Was rear ended in an accident and brought my vehicle to coach craft. Great service, I got an estimate emailed to me right away and I was able to get an appt in a weeks time. They had my car for about two weeks. I picked it up and looks perfect. The only minor downside is their location is really small lot so it gets jammed up pretty easily. But that doesn't take away from their work. I was very happy with my experience and will remember them if I need car repair again in the future. read more

To be honest, I'll never know if their services are any good. I made an appointment with an estimator, arrived early, met with him for 10-15 minutes, and was told I'd have an estimate by the end of the day or the next morning latest. That was a week and a half ago. I called 3 days after my appointment to check in and was told I'd have the estimate as soon as my guy got out of his meeting. I'm still waiting, no call, no email, nothing. Obviously I won't be taking my truck there. If you don't want my business, please don't waste my or your time, pretty simple. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. After 3 months in the shop, we went to go finally pick up the vehicle just for them to hand it to us with clear body damage that they had completely missed on the bumper, necessitating them to order and whole new bumper, and multiple NEW scratches in the paint after they "fixed" it. Fast forward another couple weeks, finally get the car back and after driving it just a couple days, there's multiple things STILL WRONG. They never fixed the scratches, stating that they'll easily buff out and that it's not their problem. They broke one of the plastic inserts on the front bumper causing them to have to order ANOTHER piece for the bumper. The washer reservoir they supposedly replaced with brand new oem is broken and leaking everywhere. The right front headlight that was ALSO supposed to be brand new oem was in fact an aftermarket unit (TYQ) AND the aftermarket one they put in was defective! The headlight bounces at night going over small bumps and is causing the car to throw a code saying the headlight is bad! And to top it all off, there's a clunking noise from the RF when turning and going over bumps/dips in the road! They say they're going to handle all the repairs and get us a rental car, but it's now been almost 4 weeks since all of this was discussed and almost 3 weeks that they've literally had the parts sitting there waiting to be installed (according to them) and they refuse to give us a call back! Mind you, we're now over 5 months since the original accident happened! Absolutely 0 stars. I don't recommend ANYBODY coming here, terrible service! read more

The entire team is very helpful, they got me a shuttle to the rental car lot and they took care of the rental when I picked up my car and it looked brand new! I hit a coyote at 75 on highway 50. Only issue was a small issue with a sensor and they took it right back and fixed it up like new. They were fairly quick too. The paint matches perfectly! It's like the first day I picked up the car from the lot. The staff is so helpful, nice & professional. Paige was my point person and she kept me up to date throughout the entire process messaging me every 2-3 days with an update. 16Aug -Neighbor backed into the side of our truck. 27Aug-Estimate at Coachcraft Auto Body, states "Thank you for Trusting Diamond Auto Body with your car & truck repairs" Employees wore "Collision Pros" shirts. Odometer 198,360mi. 10Sept-Dropped truck off for repairs at Coachcraft/Diamond Auto Body/Collision Pros (Collision Pros Et al.) 1Oct-Picked up truck. Driver's rear door chrome trim panel missing. 2Oct-Noticing missing chrome prompted me to inspect the truck further, revealing critical issues with the repairs and raising safety concerns for my wife and daughters: Loose interior door panel; distressed, broken, or improperly installed plastic panels. Improperly installed 5th-wheel hitch bolts, with one spinning by hand. Unsecured fuel filler neck. Rear door weather stripping (driver and passenger sides) failing to seal the cab. Unsecured wiring harness under the bed, with a wire pinched by the license plate. Passenger-side truck bed paint, paid out of pocket, showing visible waves. These problems highlight poor workmanship and serious safety risks. 3Oct-While parked after sunset waiting for my daughter, I discovered several issues: The interior was covered in dirt, dust, and debris, including my youngest child's booster seat. The driver-side tail lights and license plate light were not functioning. The driver-side rear door wasn't locking due to internal binding. I had to remove the panel to manually lock it for the night. 5 Oct-Rear window of the cab was removed for painting, was damaged & had a large cut in the weather stripping. 7 Oct-The rear driver-side door had a paint run and a damaged interior door panel with broken structural components. I found the broken pieces inside the door and collected them in a bag to show Manager Zachary Semenza. Additionally, the rear interior panels, C-pillars, and rear cab section were not properly secured. 9Oct-Drove truck in to show Manager Zachary Semenza. Estimator was making a list, stopping when realizing everything on the original estimate required corrective action. 16Oct-I returned the truck for repairs and removed the interior passenger-side rear door panel, which showed no signs of damage. When showing Manager Zachary Semenza the damaged driver-side door panel they had removed, he remarked to my wife, "The truck is old." She questioned whether he believed the truck didn't deserve proper repairs. Semenza stammered and backpedaled, attempting to justify his comment. The truck is meticulously maintained, and relied upon by my wife and kids, and I expect perfection in safety and reliability. I demonstrated how easily the panels could be installed, explaining that I removed the passenger-side panel without damage. I left the broken parts from the driver-side door in a Ziploc bag and requested they repair or replace the panel. I also reiterated concerns about the rear door's failure to lock, which I had to dismantle at 7 PM on October 3 to secure. 21Oct-Went to pick up truck again. I begin inspecting, to find that none of the previous discrepancies had been remedied. I noted the poor repair on the door panel. Semenza produced receipt from "Color Glo of Reno" for $150, claiming the door was "fixed." Semenza stated that his "Senior Tech" will fix the truck, mentioning that the previous tech was "no longer with us." We discussed the situation, deciding to leave the truck at the shop for third time, feeling hopeful that it would finally be repaired correctly. 5Dec-My wife received call that the truck was ready and Semenza said I wasn't allowed to "disassemble" the truck in the driveway again. 6Dec-I retrieved my keys but declined to return them when asked, opting to inspect the truck myself in the "done lot." Discrepancies remained unresolved. The only visible change was new hardware on the main bolts securing the 5th-wheel hitch plate to the frame. The interior rear door panel had more epoxy/JB Weld as a repair, and I discovered new damage--a large crack in the bug deflector. A tech met me at the truck, insisting no further disassembly was needed and claiming everything was fixed. I focused on the unresolved issues and didn't respond much. The tech mentioned disconnecting and charging the batteries, warning against leaving the truck unused in cold weather. About three miles from the shop, the "Change Engine Oil" message appeared. Checking the oil, I found it low. I took a photo of the odometer reading, 199,125 miles, noting that 715 miles had been added to the truck. No mechanical issues justified such an extensive "test drive," and neither verbal nor written consent was given for this use. The truck may have been involved in a collision, potentially explaining the crack in the bug deflector and damage to the hood. read more

