I am a very picky individual. Ask my ex-wife. I brought my 25 year-old BMW M5 to diamond after someone hit me in the parking lot and failed to leave a note. I've taken great care of this car over the years and I'm very particular about who works on it. I was not forced to make someone explain any weird charges, I didn't get any excuses, and when something did crop up as a problem, I got a call, an explanation, and a proposal on how to go forward to solve the problem. That's exactly how customer service is done. Oh? You wanted to know how the quality of the paint work was? It's pretty damned good in my opinion. Fit and finish were excellent. As far as cost goes, it feels like I probably paid what I should expect to for a repair of this nature. I'm not especially price sensitive as I know exactly what I'll be paying via my deductible. We went with this body shop based on reviews, only to be disappointed as our experience has been short of satisfactory. First are final invoice came back double what the quote was, while I understand that there may be more damage than meets the eye on initial assessment, that margin shouldn't vary that much- especially since this was minor- a car hit mine in a parking lot. The lack of communication was another frustration- we were told our car would be ready in a week, then the next week, we were told end of the week. That was not the case. Over 2 weeks later, we finally were able to pick up our vehicle. However, the job was not fully completed and over a month later, we are still waiting for them to "figure out a date" to bring back our car to finish the job. I've had much better experiences and quality work from other body shops read more

Then extorted the insurance company so I could get my car back to take to a body shop who could actually fix it. LIARS!!!! Steer clear! They performed a repair for me in January and it is now May and I am still having issues. I have had to call so many times to get responses. They are not apologetic or friendly or proactive. After bringing it in numerous times and not getting the problem fixed, their last solution was to use double sided tape, which has already proven ineffective in less than 24hrs. My wife and I had a very bad experience with Diamond Auto Body. The side of our car was damaged in a parking lot by a hit and run driver. We took our car to Diamond Auto Body for repairs. As part of the repairs, they recommended that the rear passenger door be replaced and advised us a replacement door was immediately available. It took a full month for the door to arrive, and we were not given any explanation for the delay. When we complained to the manager about the really poor communications, he said they would have to hire a full-time marketing person to give frequent customer updates. From that point forward the poor communications continued, and it took another four weeks to complete the repairs. That was double the timeframe they told us it would be. Because the repairs took so long, our insurance coverage on a rental car expired and we had to pay an additional $300 in expense. Also, the original repair estimate was $6,238, but the final cost increased by 75% to $10,951 for no obvious reason. While the repair was good, it was not worth the frustration and the added out-of-pocket expense we incurred. read more

We took our car to Diamond Auto Body for a repair to the hood. We met with their employee, Cory Whittaker. He was professional, polite, personable and thorough. He walked us through every detail of our repair. We had difficulty with our insurance on this matter and through Cory's efforts, we obtained and additional $500 from the insurance company. Of course that wasn't the end of it. The insurance company sent the reimbursement check to Diamond instead of to us, but Cory immediately notified us. There was more red tape to go thru with the insurance company (we are now going to find another insurance company) but Cory was on top of that as well and expedited our paperwork. **NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE** On a recommendation from a local auto detailer, I came to Sullivan's to get an estimate on some paint and body work. When I walked in, there wasn't anyone at the front counter, and another customer had to alert an employee that someone was there. This employee wasn't friendly in the least, even when I gave her the name and detailer who referred me. She told me it would be approx 20 minutes before I could get an estimate. 35 minutes later, no one checked on me nor updated me on how much longer it would take to get a freaking estimate, so I left. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! This is how you treat potentially new clients, who know people and would refer them to you if they're happy? I will now do the exact opposite. I will advise anyone who needs body work or painting done to skip a trip to Sullivan's Body & Paint, and as an insurance agent, I encounter tons of people who ask for referrals. Let me start off by saying that I'm someone who takes a lot of pride and care for my car, so taking my car to a body shop gave me a lot of worries lol. But let me say the people at this body shop took really good care of me and my car they did such a good job in such a good time frame! Only complaint was I noticed that my car had about 18 miles more on it but I understand they need to test drive it and all that, paint was perfect! Little to no imperfections! but honestly I don't mind cause they did a really good job super good customer service all good people and great work! Okay... getting into a car accident was one of the worst experiences I've had. That being said, my car is now fixed thanks to Sullivan's Body and Paint. They did an amazing job (MY CAR IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!), but I'm most grateful for how quickly they did it. Jeff Sullivan asked if my rental was covered by insurance and - since it isn't - he made what should have been a two week job into a 5 day job, with no effect on the high quality work the team there did. He did it solely to save me money, with no benefit to him. On top of that, Jeff was very thorough and clear in explaining the process and work done to me, which was especially important to someone admittedly who knows little about cars, like me. My Mustang Convertible got run into by a kid on a motorcycle while the family was out driving it a few weeks ago. The motorcycle slammed into the right front quarter panel, making the passenger door inoperable. I should mention that this is a 2005 model with less than 12,000 miles on it so you can imagine it has been fully garaged over the years by myself and previous owners and rarely driven. I was skeptical that any shop would be able to match the pristine red paint on the replacement panel with any success but since the kid's insurance company was paying so I decided to get on Yelp and see what I could find for recommended shops. This one was one of the most recommended and I was impressed by the reviews. Long story short I picked the car up last night and am impressed with the results. You cannot tell that they replaced the entire quarter panel as the paint matches perfectly. The shop explained to my wife that they were going to paint the new panel and part of the door at the same time to blend the colors together. You can't tell it was in an accident and that is saying a lot for a car that rarely sees the light of day unless I am on a Sunday drive. The staff was friendly and the repairs took only a few days. read more

