There really is no miss (at least I haven't had one yet) Some staff are a bit better at certain things but overall they are all incredibly professional and accommodating. My personal favorite is Kali but I've also enjoyed being seen by whoever has availability which in my case were Anne and Tina and they were both great as well. Speaking of availability, they aren't that hard to get into which is so rare considering how great they are. I love the culture they've created at the spa, it's very soothing relaxing and quiet and must I say how refreshing it is not having to keep up the small talk during your service. As a busy mom of 2, I just love having to check out and be on my phone while getting pampered. And lastly, everything is eco friendly and organic with top notch ingredients. Place is beautiful in and out and they've been in busy for years so I don't see any of it changing considering the track record thus far. Definitely give them a try :)

The salon was gorgeous, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and I loved my manicure and hot stone massage. The staff were kind and quiet (I don't particularly enjoy small talk during salon services), and it seemed very popular. Con: A little strange that you fill out a slip like a dim sum place. The prices seem very reasonable, but it's an extra $20 for gel polish? I asked the person doing my pedicure to pay special attention to the ingrown part of my toenail-they did not. They used the electric nail file on my super thin nails and I was burned several times. After leaving, I noticed my mom's cuticles were bleeding which is dangerous because she's diabetic(this had me worried about her feet too) and my mom's nail broke the same day. My gel manicure was lifting the very next day. I probably won't be back. Too expensive without enough care.

I did notice it took much longer than I expected before we were serviced, even though I called ahead for an appointment. They were busy but not all the manicurists were with a client. So, unsure of the delay. We got the basic pedi with add-on gel mani. Loved my pedi massage that included a foot scrub. Service was good, but nothing WOWed me. Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. Hoping that my mani/pedi will last at least a week as they said it should, otherwise not worth what I paid.

TL;DR: average place but you can get the basics. Nail art here could be hit or miss. Attention to…read moredetail is questionable (had lots of bubbles in my topcoat but no staff said anything or offered a redo at the visit). Parking: small shared lot. Service: wait to be seated, pay at the front when finished. Staff are super friendly and gentle with cleaning the areas around the nails. A little awkward when it's time to leave -- we sat there for a long while waiting for someone to tell us we were ready to go after the polish was dried (polish was drying for 30+ minutes) but not one came and we had to flag someone down. Complimentary drinks with service do not include any caffeine or alcohol free options besides water. Disappointing because I am unable to have caffeine or alcohol. I had the Jelly Pedicure and a manicure. I requested nail art but was told that it would be "difficult" to do without gel polish. I think the staff were just unwilling in my opinion. A good nail artist can get it done with regular polish just fine if they take the time. I just wanted one small image on two nails but was declined. I asked about marbling and was told it couldn't be done without gel. There are plenty of people that have done marbling with regular polish as well. I'm not sure this place has experienced nail artists. Manicure details: there were a lot of bubbles in the top coat and the tips of the nails were not wrapped (where some of the polish goes under the tip of the nail to protect the polish a little). I was offered a redo after I posted the images but I don't think I'll be making the trip back, as they are not near me. I'm surprised that they didn't mention the bubbles at all during the entire process or came to check on us or checked their own work. There was only 2 of us and one other person when we were there. Jelly Pedicure: relaxing and nice. I recommend this service for a good cleaning and relaxing. Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the paint job of the nail polish, especially since it was a single color with no art.

So happy with how they came out! This set cost $130 (w/o tip), similar price to how my last set cost from a different salon (in cali) so I believe the prices are average given what service + additions you're adding to your set. The ladies were super nice and while they did my nails, I got to watch some soothing korean baking videos. Highly recommend this salon, wonderful service and vibes! Definitely would come again :)

The appointment took around 2.5 hours, and I liked the final color and overall look of the nails. The salon itself is very clean and has a luxury/self-care vibe. As soon as I walked in, they offered me a complimentary fancy drink and a small treat, which was such a nice touch. They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. For example, one thumb wasn't fully covered near the edges and part of it looked matte, almost like the top coat didn't fully seal the edge. One other nail also had a slightly uneven surface. They're small details, but noticeable up close. Overall though, I enjoyed the experience, loved the atmosphere, and would consider coming back again to try other technicians.
