    Lamb, beef, chicken

Easy to order online. Clean place. Delicious BBQ. We had lamb, beef, chicken, rice cake skewers, and mango milk tea! Just LU it!

1Having tried the restaurant in Boston, I was excited to have Newark Delaware to expand their asian selection with this addition. Finally, having a skewer place, join the hot pot, Korean BBQ, ramen, and pho. You will not find yourself short on options. With it being the newest thing, the place was full with tables of patrons trying their grilled beef, fatty lamb, and for those that prefer the more adventurous foods succulent pig intestines, chicken feet and heart. You'll order your phone which allows everyone at the table to know what's ordered by others and have your mouth start salivating for the upcoming sticks filled meat ready in the back and kept warm with the table side candle powered grill. Some skewers are one or a trio, while others are coming in large quantities like the 10 tofu skins. Now the reason for the three stars, service from the kitchen was rough. Other tables were getting orders after orders of skewers, while from our photos, three skewers came out a couple of times before the large order at the end, which we ended up taking home. Meats were coming out as they were ready to tables, but I imagine that orders were placed around the same time, so how do you decide which table gets the pork belly when every table ordered the pork belly. The price can creep up on you with our order being around $80 between the two of us and when we had it packed wasn't sure if two orders were included as everything was wrapped and not labeled. Might opt for a lunchtime take out order, but with the students returning to UD, the restaurant will need to prepare larger orders quickly or lose their momentum built from the anticipation.

Absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed the food here, the flavors and the service. Came here several times and I love the consistency of the good food.

Bullfrog legs (soft, oily, and cumin flavored like everything else)

The convenient method of ordering through our phone with a QR code, nice ambience, and tinfoil heater block thing to keep meat sticks warm were the best parts. If you want oil soaked cumin flavored gristle, go here. Our guts feel unwell after this very pricey $82 dinner for two. We could have ordered more but we felt unwell and remained sick for going on 24 hours afterward. Ambience is nice though. He liked the ultra greasy tender bullfrog legs. I liked the beans in a triangle of sweet sticky rice. Normally I love chicken gizzards and hearts, but not from here. We had to go up to the front for our credit card to be swiped because the waitress wasn't paying attention to us. There was only one other couple in there.

Our waiter, super friendly and did a good job.

So excited to have this restaurant in Newark. It's in the Newark Shopping Center so plenty of parking. We went on a Tuesday for dinner. It was pretty empty when we got there at 6 pm but they eventually had a full house and some people waiting. Food was all quite good. Our server was very friendly. It's a new and different experience. Definitely worth a trip. You can scan the QR code and order yourself or you can order with the waiters.

This is a great addition to the area if you're into skewers. Everything is priced well and most importantly, the food tastes amazing and flavored well and they have a a wide variety of food. One of my favorites is the fatty lamb and the intestines. The cumin seasoning gives it that kick. The waitresses were nice and we were able to order everything through an app. The decor inside looks cool and would come back again :)

Lots of Cumin! Next time I will request less. Reminds me of some of the food from Chengdu China. Cucumber salad was my favorite, followed by the frog legs.

Lamb skewers, chili crabs, and garlic eggplant.

OK, this is not your typical Chinese Restaurant. Having been to China numerous time, I would say the cuisine here is very much ethnic North Western in nature. The dishes are very accented with Cumin, and chili, so be prepared for spiciness with a kick. If you have not been to a Chinese Night Market and would like to experience it, you may want to try this place as most entrees are grilled and served on a stick or skewer. Service is fair and attentive. Atmosphere is fine, however, they do have K-Pop or video playing on the large screen.

My boyfriend and I came here not knowing what to expect. We were both blown away by the taste, texture, and presentation of all the meals that we ordered. Not to mention that they're BYOB so we just had to grab our favorite KTOWN soju drink right next door as we enjoyed every bite of the Wagyu beef, Lamb, & Pork skewers and slurp of the spicy duck & beef hot pot soup that we had. The meats almost melted in our mouth without even chewing. The level of their spiciness is on point, not Americanized. I wanna say that their spiciest category is only a few Scoville scale units away from Carolina Reaper.