Update: Mike called to apologize and explain they had some staffing issues. He offered to replace my rain guards. I had to go back in a couple more times but really appreciate him making the effort to make things right! Brought my car in for the estimate and made the appointment to bring it back to get the actual work done. When I brought my car in for our scheduled appointment 2 weeks later, they had NO record of the appointment. Yet, somehow they had ordered and received all the parts needed. Then, they said I needed a full gas tank for the calibrations. They became VERY RUDE when I suggested they should have told me this BEFORE the appointment. They insisted they don't need to as it's the car manufacturer's policy, not theirs. So I guess all customers should call their car manufacturers to ask about autobody work since not much is their actual responsibility. They are the ones who know about it! Customer service becoming rude and refusing to admit any oversight, big or small, is always a joy. On my drive home after I picked up my car, I noticed a flapping noise as I drove down the freeway. Couldn't really figure out what it was until I got home. When I got home and closed the car door, my rain guard was half off. So lucky that it didn't fly off and hit another car or person as I was driving home. I called them and left them a message about it. No return call a week later. No. Just no. read more

Congratulations! You've suffered through dozens of other body shop listings on Yelp to find Coachcraft, and to this review. (For some reason, Coachcraft listing is not high in the Yelp search results.) I have done all the stressful work, shopping around at half a dozen different body shops, which actually took months (long story). And all you have to do is read this review to benefit from everything I've discovered. Lucky duck! First thing I learned is that some body shops offer estimates, and some will offer guesstimates. Know the difference, and do not accept guesstimates. Guesstimates are when they look at your car and say, "I think it will cost $____." No, that's not good enough. They must provide you a thorough estimate, with every part and all labor all outlined on paper, and they must be able to explain clearly why each thing must be done. Coachcraft does this. Second thing I learned is that some body shops will not communicate very well, or give accurate estimates for how long the work will take. Coachcraft does this. They were extremely friendly, and occasionally called with status updates. Third thing I learned is that some body shops charge a lot of money, and some will charge significantly less (~25%). Coachcraft charges less. Fourth thing I learned is that body shops differ in quality of customer service. Coachcraft has extremely good customer service. It will come back looking like new. It will get done exactly on the timeline they said it would, and it will cost exactly what they said it would. There was a tiny detail they missed (so tiny that it's very hard to even spot), but they said they will fix it for me free of charge, only charging for the part they need to order. Considering the stress I've endured trying to get my car fixed before I discovered them, I am so thrilled with Coachcraft. It was basically a perfect experience. read more

