mice were probably getting into my home. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD!!!...to deal with the mice getting into my home!! In the 40 years I have had to deal with mice issues - with 3 different homes - MPC is the ONLY company that has arrested those intruders completely!! DO NOT HESITATE to contact them for whatever pest issues you have. They are super courteous, friendly, timely, incredibly thorough and are 100% behind their work. A true answer to my desperation and prayers!! read more

I recently purchased an older home and as soon as it got cold, I had some uninvited house guests- mice *and* rats! I caught a couple, but they soon figured out how to swipe the baits without getting snapped. I knew it was time to call in the pros. Since rodents multiply fast, cause lots of damage, and are pretty smart, I didn't want to waste any time. I consulted with 5 or 6 different companies to compare my options. The majority missed entry points on the outside of my house and tried to use fear tactics to lock me into expensive service contracts with no end in sight. Montgomery Pest isn't like that. I spoke with their main office, and they were super nice and said I could talk to a specialist before making an appointment. They said they'd have one call me in the next hour or so. Right on time, I got a call from Lance, and was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about these critters, and the various methods he used to get rid of them. He came to check out the house the next day. The other companies rushed through, but Lance did a thorough inspection and took the time to answer all of my (endless) questions, as well as my mom's. Seriously, he had the patience of a saint. He was incredibly nice, honest, and noticed the potential issues that the other exterminators missed. Their pricing was lower than any of the others that I met with, their warranty was better, and when I said that I did not want to use poison (I have a dog), he did not push the issue, and instead offered other trapping/exclusion solutions. I highly recommend this company for any pest related issues. read more

I cannot say enough about this Montgomery Pest Control. They deliver with professionalism, cleanliness, and heart. I called them because I received an estimate for nearly $8000 for squirrels in my attic from another pest control company. They came in, ascertained quickly that I had no squirrels, but I did have birds in my gutters who are nesting. They sealed all the vacant gutters. What was most remarkable, is that they left two of the gutters that had baby birds in them and said they would be back after the baby birds grew up and flew away. I don't know about you, but I have never had service like this before. I love the fact that they didn't just want to take the baby birds out of the nest at any cost, and I love the fact that they were so affordable. As a sidenote, they noticed I had some huge pine tree branches that had come down from the windstorm. They asked me if I would mind if they remove them for me too (who does that!??!). I said of course not, and was so pleased that they dragged them into the woods for me. Then they asked me for rake, and that's when I told them no no no no..,they are so kind. They're amazing to work with, and I have nothing but good to say about them. read more

Great company. Very informative on the phone and I got a quick appointment. They came to treat our house for a flea infestation, and they were very knowledgeable. As it turned out, they did not treat since our cats still have fleas. They informed us that the product we were using to kill fleas on the cats is ineffective since the fleas have developed resistance to it. They told us exactly what we need to do to take care of the problem, and did not charge us for the visit. I highly recommend them. read more

Mike just came to our house for a termite inspection. We previously had a WDI report that came back negative with another company, even though there were termites. He advised that we talk with them to get them to pay for the treatment. We appreciate his honesty and sincerity in taking time to talk through our options and go with what was in our best interest, not his. He exhibits passion for his profession as well as his customers. If we need to treat down the road, we will be sure to call Mike. We highly recommend Mike. read more

This company was easy to schedule (got an appointment within a couple of days), very clear about what services they offered (we have a mouse/mice and they explained clearly what our options were), and the man who came to survey our house for entry points and close them up as well as lay out bait was excellent. Everything was explained to us beforehand including the very reasonable cost and the warranty is also so nice to have. We would recommend these folks to anyone (and I believe they are a local, family run company!) read more

Had an issue with mice coming into our townhouse and selected Montgomery Pest based on Yelp reviews and I am so glad to say that I was not disappointed. They came the next day and were professional and timely. They addressed the areas that may be allowing the mice into the unit and laid traps that would not result in dead carcasses, but would still address the issue. You will not be sorry when you go with Montgomery Pest Control! read more

We called because we saw a few little mice from underneath our water heater closet door. Our neighbors recommended them to us. They came out the next day and were able to pinpoint exactly where they were coming into the house from. They were able to spray rodent proof foam in all the vulnerable areas outside and inside and laid bait around the points. This service was also cost effective! I highly recommend this company for all rodent issues. We will be contacting them in the future if needed for all other pest issues. read more

We have been using Montgomery Pest Control for many years now and I continue to be amazed by their quality of service, ease of communication and professionalism - not to mention that everyone who works there is super nice. They never try to up sell you on any treatments and are very upfront and honest about what service is best suited for your particular situation. Just today we had their wildlife specialist, Lance out to give us recommendations on a groundhog issue and after assessing the situation he recommended a few DIY tips rather than paying through the nose and he even helped me set up my trap properly. So impressed - I really can't recommend them highly enough! read more
