Great service! They worked with me to get my vehicle repaired while I was out of town. I live 3 hours from Reno. I flew out of Reno for vacation and they had my vehicle repaired by the time I returned. The repair is flawless and the rates are VERY reasonable. I highly recommend A Plus Collision Center. read more

Exceptional work. Above and beyond customer service. Lowest estimate/price. Could tell from estimate relative to others that he's not gouging us as a cash customer. Totally worth the trip from Truckee. At pickup, we scheduled touch ups for scratches on our other car. Highly, highly recommended! read more

My Yukon was rear-ended and needed a new lift gate, bumper, and rear alert system. Mario and his staff were wonderful to work with, my vehicle was repaired quickly, and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend A Plus! read more

I can't say enough about their customer service, which seems to be lacking at other shops. The quality of their work is excellent! And best of all I received my car back a couple of days ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

They are awesome, Friendly and they did a very good job on my vehicle. Diego always gives me updates and they always answer phone calls.

I brought my car here again for repair after some nasty storm related damage. Yet again, it was the best experience one could hope for if you love your vehicle. Tera and Ken are so great to work with- always friendly, kind, and do the best to provide fantastic service. My car was fixed on time and looks perfect! I couldn't be happier with this place. read more

Beautiful work. They matched my unusual paint color perfectly. It looks better than new. Took slightly longer than originally estimated, but was done in two weeks. Final price came in under the quote. Extremely polite and friendly staff, communicated well with me. read more

My beloved Jag hit a beloved deer on Geiger Grade and has some minor bumper and grill damage. The deer unfortunately passed away and I don't understand why it ran out full speed like that. I bet it's our fault traveling through their territory but I was moving carefully and slowly. Anyway, when all other body shops scheduled me three months out just for an estimate, Mario had me bring it in the same day and emailed me the estimate within 48 hours. This is not one of my insurance company's recommended body shops either. He was just a nice guy. I'll update later on how their work looks. read more

Really hoping to get my truck done by the shop. I've heard very good things from lots of people around town. Just need my schedule to line up with theirs... read more

Searched all over town for a reliable yet affordable auto body shop and stumbled upon A Plus Collision Center after calling numerous places. Various areas around town were saying they won't be able to get a quote til 1 month later, other places were saying it won't be able to be fixed in 4 months. Even the quotes I had were ridiculous and felt very overcharged. Mario was the first and only person who was able to give me a written, affordable quote right off the bat. Turnaround time was also as promised and even earlier. Once settling on the quote, Mario ordered the parts right away and after waiting ~1 week for the parts to come in, he was able to fix my car in less than 4 days! I was very satisfied with the repair and appreciated his fast responses and availability whenever I called. I 100% recommend getting any auto body repair done here. He has been in the area for a long time and definitely is spot on with the price/quality of care he promises. Thank you Mario and the rest of the team! read more

I was in a fender-bender shortly after moving to town and didn't know even where to begin with getting my car repaired. I called a number of mechanics and I connected with Jay's Total Car Care. They do not do body work, but strongly recommended connecting with Mario. As soon as I got in touch with Mario, I knew that I had found the right shop to help repair my ride! I got a quick quote based on the photos I had sent, and a fair estimate for the damages that needed to be repaired. Mario helped cover the cost of the tow from the tow yard to his shop, which was incredibly helpful. After assessing the damage in person, Mario confirmed his quote and let me know in detail all of the pieces that needed to be repaired. He was incredible patient with me as I considered repairs, versus selling for parts and buying a new vehicle. I was also able to explain my situation to him and he was tremendously helpful in finding used parts to help work the price to be more manageable. I know that I was getting the right price because he walked through the different components on the quote with me and and explained why some of them needed repaired. During the time that my car was getting fixed, any time I called I got someone on the phone every single time and I got quick answers to my questions! I stopped by midway through the repairs to grab some things from my car, and I was impressed by the professional approach of the crew and the work they had done at that point. I got my car back not a penny over the quote I was originally given, and they even repaired a small cosmetic issue that was not initially part of the damage I had come for. The finishing touch? They gave my car a quick wash before returning her to me and she looked ready to hit the roads again! My car is driving perfectly and all of the components, both on the body and the small mechanical repairs, were done well and professionally. I am VERY appreciative of the hard work they put in to repairing my vehicle, keeping my costs within my stated budget, and delivering excellent, respectful, and thoughtful customer service. I highly recommend Mario & the crew at A Plus Collision center! read more

