The service we just received from your workers was terrible! The male cashier started yelling at my family less than 1 minute after walking in the store to get the F out of the store with our registered service dog because he was mopping! I couldn't believe how bad we were treated! We have been coming here for a few years and after the way we were just treated we won't ever come back! COVID-19 phase: Pit stop! Came here to get more Diet Pepsi and my mother wanted to buy a charger, Power and Mega. They had Dunkaroos for viewing and 2 of those were bought too! Workers are masked and they are required to go in. The store is very clean! They have it all from food to drinks and much more. The worker was very kind! Great service and store! Highly recommended! Came in while traveling around 5:15pm. Needed to use the bathroom and buy a water. One bathroom was occupied and the second one I went into had piss all over the floor and all over the seats. I went to the male worker and let him know that it was dirty and asked him if he could clean it off so I could use it. He inspects the restroom, comes out and in response says, "I'm actually doing something right now so I can't." I didn't even give him a hard time but I was flashbacking to my humble ass days working the gas station life and brushed it off and said, "Fine. We'll just go somewhere else." And we tried the backside of 76. No bathroom. What's my other option? Ask him again to clean it please. By the time we came BACK in, his literal response was, "I thought you were going somewhere else." My husband already feeling disrespected let the two other female employees know that the bathroom really needs attention and the male worker said he was too busy to do it in which he lied through his lazy ass teeth saying he did not in fact say that. Lmao.. bruh! One female in a loud "irritated" voice explains that there is another bathroom we could use while she cleans that one. She goes on to say pretty much that it's a public restroom, what do you expect? If you don't like it then go somewhere else. And all the while just trying to let them know that it's their job description. So I use the OTHER one where it's EQUALLY dirty. Public restroom OKAY! I'm not expecting Buckingham Palace or anything. But these 3 LAZY Gen-Z babies need to put themselves in a higher position of confidence if they don't want to obviously work there. You can tell they hate their job. Let me note at this time we were the only ones in the store. Where 3 employees were sticking their fingers up their own butts not doing their job. Even had the nerve to call us "bitc***" because they.. didn't.. want.. to.. do.. their..job. I've worked that gas station life for 3 years. The staff is rude and unintelligent. The manager tried to lie and charge someone extra money for an item. When he was called out for over charging he used a racial slur against the person because they didn't speak English very well. This 7-Eleven store can be seen from the 99 freeway. There is even a billboard sign off of Hwy 99 North that lets you know to exit at South Ave. Place was hopping busy the afternoon we dropped in to fill up the gas tank. Prices were surprisingly low considering they are right off the Freeway and no nearby competition. Went inside the convenience store to buy some water. First thing I noticed was their floors. It was interesting, but made the place look a bit dirty. Well stocked store, and they carried stuff I don't normally see at a 7-11 store like fishing bait. Service was okay. Although there was no hello, smile, or thank you said. Because of the convenient location, I will probably stop in again whenever I drive this part of the 99 freeway. read more

Do not reload any cash onto cards here. Worst mistake was pulling into this gas station. Usually I do Monte Vista 7-11 and never once had an issue. Apparently people there don't know how to count cash. I handed the employee $220 and only did $120. How in the world. As soon as I called the girl said nothing could be done until tomorrow. I get gas and coffee at this 7-11 every morning. I could not disagree more with the other reviews. Every morning I get a hello and a good morning. The employees seem very busy, seems as though they could use more staff! The manager (who is a man btw) is always helpful and friendly....you can tell he is well liked by all the customers. I look forward to the day 7-Eleven goes out of business. I'm from the east coast, stopped here on a road trip to Yosemite. The bathrooms were APPALLING. They were unisex with multiple stalls so I shared the restroom with a man while I was in there...there was pee and feces all over the walls of the stalls, the sinks were literally black and looked like they had never been cleaned. The whole place stunk of a freezer that had been left open for days on end, as I've learned all 7-Elevens do. I said to my husband as we were leaving, "I feel as though whoever was on the corporate side, dealt with quality assurance, or company standards must have all died and left these stores to just fend for themselves." Take a page from Wawa on the east coast that's rapidly putting 7-Eleven out of business. read more

On my central valley travels I discovered this particular 7-11. The gas price is the best. On my last visit I went inside and found a clean bathroom. A friendly "hello" from a clerk, a great selection of drinks and eats, and helpful counter person rounded this surprisingly nice visit. This 7-11 is clean, friendly, convenient. read more
