I cannot recommend 7Glass due to severe scheduling dysfunction, physical property damage, and a complete lack of public integrity from the owner. Initially, they provided a reasonable price and quickly installed a giant mirror in my downstairs half bath. The technicians themselves were polite while in my home. However, the rest of the experience was a disaster. First, they have a massive communication issue. They showed up for the installation without confirming a time when I was home. They also failed to confirm the second appointment but luckily caught me when I happened to be available. Second, they damaged my property. During the mirror installation, they made a couple of large gouges high up on my bathroom wall. Instead of pointing it out or apologizing, they left without a word. When I discovered the damage a few days later, I sent a polite email with photos to their coordinator, Ethan. I wasn't even asking for compensation - just acknowledgment. My email was ignored for a week. The worst part, and the reason for this 1-star review, is how the owner Vito handles accountability. After waiting a week with no reply, I posted an honest online review on Thursday evening detailing this experience. At 7am on Friday, Vito emailed me privately, apologizing for the trouble and stating he was sending technicians to "have the scratches taken care of." Less than two hours later, at 850am, two men showed up at my house. I was not available, and this marked the THIRD time they showed up without an appointment. Because they're closed on weekends, I planned to call them on Monday. However, on Saturday afternoon, the owner posted a public response to my review claiming they never send crews unannounced and outright denying responsibility for the wall damage. No company dispatches a crew to repair damage they aren't responsible for, yet they did exactly that before publicly lying about it - in two different ways! The disconnect between their private admissions and their public-facing deception is deeply disingenuous. They are disorganized, they damage property, and they will publicly blame the customer to protect their reputation. Do not trust them. read more

We had a terrible experience with Ethan and his staff. They showed up late, acted unprofessionally, and smoked outside our home--leaving cigarette butts all over our driveway. They placed tools directly on our newly remodeled bathroom surfaces, causing scratches. Worse, the glass shower was measured incorrectly. Instead of addressing the mistake, they tried to force it to fit--cutting into our quartz and causing visible damage. They also chipped the quartz on the inside of our shower. When we contacted them immediately about the chipped quartz, they denied responsibility and claimed it was already like that. It absolutely was not. To top it off, one of the owners showed up wearing an extremely offensive hat--completely unprofessional and inappropriate. We stopped the job once we saw the damage, and while they did issue a refund, the work was incomplete and we're now left to fix their mistakes. Do not hire or trust this company. read more

I installed two pieces of glass I bought from 7Glasses. When the window was foggy, I found two 4 inches rings, one 2 inches ring, two 1 inch squires, and one 2 x 3 inches rectangular shaped marks on one of the glasses. I realized this piece is old salvaged glass. read more

Ethan, with 7Glass, is AmAzInG! He responded immediately to my emergency this morning. He expertly secured a large piece of glass, above our business's entry door, and got me out of the panic mode! Our building is older and because of repeated use, a metal bar above the door had fallen out, narrowly missing one of our tenants. The metal bar was part of the glass frame and I worried that the glass was no longer secure. He assured me it would be ok and he worked to permanently secure the metal bar.