You cook everything yourself in the broth. It's all you can eat and very tasty (provided you have chosen well for your broth and items!) On the downside: we were confused about what we were supposed to do for drinks, it seemed like the only option was bottled water and some soda cans. The bathroom floor was sticky. Not all the buffet items had appropriate tongs and spoons, so cross contamination could easily happen with people using tongs for multiple items. They made a mistake and brought one of us the wrong broth but corrected once we pointed it out. If I lived in the area I would definitely check this place out again though.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while as I had read reviews saying food was…read moreauthentic. I came in very hungry and ordered the following: wontons in chili oil, Dan Dan noodles, Sichuan spicy tofu. I've had all these dishes at other restaurants before and make the first 2 routinely at home. 1. Dan Dan noodles: portion was huge. It was topped with a creamy very garlicky sauce, including rough chopped fresh garlic ( warmed through but still had some crunch/bite to it). OMG so delicious. Not meat forward (if there was even any meat, I think it was maybe finely sliced fungus instead, it worked perfectly in any case). 2. Wontons in chili oil: I was expecting a bit more flavor to the sauce, instead it was literally just chili oil and seemed kind of diluted and bland even. I added some pieces of garlic from my Dan Dan noodles and let that sit with some dark soy sauce the waitress brought and that did the trick. 3. Sichuan spicy tofu, recommended by the host: came with chicken, fish or beef, I chose chicken. This was massive and I have leftovers I'm looking forward to eating later. Very flavorful with silky tofu. I didn't really enjoy the texture of the chicken though and would have preferred it minced or lower chicken:tofu ratio or with pork. It looks like they have a smaller mapo tofu dish in a different part of the menu without the added meat and I might try that next time. The wild part was the intensity of the Szechuan peppercorn. I routinely crush it freshly at home and eat dishes containing it when out but have never experienced such an intense tingling effect. It felt like my lips and tongue were vibrating and then my water tasted like it had lemon juice squeezed in it. Not sure if it is a different kind than the red one I have at home, or if it is just THAT fresh, but wow. All in all, very enjoyable meal and service. I will for sure be back for the Dan Dan noodles but not if planning to socialize much after given how intensely garlicky they were. Looking forward to trying other dishes on the menu! A suggestion for the menu: I really like the large glossy pictures of each item but it ends up being a lot of pages to turn back and forth through to make a selection, so it would be nice to include just a plain typed list to glance at as well, like a table of contents.

It's also regularly open on typical US holidays, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, so if you need somewhere to go when everything else is closed, you can really rely on this place. Some things that I think are pretty good here: the vegetable options (though somewhat expensive), the kung pao chicken, the eggplant, the lamb options (including the sliced version, as well as the cumin one where you can add lamb as your option).

The restaurant was soooo cold so I'm not sure if they just purposely dont turn on the heat since the hot pot/korean bbq will be sure to keep you toasty. For the table we got the hot pot and the korean bbq options. For Korean bbq we got the beef bulgogi, galbi, garlic shrimp, squid and onions. They brought a decent amount of all of them to the table. For hot pot we ordered two broths per family. I got the pork bone broth that was very light in flavor. For hot pot items you have to walk up and gather your own meats, veggies, noodles etc. On the other side there a small sauce/seasoning bar, dessert bar and an ice cream area. Other all the korean bbq meats were pretty good! The garlic shrimp had the best seasoning. The cut of the galibi was a bit fatty but still pretty good. They were really good at changing the grill ever so often. The hot pot items were great additions to the broth. The staff was also nice. Overall a good spot to meet up with some friends. The price point I thought was expensive (2 people for both hotpot/korean bbq on a Saturday was $100+ with tip) but it was still fun and we left with very full tummys.