This place does not live up to it's star rating. The guy doing my estimate made me feel like a total idiot. He wanted to do a repair that I was not good with. I asked to replace the entire part. He refused wanted to charge me labor to do the fix his way. After visiting a couple more body shops. I found out that the fix this guy wanted to do was not even the right way of doing it. It was a repair that would allow them to charge my insurance for more labor. I am even more disappointed in the 5 star rating they have. I would not bring a demolition derby car to this place. read more

Last November I was in an accident with a Semi-Truck it almost totaled my 2016 Mustang and I was inches from death.The only body shop my insurance would deal with was Sullivan's .They took the car in February ,they were supposed to have it for 16 days.They had it for 31.when I went to pick it up it looked great until I drove it ,about a week later I noticed while driving in the rain I was getting wet my door was not sealed or put on correctly.i could feel the rain and wind.the panel on my door for the windows and locks fell through when I was trying to adjust my mirrors. Before the accident I never had a coolant leak .after I did they did not fix it they stated the accident wasn't the cause.then I notice my sensors are all out of wack the saftey ones the important ones .Driving on the highway while taking a turn I slide out of control almost hitting 3 cars and the guardrail.come to find out Sullivan's put one of my tires on with no sensor in it so I was unable to see it was extremely low and a severe hazard.one that could have cost me my life.A $75 dollar sensor on a repair bill that totalled almost 10,000 dollars. A mistake that could have ended my time on this earth. Not a gamble I'm willing to take,especially with a 9 year old in my passenger seat.I would skip this repair shop.maybe shop around. read more

I just picked up my SUV for a fender bender. I'm taking a trip in the morning and needed my SUV by Saturday. Found out a local Lexus dealer didn't order the parts needed for repairs. Carlos called on Thursday to let me know what was going on, that I might not get my SUV until Saturday morning. He assured me one way or another my vehicle would be ready for my trip. Carlos was amazing! I had dents and body damage on my brand new Honda CRV and he fixed it all beautifully. All the people I encountered were very professional, friendly and they did what they said they would. The work was done extremely fast and I'm very happy with my entire experience. When I left I noticed a small dent we had missed, I brought it back and Carlos fixed it right there in the spot in less than 5 minutes, no extra charge. It took OVER a month and the car came back with a scratch that it did not go in with and they denied doing it even though the pictures they took beforehand clearly show it wasn't there at the time of drop off. WOW! What a pleasure to experience truly great service. Jeff Sullivan is professional, friendly, truthful and extremely competent. I took my 2006 Buick Lucerne (color is Tri-Coat White Gold Flash) for front bumper repainting (due to parking lot damage) and to fix the typical door dings a 6 year old car accumulates. The estimate Jeff gave me was thoroughly explained, both cost components and time required to do the work. He looked at my car thoroughly and saw dings on the door that I never noticed before. At the same time, my wife asked Jeff about repairing/replacing her 2003 Saturn Vue passenger side outside rearview mirror (she hit the garage door frame backing out of the garage with the mirror) and my Super Glue repair looked horrible. Jeff gave her an estimate after explaining the replacement parts options (new, recycled, etc.). Due to our planned travel, we could not schedule an appointment until we went home to look at our calendar. We went home and called Jeff to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks later. Jeff said he would call a few days before the appointment to remind us. Three days before the appointment Jeff called to remind us as he had promised. I took in the car on Monday and Jeff reminded me it would take until Thursday or Friday to complete the work due to the challenge of matching 6 year old tri-coat paint. My wife asked him to order her Saturn replacement mirror and Jeff said he would. On Wednesday morning Jeff called and told me he could complete the work by noon Wednesday if I wanted my car back sooner. I said yes and at noon my wife drove me to Sullivan's Body & Paint. Jeff had finished my car, had it washed and vacuumed. It looked great, inside and outside, the new paint matched the old paint perfectly and the door dings were gone. An example of Jeff being a great person was finding coins under the driver's seat when he was vacuuming the car and leaving the found coins in the cup holder. I am now $.85 richer! Jeff had so impressed my wife and me that she stayed at Sullivan's Body & Paint and had Jeff replace her Saturn Vue outside rear view mirror. The replacement took about 45 minutes, including vacuuming the SUV. She is both extremely happy with the new mirror and very careful now backing out of the garage. Jeff explained the work he had done. Also, he had checked the car thoroughly and told me the car's antifreeze level was low and needed Dexcool antifreeze (the correct type with the right enzymes to protect the aluminum radiator components). Jeff also said the power steering fluid was low and needed a top off. When I got home after stopping to buy the antifreeze and power steering fluid, I could not even find the power steering fluid reservoir. The owner's manual had a diagram showing that the power steering fluid reservoir is on the back of the engine, below the manifold, completely hidden from view. Jeff was right, the fluid level was low. It is amazing that Jeff checked all the fluid levels on my car, including the hidden power steering reservoir. I was completely satisfied with the experience. Reviewers may say they would recommend a business to others but my wife saw the work done on my car and immediately became a new customer of Sullivan's Body & Paint. Thank you again Jeff. read more

This horrible company took advantage of me. They gave me a horrible paint job. They gave me the thinest coat on my car. I wanted my car painted to have it nice for resale and what they did was horrible. They lost my resale value. I have bubbles, and extreme amount of chips that is beyond wear and tear when it hasn't even been 6 months having it painted. Carlos just didn't care. They only want your money the job was over $1,000.00. I'm retired I don't go out much and what they did was a complete rip off. Shame on you Sullivan's to take advantage of a person who is on a DISABILITY RETIREMENT. read more
