I've had a positive experience so far with Raven Pest Control. The first technician who came out seemed either newly trained or possibly in a bit of a rush, so the initial visit wasn't as thorough as I had hoped. However, when Troy followed up, the service completely turned around. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable -- inspecting every area carefully, explaining what he was doing, and taking the time to answer all my questions. What really stood out was how much Troy cared about providing real value, not just a quick fix. He gave me helpful, easy-to-follow suggestions to prevent future pest issues and made sure I understood how to maintain results between visits. My pest situation is still being handled, but I already feel a big improvement and peace of mind knowing Troy is overseeing it. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the first visit, but overall, I've been very pleased with Raven Pest Control's follow-through and customer service. Troy deserves special recognition for his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers. Highly recommend -- and if you can, definitely ask for Troy! read more

We were managing for the last 3 years with just the small sugar ants. Then came the big carpenter ants and I'd had it. We filled out the form for Raven Termite and Pest and they called us with an estimate, then had someone our within days. Chris was/is our tech and he let us know that he'd put granules in the yard and spray inside and outside of the house. We had concerns as we have pets but he assured us they'd be fine. He went through and let us know to stop using the baits, so we picked them up. He scheduled to come back a week later and treat again. We were informed if we saw anything after that to call back. Today I saw 2 giant carpenter ants in an upstairs room, so I called and Chris will be back Thursday to treat. The process has been painless and easy. read more

Frelon came by and did a thorough examination of my yard and gave me an honest assessment of what was going on. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have used Raven 3 other times. The thing I like about them is they never try to upsell like so many other companies. I highly recommend and will only call Raven in the future. read more

I am so happy with my service and this company! Professional service, I had a serious issue in my home a bird found a way in from my roof and bird mites followed...omg I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I called another company to get help they had no idea what I was talking about took my 105.00 for the inspection and left within 5 minutes...my son called Raven pest control they came out I received the treatment needed it's been a year now and no more mites,! Chris,Troy keep up the good work. read more

The guy was very professional and nice. my pest is mice and it must be very smart one because it is avoiding traps. I don't have a major infestation but I do still hear it inside the walls. I am calling for another follow up appointment and see if that will do the job. read more

I am so pleased (cautiously) with this company. I purchased my home in 2019, had termites that were treated before I signed. THAT company failed, miserably as did the other TWO, one was good with getting rid of mice and LOUSY when his SON broke my oven and they "forgot," about it needing to be fixed, so I FORGOT about them. but I digress... From the first impression with Cam to the walkthrough with Carl to the termite treatment and extermination, they are professional, customer oriented and everything I need for keeping the creepy-crawlies OUT of my home, for which I am grateful. More businesses like this, please! read more

You want GREAT pest control service, STOP RIGHT NOW and call Raven Termite and Pest Control. We had the pleasure of having Troy as our technician and he was knowledgeable, patient, thorough he actually caught a wasp nest we didn't see! Ironically we shared with our family member our experience and turns out Troy works on her home too! TRUST me when, their service is TOP NOTCH! THANK YOU TROY! read more

I'm not sure I've ever purposely gone to Yelp to write a review on a vendor, until now. Jonathan Hartt of Raven is the best representative a company could hope for. He is personable, responsive, caring, knows his trade, and won't leave you hanging. If you need pest control, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Raven. It's rare to find a good, old fashioned upright person who is obviously gifted in his trade. Jon treated our home for a sudden ant problem, then came back to recheck and re-treat without being asked. He will get all my pest control business from this point forward, including termite inspection coming up soon. read more

SCROLL NO FURTHER, this is the business you are looking for! Troy came to our house on time, let my dogs invade his personal space ‍, but then completed a very thorough inspection for termite activity. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all pest types! Will definitely use and recommend in the future! read more

Excellent service. Timely and effective. Highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment and they came out almost instantly. Great customer service. I had Troy as our technician, he arrived and surveyed the dwelling inside and out and then notified me of his findings. After that conversation, he got to work addressing all of the problem areas. While working Troy explained, the why's (how they possibly got in) and the how's(what we are going to do to treat and prevent ). Also he was very knowledgeable regarding things to look out for going forward. I am glad for the recommendation from a friend she was truthful. Thank you Troy and Raven Termite and Pest Control for the dependable, knowledgeable and great service. read more

