Chris and John did a great job. We had 8 windows that needed to be replaced. 4 which failed and 4 that had a horrible pondscape etched into them. From start to finish it was a great experience. Our windows are wood, it was clearly explained that it's a lot of labor to replace the glass and getting them replaced with vinyl windows might be a cheaper option. We choose to have the glass replaced. I think it was only a week from ordering the glass to install. Took a full day to install and they did a great job. Again it was clearly communicated to me that the windows would need touch up work due to having to cut away the paint to replace trim on the outside to remove the glass. The windows need very minor touch up due to careful work. Super pleased to have clear windows now! read more

These guys were friendly, prompt, and super easy to work with. I requested a quote for a broken window (large, custom size) at my home in Issaquah and received a response later that same day. They were able to view my window and provide a detailed quote the next day. I had to wait a week for my custom glass to arrive but as soon as it did the Simple Glass Replacement guys called me to arrange a time for install. They worked around my schedule and were easy to have around the house even while I worked from home. My old window ended up being much more difficult to remove than expected (poor build quality from the last home owners) but the SGR team was ready for the challenge (no additional cost, despite taking much longer to remove). I was selling my condo in Bellevue, WA, and I had already got an offer. As a result of the inspection, 2 windows had to be replaced. I am living out of State, so it was impossible for me to be at home to get companies to inspect the windows and give me a quote, and it was also impossible for me to be present when the repair was conducted to check its quality. Not only that, but all the Window repair companies I contacted in the Bellevue/Renton area had lead-times of 2 or 3 months for the repair to be conducted!!! However I already had an offer, and a closing date for the sale within the month. Then, I found Simple Glass Replacement on line. I called them, and explained my situation to John. He said he could come same day to inspect the windows and give me a quote, so I gave him the code for the contractor box. He came same day, and gave me a quote. John came for the measurement and quote. He was very professional and the quote they gave was lower than the other two companies I queried.
