505 dip without crab, freshly made
Janelle F.

Heidi was our server/ bartender and she was absolutely amazing! She was very personable, we well as the head manager of rivals (505's brother restaurant, which happens to be our other favorite restaurant/ bar) who was sitting next to us! Food was great, and although the steak was a little too done, they managed to make a great impression by discounting the meal, AS WELL AS accepting the extra discount from Spotluck. Definitely a great way to gain returning customers!! Will definitely be back soon to this amazing new local restaurant!! PS: The first/ last time we were here, the head chef was sitting at he bar and happened to hear me say I am allergic to all types of seafood, but really wanted the spinach artichoke dip (which had crab) and came over and talked to us for a bit, and then made a special serving of it, without crab, just for me!! Although that specific chef is no longer with them, I get such a great vibe from the people who run the restaurant.

$21 for a 1/2" Ribeye and unflattering sides. The tuna steak entree is delicious.

Better than what it used to be, nice atmosphere and nice staff. I'm a steak guy, this isn't the place for that meal. I ordered the $21 Ribeye, it was a 1/2 inch thick and very underwhelming. It came with lobster mashed potatoes and bacon wrapped asparagus. I couldn't taste any lobster and the five pieces of asparagus were wrapped in a single slice of bacon and not seasoned at all. To be fair, I had the tuna steak entree and the entire dish was delicious.

two pieces of bacon on a table

Only putting one star because our waitress was very nice and respectful. I got a turkey burger and French fries. Burger was good. French fries were Burnt to the crisp couldn't even eat them without cracking a tooth. Do not recommend took unnecessary amount of time to just cook a burger and fries. Will not be returning in the future.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn't very busy, service was good. I ordered a salad, which was fine. The bruschetta was a bit off, it wasn't horrible, but there could have been more care taken. I'd go back. However, there was no changing table, so leave the baby at home.

Despite being one of the few patrons in the restaurant, my order took quite some time to come out. Drinks were made instantly, but I finished two before my entree arrived. The bathroom was strangely the only sticky element of the establishment. *Ribeye: huge 18 ounce ribeye served with sweet potato fries and creamed corn. Although I asked for medium rare, the edges leaned closer to medium well. That said, the steak was thoroughly seasoned and tender throughout. The sweet potato fries were heavily seasoned with sea salt, though the potatoes themselves were sweet enough to balance it out. The creamed corn was the most pungent and watery component. I wished the sauce had been thickened more, as it pooled underneath the steak and softened the bottom crust. Overall, this dish was hefty and a steal for the price. *Frost Bite: one of the seasonal mixed drinks. The Malibu and pineapple juice gave this a pina colada style profile. The blue curacao added a striking snowy appearance, though the drink itself leaned quite sweet. *Jingle Juice: another seasonal option, though this one packed a stronger alcohol punch. The tequila was more prominent, while the peach schnapps helped soften the edge. However, the cranberry and orange juices were barely noticeable, so it did not quite deliver the spiked fruit punch profile I was expecting. I loved the generous portions and strong flavors. While the execution was not perfect, the large sizes and heavy pours still made this a jolly experience.

We were unsure what that might say but thrilled with our meal Fantastic apps, fresh tomato mozzarella salad and the chicken scalippini was top notch. Amazing butter caper sauce and the best gnocchi I've ever had Martini and other cocktails were spot on The service was relaxed and friendly. A local resident outside of a business asked if we were looking for something. When we shared we were trying to find a place for dinner, he highly recommended the Old Corner Hotel and gave us walking directions. As we approached, we could hear laughter and multiple conversations. When we entered (directly into the bar section), there were people seated surrounding the bar and at a few tables. We asked to be seated in the dining room which was about 1/3 full. The lighting was nice, with some natural light coming in through the stained glass windows, as well as some dim lamps on each table. Our server, Tori, was helpful in sharing both the daily specials, as well as describing the drink menu. All servers were very attentive, with several check ins during the course of the evening. Prior to receiving our entrées, we were brought some warm bread and olive oil, which was delicious. Our entrées also arrived quickly and were very flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant, if you are in the area!