I Recently had my 2 bedroom townhome serviced for 450$. The technician was unwilling to enter a crawl space to try and seal around pipes. This is a very small crawl space, but for the price I had hoped they would. Since then I've had to get in there and try myself, but I am not a professional. They performed a follow up visit after a month and spent a few minutes briefly looking around. About two weeks after the one month warranty ran out I discovered evidence of mice again. When I contacted them about a follow up, they informed me that since I was out of warranty I would need to pay for another service. read more

So thankful for Raven Pest Control!! From the customer service to the actual services provided Raven Pest Control is always very professional. Carl (my technician) not only treats the problem but educates on the cause of the problem and prevention...didn't get that with the other companies. Definitely recommend Raven. read more

Korey, the owner, came out to complete a required terminate inspection for my home purchase. Immediately, I could tell Korey was knowledgeable and had great customer service. He completed the inspection thoroughly, even going in the crawl spaces I am scared of. Korey found a couple of items that I could do myself to prevent pest from getting in. I can't give Raven a 5 since I did not receive treatment but I am definitely considering using his services (once I move in) for pest control based on his recommendations and the reasonable cost. read more

Unprofessional and terribly rude. Aggressive. I'd rather pay twice as much to use any other company. Do yourself a favor and hire ANYONE else. It would be a better option to live with the rodents then to bring this insanely disrespectful man into your house or place of business. read more

The best! Fast, responsive and reliable. Great customer service. I had a problem with squirrels in my attic . . . Carl came the next day, well within the service window. He was informative and friendly, and offered a fair price. I could not be more grateful, and would definitely recommend. read more

Shady, pricey, unprofessional, and substandard plan for my property. Technician took advantage of tenant and neighbor when I set up inspections for both our houses. Owner was rude and just argued when we offered him a way to make it right. They over charged and used over the counter products. Worst of all they put out poison where their dogs could get to it and become poisoned. DO NOT BOOK THEM! read more

Korey and his team have been doing the pest control at the house our apartment is in for the last 6 or so years and I have nothing but good things to say. I never had a question for Korey that he didn't have the answer to and whenever a pest issue did arise (which was far and few in-between thanks to his proactive measures) he took care of it right away. Korey is very professional and also a super nice guy, and the rest of his team fit that mold also. If you're in the Baltimore area and you have any pest issues or even if you just want to proactively avoid them, I'd give these guys a call. read more

Quick response, professional, very well priced compared to other quotes I received. Timely - would use again!

Quick to respond to our mouse concern. Technician Chris was great! Took his time trying to locate sources for mice. Left bait and came back week later and removed several victims. Chris will be back in two weeks for follow up. Very professional. read more

Carl was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining termites to me, how they got in the house, where the have migrated, their life cycle, and the proper way to protect our house going forward. He patiently answered all of my questions. He explained the annual renewal but wasn't pushy about getting it (I did end up getting it). Most importantly, we are on a tight schedule due to ongoing remodeling work, and he went out of his way to move our appointment up once an earlier appointment became available, so that our other project would not be delayed. I was so impressed that I canceled the other estimates I had scheduled for later in the day. That level of attention was so much appreciated. Definitely will recommend Carl and Raven Pest Control to others! read more

Carl set a trap for a raccoon and ended up coming back every day to check the traps. He ended up catching three! They are are very professional and courteous. And the price is reasonable. read more

Responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and punctual. No signs of mice since the work was done.

Korey, the owner, contacted me by phone through Home Advisor. I had barely pressed the submit button and he was right on top of things. I asked him a few questions and he gave me honest answers. He also told me to feel free to check out his reviews. He was able to provide me with same day service which was such a blessing because I was DESPERATE!!! Technician Troy was phenominal! He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough! I was afraid that I might have bed bugs in my home because I suspected that my neighbor had them as we live in a end of group row home. Troy inspected every bed, every frame, baseboard, window seal, chair sofa, etc. He went from the third floor down to the basement. He was at my home for over an hour and when he left there I was SO RELIEVED because there was not a trace of a sign of bed bugs. He even checked wall sockets! Thank you Troy and Korey at Raven Termite and Pest Control! YOU ARE A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!! read more
