We placed our drink orders and it began to get busy so it took a little bit of time for our drinks to arrive. And we placed our order and it didn't take more than about 10 or 15 minutes for our food to come out. Everything was pretty good. I wish they would've had empanadas but they didn't so I had burritos with chicken. And the chicken was shredded and soaked in some sort of sauce that really wasn't that tasty. But they offered several different types of sauces and dips and we were able to use those made it taste a little bit better. The food was extremely filling and we had enough to bring home. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food that we received. I wish I would've asked my waitresses name because she was just very personable and we made sure we gave her a good tip. The decor was very Hispanic lots of old time pictures and dancers different types of etching on the back of each seat. That was very authentic, which was pleasantly surprising. And I'm thinking that this is a more local eatery because after we got there, the place filled up there was no room for anybody to sit. If you've not tried Riviera Maya, I would definitely give them a try. It's good food good atmosphere, and very friendly staff and great prices.

Fresh made margaritas - no prepackaged mixes here. Presentation was unique - the lime had alcohol on top and had a small flame where Ali had me make a wish! The chips were fresh and warm - dare I say we munched on two bowls? The salsa was fresh and vibrant in flavor. My friend and I shared a chicken dish with veggies and a cheese sauce - and we still had leftovers! Big portions. So if you find yourself walking Northeast Main Street, stop in and ask for Ali - he will treat you like family, stay for a drink and pick a dish... you are gonna love it!

Fantastic tequila bar with an incredible bourbon selection!…read more We stopped in and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection of top-shelf bourbons. Despite being a tequila bar, they had some serious bourbon offerings, including Weller Full Proof, Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year, Lot B, and a good selection of other top-shelf bottles. The food was excellent, and the customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

He ordered a beef empanada (tasted it, onions were not big or super strong in flavor so I enjoyed it!). Loved my Tex Mex empanada. The corn was a nice touch and it had a bit of a creamy texture I enjoyed and was well seasoned in the nice, crispy crust. I saw many other yummy options on their menu, so I'd definitely go back for more empanadas and also try some of their other offerings!

Horchata was sweet and refreshing. I thought it was funny how there was a visual for how big the empanadas come.

I ordered this the other day for takeout. It was a little pricey. I ordered the pico del gallo,…read morewhich was the driest pico I have ever had. It wasn't the greatest. And for the price of $4 for a little cup. The salsa on the side was a little spicy but really good. I was really excited for the soup, it had chicken, rice and vegetables, with tortilla chips and avocado for the topping. It was not soup... the rice sucked up all the liquid. But it was really really good! That was my favorite but I wish it would have been "soup". The last thing I got was the primo beef burrito and chicken chimi. I couldn't even see what it was it was all mushed together under the sides. You couldn't really identify what it was. Everything was flat. It was okay, kind of sweet tasting. I was not crazy about this dish. Overall everything was okay. The soup was the best even though it wasn't soup anymore when it arrived.
