Right behind the Marriott Bonvoy. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Came here for a work dinner so the restaurant was closed for this private event. When walking inside, the smell reminded me of an old basement, but it quickly faded. We had live music playing, which set the perfect vibe. The bartenders were quick and super friendly. Enjoyed a variety of appetizers and my favorite was the bread. The crust had a great salty flavor to it. Unfortunately, my entrée was forgotten about so I didn't get my plate of food until most of the party was done eating. However, this server was very apologetic and I just slipped on my mojito. Loved the street corn and the poblano crema on the potatoes. For dessert I had the ice cream sandwich, which was underwhelming. The cookies were too hard, a bit overcooked for my liking. A party of 20+ people took over the majority of the storefront. Between the bar and our table, I think there were 3 or 4 tables of 4 available. I have no idea how many people were in the kitchen cooking, but ALL of our meals came out at once. The bar and food menus were eclectic. After a Sunday morning walk, we needed a yummy brunch spot and Barrel 135 exceeded our expectations. Our server was absolutely delightful and friendly. She had great recommendations for yummy food on their menu and engaged us every time she walked past. I had cranberry mimosas which were perfectly refreshing, while my husband had a couple of bloody Mary's (one was a custom Dirty Hot Mary which he would do again!). Both of our breakfasts were delish. I had the hummus toast which had just enough of everything, including house made roasted red peppers. He had the BLTE, which was a disaster to eat but OH SO DELICIOUS! This charming restaurant & bar has an amazing chef who I hear is also a musician (Interrobang? I think I have that right but ask him when you go in to visit!) . We were in town just to see Emily Angell music (spotify, pandora, twitch, instagram, etc)! She was fabulous as always. This location seemed small for music to me, but it actually was amazing. There's art on the wall from a local artistic so this place will definitely get your creative juices flowing and your mouth watering. Although there's a large bar space, don't be fooled - this spot has some awesome high end food!Not your typical gasto pub - this spot has sushi, Korean bbq ribs, duck breast, etc.... not your typical run of the mill bar food (burgers, fries, etc.). The Korean ribs were recommended by the bar tender, so of course I tried them! Sadly, my ribs came out cold, so they weren't as good as they could have been. You could taste the charcoal (yum!) and wonderful seasoning! I'm not a potato person and they may have been the best I've ate in a LONG time. Sooo good! The dish was also served with tempura broccoli and kimchi. I wished the kimchi had a bit more spice, but it paired well with the nicely cooked tempura. I really wish the ribs were hot, or at least warm, kinda stinks that they didn't live up to the sides. My friends tried the salmon that was on special. They had $5 martinis for happy hour! This was the closest restaurant to our hotel. We had very low expectations. We sat outside to listen to the live music, which was great. We had a few small plates and a porterhouse to share. The whipped feta had a surprising depth that put a smile on our face. The fried ribs were crispy and flavorful. This is not a steakhouse, yet the double seared porterhouse was steakhouse worthy. I hosted a dinner for 15 people last Saturday night. All of us from out of town. I chose Barrel 135 after reading the reviews. and it did not disappoint. Besides the innovative menu and great food, Josh + crew were oh so accommodating. I wish that I could remember the name of our server. She was absolutely delightful. She patiently listened to food allergies and random requests for modifications, all while running back & forth to the bar & kitchen. The Baby Back Ribs delicious. The Burger delicious. Beef Lettuce Cups delicious. Barrel Fries delicious. Pulled Pork Sandwich delicious. Fried Chicken Sandwich extra delicious. Literally no complaints. I'm in Williamsport a few times for recruiting fun over the next few weeks and staying at the Hampton Inn. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a fantastic restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It's on the street directly behind the Residence Inn (not in the Residence Inn like I initially thought). The restaurant wasn't packed, but it was busier than expected on a Tuesday night. Big takeaways. The food was super quick and high quality. I had the Brisket Banh Mi with veggies, and luckily, I snagged the last one of the day. Service was on point. I could tell quite a few regulars were sitting at the bar with me as the bartender/server greeted them before they sat down. They kept my water full and my alcohol steady. This place has some great food. I've tried sushi, conventional salad with salmon or chicken on it, and a fab summer salad with watermelon feta cheese and some unusual spices on it. Service is quite good, and friendly - the owner's girlfriend has been my server each time I've visited. The only downside to the place is that acoustically it's pretty loud, and this is VERY unfortunate because Kelly (aforementioned server), while very nice is also quite possibly the loudest human in downtown Willamsport - you are intimately involved in (at least her side of) any conversation going on in the whole place. Went for a fun night out this time last year with a girlfriend. The restaurant was not extremely busy and we both ordered the exact same salad and vodka drinks. We were having a great time barring the lack luster attention of the waiter. We were ready to see the dessert menu and instead were served with the bill. When we asked about dessert the waiter replied that they only had chocolate something or other (I forget the actual name). We couldn't believe there was only one choice on the menu and continued to ask expressing how odd it was that there was only one choice but to no avail. So as we were filling out our check info a waitress walked by our table to the table behind us and started to tell them all about all the desserts they had on the menu that evening. WHAT!!!! You've got to be kidding! We couldn't believe what we were hearing. I tend to overtip as I once waitressed and bartended so I know what a hard job it is. But after we were snubbed by our lazy waiter I quickly slashed my tip to an insulting amount. No matter how good the food was, (although getting drinks was painstakingly slow) I don't care if I ever go back to Barrel again! Bad service always overshadows good food! read more

First time here, visiting from out of town. My friend had the blugogi tacos. The meat was tender, excellently prepared and they were delicious. Sometime when I see fresh cut fries I tend to think they're not as good as others you can purchase because they're soft and not tasty. These were crispy and well seasoned - very good! I had the beet salad and tempura shrimp mango roll. For not being a Japanese place the sushi was good, light and flavorful. While I like hot sauces, and they only put a small drop on each piece, I felt like the sriracha overwhelmed the sushi a bit. I would order with sriracha on the side bed time. read more