To my friends and family if you ever need autobody work done to your vehicle, do not use Coachcraft!! They did a major repair on my truck and this morning the wheel and tire came completely off while I was on I-80. This isn't the only problem I've had with these hacks either. There was a leak in my turbo, which if they just test drive it around the block they would've known. But obviously quality work must be a foreign term to them. Before this, we had them "fix" another truck. They used zip ties and heat shrink to "fix" it. I looked online and it's a $38 part. But instead they used a zip tie. They did $34,000 worth of repairs on my truck. I wonder how many zip ties that is. Completely serious, I wouldn't let them install a tire valve stem cap. Their quality is absolute shit!! After getting my truck back I noticed that the driver side spring rubber cup was half assed put on. See pictures below. Also now my high beams don't work. BEWARE Dropped off the car for bumper and headlight repair. Picked up a little over a week later and a quarter of a tank of gas was missing and the clutch was blown next day. They didn't record miles in and miles out on the receipt either. Quick to get my "drop in"estimate and us, in and out. The parking lot here is VERRRRY small, but they make up for that inconvenience by the professionalism and empathy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! After I was in a hit and run, I was devastated because it was possible the insurance was going to total my car. Right from the beginning Coachcraft was friendly and upfront. Shane was our main point of contact and he was incredible! From the first day he was quick and they gave us an assessment of the damage within several hours. As I mentioned there was a possibility that my car would be totaled and Shane worked so hard to get the amount of the damage down to as little as possible so that the insurance company would not total my car. Communication was the only barrier. My husband had to keep on them to always find out the status of my car. It was supposed to take 2 1/2 weeks, but ended up being in for a month. But if that is our only complaint, I will take it, because again I can't say enough how stunning my car looked once they were finished. PS so so mad at the person that thinks it is EVER okay to hit someone and drive away! The only possible upside to this is the beautiful job that Coachcraft did on my car. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and I was very pleased with the body repair they did, however after leaving I went to my Daughter's home, got out of my car, went around to the back- trunk area and there was a chip to the right of the Subaru logo. I called them immediately and they said to bring it back. They looked at it and took a camera shot of the chipped area AND said it was there when I brought it in on the 16th. But they are wrong. My friend who has a classic car comes over at least three times a week and agreed with me. One of my Friends that works at St. Marys Hospital said She was sorry that She recommended Coachcraft to me. Please make sure when taking your vehicle to Coachcraft for repairs that you take pictures before and look at your car all around before leaving Coachcraft. My son got in an accident on the freeway back in February. I work at Renown and Coachcraft is right across the street . Once we talked to our insurance they told us we could take it there and start the repairs . We had it towed there and they got to work on it after about a week or so . They are a very busy place which didn't bother us because my son had another vehicle to drive in the meantime. With that being said Coachcraft did a great job on all the repairs and made it pretty much back to brand new . You would never know it ever was in an accident . Scott let us know everything that was going on with the repairs and gave us updates throughout the whole process . They did have to take it to The dealership where we purchased the car a couple times to help with the repairs . Nice to know if they don't know how to fix something or need the help they will take it where it needs to go instead of just fixing it and hope its right . They also stand by their work . I was very frustrating working with the shope and will never go there again. After replacing my front bumper, they did not align correctly and then blamed the fender having a small ripple in it. Tthe fender already was like that before and the other fender was the same, yet the bumper fit fine on that side. When I asked them if they could try to fix it, the manager got mad and was extremely rude. They never asked me to review the work before signing off on it. During our first real snow, I managed to hit a fairly large rock in a parking lot at Lemmon Valley. Hitting the rock wasn't so much the issue as putting my car in reverse and having a piece of my car torn off. I made it to work and called my insurance company. They recommended Coachcraft for my repairs. They called me and made arrangements to pick up my car and tow it to their shop. It was right before Christmas so I figured I would hear from them. Within the next week, they contacted me several times to give me a status and finally to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival they walked me out to my car to make sure I was satisfied. They did a wonderful job and my car looked as if nothing had happened. They worked directly with my insurance company as well as with the rental car company to assist with a time of stress. I hope to never HAVE to use them again. My go to auto body shop. Cory helped me to get a date that worked best for me and they even kept me in the hoop and gave me up dates on my car. They have been backed up lately but are so worth the wait. I feel like they are really dedicated to making sure there customers are happy. So unfortunately we hit some black ice and ended up banging up our front bumper, hood, and passenger wheel well. The truck was still driveable, but the lights were askew and it didn't look good. Coach was an option through our insurance and they put us in contact with them. It took several weeks to get us in, but Mike did his best to keep us posted and managed to get us in earlier than expected, working with our schedule for drop off. While the truck was in the shop, we were updated on the parts, any delays, and timeframe. They did a beautiful job on the paint, and washed it before we picked it up.