This place is great. Good guys and they work fast. They found a used mirror for me and it looks brand new. It was $400 cheaper than a new one. I'm very pleased with my experience here. I will go back if I need work done. read more

I was in a head on in March. When looking for a body shop most places were booked out 4 months. On a whim I called Mario. He was able to get me in within 2 weeks. When working with the insurance adjuster she had mentioned what a great shop it was and how much she enjoyed working with them. I felt great leaving my car there. It was there for close to 2 months. When I got my car back I noticed some white scuffs and the AC not working. I called to adjuster to have her check the collision photos to see if there was anything prior. I called to shop to inquire and he had no hesitation to make things right. I brought my car back the following week. My little one has a heat/sun allergy so AC in the summer is imperative to her well-being and safety. He called the next day and told me he was finished and everything was done. He took the time to buff out other minor paint marks and fix the AC. I will make sure that anyone that asks for shop refs get sent his way. read more

Mario was friendly and efficient. They were able to replace my side mirror (2010 Toyota Camry) the same day for $200 (note: I declined a more expensive mirror that was a paint color match). Compared with the wait and price of other local auto body shops, I was impressed! read more

Excellent finish work and color matching. Don't be distracted by the location or shop appearance. It's the work that counts. They repainted a sports car for my grandson. It was a pearl white and the car looked like new. I've used them for my Lexus. read more

Love this spot, my go to mechanic always ready, willing to work out anything, will always recommend this service and its quality.

My daughter was in an accident on I-480 which was totally the other cars fault. She was so distraught because she loves her Subaru CrossTrek. The tow truck driver towed her to A Plus. As soon as they got there, Mario at A Plus came out and evaluated the job. He was so considerate for her feelings and assured her that it was not totaled and they could fix it. Mario kept her up to date weekly on progress and even had to let her know the car would be longer because they got shipped some inferior parts that he would not put in the vehicle. She has her car back now and it looks perfect. You could not tell it was ever in such bad shape. I (we) would recommend A Plus hands down over other repair facilities we have used in the past. Thank you Mario and the whole A Plus team:) read more

I just picked up my car and WOW!!! Mario and crew did an awesome job repairing the back lift gate and bumper. I brought it in Tuesday and it was done on time as promised. His price was more than reasonable and the work is flawless. I can't thank you enough. read more

After getting slammed into on the freeway and thinking my car was totaled, Mario and his crew somehow made her look new again, and it drives as good as it used to! They were timely on the repair and very pleasant. Mario didn't mind my many calls for updates and he answered every time. I appreciate their hard work. I hope I never need more work like this done again, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to A Plus. read more

I was run off the road by a uhaul and crashed my car on the freeway. Ended up towing the car to A-plus while I was still trying to figure out the insurance situation. Mario there got the car fixed up and made the process very easy. When I picked the car up and drove it a little I noticed the brakes felt funky and they took the car back and had it completely fixed in less than 2 business days! Great service! read more

Great place! The owner, Mario, really worked to keep the repair within the stated quote, even after finding additional damage to my truck. The work was done quickly, and I was kept abreast of their progress at all times. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. read more

A tow truck driver insisted on taking my car here. Mario was rude and yelled at my wife and then hung up her!! I was charged $45 a day to store my vehicle since my insurance company would not pay to have my vehicle fixed there. They give kickbacks to tow truck drivers to bring cars that have been in accidents to them, so they can charge you fees for storage. So glad my insurance wanted me to go somewhere else. read more

very nice people to work with. they fixed my car for half the price of other mechanics' quotes.

I was charged 900 dollars in additional auto work-the guy constantly lied to me on the phone-he didn't even list what the extra cost was for. Total extortion. I will contact the BBB shortly. read more
