They tried to keep my car, assuming it wasn't my only vehicle. They explained that the work couldn't be done until the motor was ordered, which was fine. They said they would contact me once the part arrived. Three weeks later I called back. Not only was I not in the system and had never received a call, but after leaving my number again for a callback to schedule the work, I still never heard from them. I ended up going to the dealer and paying out of pocket to have the work done by someone I actually trust.

It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color.
