So, I went to Desert Financial Credit Union to get a new debit card since my previous one was…read morecompromised. When I arrived, the process was fairly straightforward. However, the agent informed me that in order to activate the card and change the PIN number, I would need to call the number stated on the information paper she provided. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go through this process instead of doing it at the bank, but I accepted it. I rarely use my debit card since I prefer using my credit cards for points and rewards. A few days later, I decided to call the number she had given me, but to my surprise, it did not work. The number appeared to be disconnected. When I attempted to contact their customer service, unfortunately, I received a recorded message that says it was outside of their operating hours, and I was unable to receive any further assistance. I don't have a lot of confidence in a bank that can't even get their phone numbers in order. Due to this frustrating experience, I'm inclined to leave a one-star rating.

I had a horrible experience with Speedy Cash I got a loan…read moreof $300. in September 1st 20019 On my first payment on August 1 I go to the Speedy Cash store to make my first payment and here I'm finding out that my account was frozen and they couldn't get into my account in the SYSTEM and to my understanding they say that I was late making my payment!!!!! REALLY !!!!!!! I said how do you consider it being late when August was my first payment and I just got the loan in September, I spoke with the corporate and the said that they were suing me for being late.... so every time I made my payment of $ 55 For August , and September, I had so many issues making the payment because my account was frozen, on October 1 just today I tried paying the whole balance off and I'm still I'm having a hard time with them to take my payment, so I had to wait the next day for the store to call the main office to except my payment, because that's the only way they can accept my payment.. So I just ended up paying the whole balance off with the Speedy Cash Loan Company and with them trying to falsely sue me with no actual cause... I just want to aware people be very careful when getting loans with Speedy Cash Loans , or any other loan places, so far Alliied Cash Loan , I have not had any issues with them......
