Amazing food always. I loved the crawfish and shrimp !!! Always flavorful and spicy in the best way

Basic fast food counter service layout. They describe themselves as a cajun restaurant with seafood and chicken. Bold on the chicken part since this location is right next to a Raising Canes. The posted menu at the counter was somewhat confusing since I was looking for something that I could eat. It was not intuitive that ordering a catfish platter would fall under the combo platter since every other option had mixes of chicken and seafood. I guess the the side is what combos with the fish. The fish fry was decent. Only the batter was seasoned, but the fish tasted firm and fresh compared to other places that I've been to. I think it's probably better to order take out to allow the food to cool down on the way home. read more

There is HAIR in my food and they DONT care. I called to inform the restaurant after already receiving a refund from DoorDash just to inform them of the quality that they are sending out as it may have been a simple mistake. I spoke with Kimberly there and she immediately met me with attitude and denying that there's anyone there that works there with "long" black hair and that they all have a net on their hair. she was playing with semantics as I told her I don't know if the hair is 6 inches long I'm about to touch it and measure it but instead of simply apologizing or meeting me with care or concern she kept breaking up a refund. I stated multiple times to her that I already received a refund from DoorDash that's not why I am calling. It's absolutely disgusting to receive a hair in my food and then even worse to be met with piss poor customer service. This was my introduction to this restaurant and I will never be back. read more

Instead of customer service and accountability, I got no refund and they did not remake my order. The accused it of being my hair! I've been going to 7Spice for about 3 years. I've never had terrible customer service, until yesterday. I called in my order and while ordering, I asked the woman what kind of fountain drinks they have. I normally don't get a drink, so I wasn't sure. She told me that she couldn't see what drinks they had from where she was, then persisted to tell me what kind of bottled sodas they had. I asked her if I should look at their online menu for drinks. I obviously wanted to know if they had an option I wanted, before ordering it. She then tells me, well we have Pepsi products, that's all I can tell you. She never mentioned the kind of fountain drinks. I went ahead and placed my order because I was hungry and irritated from terrible customer service from another place. we are from out of town and we're excited to try this spot, upon arrival we asked the front cashier what she recommended from the menu or what was something people ordered a lot and with a bothered tone responded with "fish and shrimp i guess" was very rude when we continued to ask questions. This was my first time trying 7Spice. I ordered the Cajun fried rice with chicken and shrimp. It was good, but not great. Without the 7Spice sauce I drizzled on top, it would've been just okay. So don't forget the sauce! My sister got the gumbo with chicken, shrimp, and crawfish. The gumbo was pretty good. Hot and the right level of spice. The prices here are super reasonable. I was able to get three entrees for $25. I would come back to try the fried fish and get more of the gumbo. I would say more like 3.5 stars. The spice level is good. Shrimp are a nice size. They gave me the wrong flavor when I went so minus points for that. Is it the best seafood ever no. The shrimp seemed to be slightly over-cooked, but I made it work. I ordered the crawfish etouffee on the side and poured it over the entire meal and it completely elevated the entire flavor profile! Horrible service!!!!! I placed an order through door dash , 2 pounds of crab clusters and red beans and rice . I spend 93$ not including tip or delivery fee. After waiting 40 min I got my order and it was wrong !! So I called immediately and was told no more orders are to be taken over the phone . Because they are closing early, I explained how I got the wrong order . The gentleman told me to give my name he checked and confirm it was their mistake but I would have to call Uber . I said no sir please I don't wanna call again I want to just place it with you and pick it up. I will pay for it and deal with Uber later. He told me he wasn't able to take any more orders again . I said but my order was messed up this was all I had to eat . So am I just suppose to be hungry. He told me he's sorry but yes.
