It's good but the flavor is not as good as it used to be, unfortunately. I always order the Bun Combo which satisfies my craving.

I'm not expert in Vietnamese food, but I know delicious. The staff is so friendly, the kitchen is quick, and the food is fresh and delicious. Let the "yummmm" begin.

Here few years ago, look like new people run this restaurant. Ordered bowl of Pho soup special with raw beef on side, the broth was light on taste. Ordered Lotus stem salad, it comes with pickle lotus stem and vegetable season with fish sauce, and fried rice cracker, the rice cracker was inedible salad ok. There better Vietnamese restaurants.

Food is delicious and service is quick. The servings are pretty big too.. enough for 2 people to share. The food is also reasonably priced.

Veggie pho is now a favorite along with the pad Thai. Still think these are some of the best açaí bowls in town. The family that works here is super nice. Highly recommend!

Saw a nice review on this place from a fellow yelper, so my partner and I stopped here for lunch on our way to the casino. We started off with an iced Vietnamese coffee, which was strong and tasty! We then shared a pork fried roll which was perfectly fried and came out piping hot.  Along with the ground pork was a good mix of a few different veggies and cellophane noodles...dip them in the sweet and sour sauce and you have a delicious appetizer. Partner had the grilled pork with rice and egg accompanied with fresh lettuce, tomato and shredded carrots.  The pork was tender and perfectly grilled. A great dish overall! I had the beef pho with sliced steak, brisket and beef balls.  The meats were delicate and flavorful...everything about this dish was delicious! Bottom line, the food came out as soon as cooking was completed, water glasses were promptly filled and they checked on us every now again.  A solid establishment!

Came back here for dinner two nights in a row. Fresh food, served quickly in a nice environment with great staff & prices!

Came to Vpho after a friend recommended this place to me. I ordered the Spring roll with shrimp and the mango salad with chicken. The Spring roll with shrimp were okay. The peanut sauce that was served, saved the spring rolls. I think a little piece of avacado would have taken the rolls to the next level. The mango salad was tasty. I opted for chicken as my protein, but you can also choose pork, tofu or shrimp. The chicken was seasoned, but I thought the dressing that was served with the salad would be a little more flavorful.

D11. Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk. They give you more than this. I just drank half of it.

Amazing food. Can't go wrong with anything in their menu, though the beef pho is an "always order" item. Thai tea is also a must.

The restaurant has a sushi restaurant vibe with a playlist that will make anyone who is a fan of the 90s singing in their seat. The owner, Juan, is very friendly and happily shares lots of information about the restaurant, the food, and the ingredients. We started with the soup dumplings, which are steamed fresh to order. They were awesome. The soup was rich and flavorful and the dumpling was soft. We got the miso ramen, the beef noodle soup and the seafood noodle soup. These broths were incredible. They are apparently cooked for 18+ hours. The noodles were chewy and thick. Loved everything and we will be back.

Conveniently located in Newark Shopping Center, they have plenty of parking. They seemed to have a lot of takeout orders coming in, and they have plenty of tables for dining in (appeared clean and well maintained). I had a very friendly greeting, learned a lot about the menu offerings, and was offered plenty of time to decide what I wanted to order on this first visit. I went with Soup Dumplings, Japanese Shu Mai, and Beef Udon Noodles. All was very good. Perfect meal for a cold night. In my opinion the soup (in the soup dumplings) was light on flavor, but still good. The Shu Mai was full of flavor and the perfect crunch, and the udon noodles were very good. I would definitely go back and try more new things.

Everyone should try!…read more This is the second time I've ordered food from Hsiang and both times I've been very happy with both their food and their service! The first time I was greeted with a smile and lovely conversation. I let them know what I wanted and they said they were low on one item. I said not to worry about it and they ended up giving me other snacks to make up for it!! They were super nice and cared about me as a customer. The food was DELICIOUS as well. I got the veggie dumplings, mozz sticks, yumi bites, ragoons and edamame. The veggie dumplings were the best I've had in a while. A solid 9/10. The mozz sticks were average bar food moz sticks. The yumi bites were perfect drinking food so 9/10 (same for the ragoons!!) and the edamame hit the spot. I went again tonight and got the dumplings and yumi bites. 9/10 for both. What really made me happy was the service. They remembered me from last time and were happy to see me. I love the connection and it makes you feel very at home and happy.
