three empanadas on a tray
Whitney W.

Hubby and I were hungry on our way to Baltimore so I looked up food and ended up here. They have a vast menu and the lady at the counter was helpful as we were deciding what to order. The empanadas are "5 and we were told that 1 is a snack and 3 is a meal. We decided on doing 2 of the 3 for $15 empanada specials. The lady at the counter offered suggestions and shared her favorites. We got the Korean BBQ, the OG Beef, Tex Mex, Chicken Parm, Buffalo Chicken, and the pepperoni pizza(in order of our favorites). We sat inside which was quaint and clean. The lady from the counter brought over our food when it was ready. They Korean BBQ and the OG Beef were the standouts. The others were ok, but I probably wouldn't order them again. I'd go back for the other two alone.

410 empanadas is my friends' and I favorite food truck in Harford County. We try to get them every time we can and the food is always amazing. We also love how we get friendly service every single time. Would definitely recommend if you're wanting to try something different

This is our favorite food truck!! When we moved to Harford County we were stoked to find an empanada food truck, so excited that we asked if they would cater a late night snack at our wedding! We can't just pick one favorite, but our top three are Buffalo Chicken, The 'OG' Beef, & Tex Mex. We definitely recommend saving room for one of their dessert empanadas, our favorite is the Apple Pie. We have also had their fried green beans, which are so good! I definitely recommend giving this food truck a try, not only is their food delicious and fresh, but their hospitality is what also keeps us coming back! Couldn't recommend enough- I'm hungry just thinking about them!

We tried this food truck tonight for dinner and let me just tell you, the empanadas were delicious! We ordered 2 Buffalo chicken, 1 mozzarella stick, 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 chicken parm, 2 beef, 1 pulled pork, 1 crab and 1 mushroom cheeseburger. My absolute favorite was the mushroom cheeseburger. OH MY GOODNESS. So good. The other favorite was the buffalo chicken. The crab empanada was disappointing and the mozzarella stick empanada had only a smidge of cheese in it. We bought so many because they have a nice deal 3 for $10 otherwise they are $3.50 each. I will definitely be back for lunch!

This is one of my favorite food trucks. The Tex-Mex, spicy Puerto Rican and Korean bbq are outstanding. Great value and friendly staff.

Started off with a mule and a margarita both were solid and a round of the empanadas which didn't razzle dazzle me but was still good. We got the 5 for $18 tacos and they were stuffed to the brim with flavor! I got an order of the boom boom shrimp tacos that were huge, crispy and crunchy just like I like. Our server Roger was very polite and punctual with food and drinks. We ended off with a white gummy and green tea shot that made the whole outing neatly wrapped with a bow. They have a menu that has something for everyone including table side guac and amazing drinks for sure. Outdoor seating and an amazing indoor vibe.

We arrived at 4:50 and didn't get seated because the hostess was juggling phone calls. Our server didn't arrive at the table until 5:02 and we asked about happy hour. Bottom line we didn't beat the bewitching hr./5pm. They do not offer chips and salsa as a welcome snack. Their food over our past dinings has never been great. Tonight I had a pastor burrito and my wife had a shrimp burrito. Both dishes were meeh with a rubbery like tortilla. The best dish we have had is their bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. We're going to try different dining but if you go, Get those poppers.

We like to go to Rehoboth Bethany and Maryland Beach so this is on the way!!!! Our actual entrees came out within 5 minutes, and the food was just as good as if it took an hour to prepare!!! Our waitress was so nice, too! She was so attentive! Ambience- A big, Mexican themed place that just genuinely are so nice. They even have a bar! I had used the destination as a pit stop in the past, so I knew it would meet our immediate needs. We did some quick Google'ing and discovered that I had been referring to the Border Cafe in Newark. Thankfully, we had not yet passed the exit, so we updated our route to head there. The place was very busy for a weekday lunchtime, but we were still able to immediately get a table. We were greeted with a basket of crispy tortilla chips that I really liked, but they were accompanied by a salsa that I found oddly sour. There was no specific lunch menu, so I had to order a larger than desired entree. I went with the Chicken Gaucho, which was a marinated, mesquite-grilled chicken breast, served with slices of blackened tomatoes. The poultry was a bit tough, but not terrible. It came with my choice of one side, so I went with the white rice and black beans. The rice was fine, and the beans had a nice smoky flavor, though they were a bit greasy. My companion had ordered the Steak Fajitas, which he thought were decent as well. The Border Cafe provided a standard, fast-casual dining experience that was completely fine for a quick meal stop, but I do not think I would consider it a destination restaurant by any means.
