Great service, we were greeted and sat quickly, though it was mid afternoon so not very busy. We decided to get a few combos and sample a little of everything: Ribs & sausage with a side of slaw Brisket & pulled pork with a side of beans & rice The table had 3 sauce options: Filthy Hot (which wasn't), Classic and Carolina (the most flavor but very liquid). The ribs weren't fall off the bone but were tender, and with a good smoke ring. The sausage tasted more Amish style than Texas, not bad. The brisket was dry & flavorless, and the pulled pork, while moist, needed more smoke and seasoning. The slaw was under seasoned and underdressed (which was surprising) but a little Carolina sauce got it right. Overall, so-so, which makes me sad because I LOVE good TX bbq. I had hoped for a little Texas taste of home but it was a miss for me.
