I came here on a Thursday afternoon craving for some boba. I got the Golden Dr. Fruit Tea ($6.25) with an addition of Agar Boba (+$1.00). The drink was advertised as a 24oz drink. I waited about 5mins and received my drink. One of the first things I noticed was that the drink size was much smaller than the one in the front advertised. I tried the drink out and it was okay; however, I went to ask the boba barista if my drink was the correct 24oz size...She said it was. Usually I don't go out of my way to confirm drink sizes but it was very obvious to me that my drink size was not 24oz. I kept the drink. When I got home I emptied all the large fruit pieces & boba from the drink and measured how much the cup held. It was approx. 19.6 oz...that was full of water without any of the toppings or ice included. My intention in writing this review is to call out the deceit. If you advertise for 24oz, any customer is expecting the drink+toppings+ice to be around that...not for the cup size to be less than 20oz. That being said for having to pay almost $8 for a drink that is smaller than advertised, there are plenty of other boba options I would recommend instead. read more

Went here with a couple of my buddies the other day. They had a LOT of sugar-free options and agar boba. I have a sugar intolerance so this practically made my day. I got the strawberry green tea which tasted amazing, had a lot of fresh strawberries, and was a great size. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and never make us feel bad if we come in before closing -- they've even stayed open a little late sometimes! Love this place! They use real ingredients to make their drinks. Real tea leaves, fruit, milk, etc. They also don't use sugary sweetners or powders. And their boba is delicious and perfectly made in terms of softness and chewiness. The inside of the place is very cozy to the point where I can spend a few hours relaxing just reading a book or journaling. 10/10 read more

Holy Moly, the pudding they sell here is the real deal! I had no intention of purchasing the pudding at first but the cashier offered me a sample of the coconut pudding and I was blown away. Honestly recommend the pudding over their teas. [Coconut Pudding with Dragon Fruit - $8] The pudding is sweet and milky, and has the texture of silky soft tofu. The dragon fruit added on top gives a really nice smoothing feel when eaten together. It also have a nice aroma when you open the jar. [Dragon-Fruit Yogurt Milk tea - $5.75] Note: added Panda boba ($0.75) + 25% sugar + requested almond soy milk ***The visual aesthetic of the drink is never a guarantee that this drink is tasty! I got this drink hoping to get that dragon-fruit tea taste, but it just milk tasting. It wasn't as delicious as it looks and was tasteless. The cashier recommended 25% since she said the drink was sweet, and it was not. The dragon fruit had a bit of sweetness but the milk overwhelmed it. The panda boba added didn't really help the drink since the boba is tasteless but chewy. I would recommend this drink to those that really like milky drinks rather tea flavoured drinks. Also, request for more sugar if you prefer sweet drinks. [Parking] The parking lot is located in the back. It is shared with other businesses. I walked in this newly opened tea house today with my friend and we ordered matcha pudding and coconut pudding. The taste of those peddings were impeccable!!! The matcha pudding had a perfect balance between sweetness and green tea flavor, and the coconut pudding was just AWESOME! I have to say every bite worth my calories!!! The quality of tea we ordered was great. And the vibe of this small space was nice...everything laid out in a way that makes sense. I had two issues with this place however: one kind of a small thing, but the other more of a deal breaker. The small thing is that the restroom is not available to the public. I totally get this in general, but I don't understand if someone is paying over $10 for a couple of drinks (actual patrons of your business) why you wouldn't allow them to use the restroom? Being one of those folks that like to be hydrated all the time (LOL) I have passed up businesses simply for this reason. The second thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the customer service. It seemed like there was a girl in training at the front (and she was fine) and someone working with her who was more in charge. The in charge gal was pretty abrupt with us and not very welcoming. I thought perhaps maybe it was just me. But when we were waiting for our drinks, another set of customers came in and had some questions. The cashier was super awkward and she was having this weird attitude thing when talked to customer. She was not making eye contact nor smiling when placing order with people. Also the receipt machine was broken so she was holding off the line and focused on the machine. I got unsweetened oolong tea with panda boba. Oolong tea was average, it does not have the herbal taste of oolong leaf and they added lemon inside the tea which made it taste kind of weird. Boba was not chewy and it was tiny. We've been looking forward to trying this place out and excited to see it was finally open. Workers were friendly and it is a cute cafe. We tried the purple rice drink with boba. Very odd drink....it's like that Thai coconut sticky rice but in drink form. Milk with a bunch of rice at the bottom. The boba wasn't necessary and actually probably made it worse.
