Steve was such a professional during my entire experience. He walked out to my vehicle with me and not only looked at my damaged tire but also checked the other three tires as well. We went back inside and I mentioned to him that I prefer to use Michelin tires because they have always served me well. He showed me his screen and explained to me that for my specific vehicle the Michelin tires are not rated as highly as some other options. He explained that if I was dead set on Michelin tires he would certainly put them on for me but there were better options available. So I went with the highest rated tires for my vehicle because It's my business vehicle and I wanted the best tires possible. I gladly paid up and they got me out of there that same day. Overall Steve was such a breath of fresh air. I was a nervous wreck because my vehicle is my lifeline and without it I am sunk. He and his entire crew were all amazing and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. I wish more businesses would value their clients the same. Thanks again to everyone there.

Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

She wanted a second opinion, took it to Gunnells and the tire is fine, doesn't need replacing. 2nd anecdote: I got air in my tires at Discount Tire and the tech said I need new tires my read is super low. I thought that was odd since my tires are only 1.5 years old. Took them to Gunnells for a free tire rotation and they said my tires are good and do not need replacing. When my tires do need replacement, I'm definitely buying at Gunnells. When I bought tires there a few years ago for another vehicle, they were the most affordable compared to discount tire and Costco.

I first encountered Martin's tire shop when I needed some tires for an older car I had for junk…read morework. They gave me some lightly used tires for about 10 bucks a piece and another 10 for mounting them. Perfect! Didn't need brand new 300 dollar (or more) tires for my OLD junker car! They also saved my butt one morning when I was on the road heading to Kingman for a VERY IMPORTANT meeting about my home purchase. It was a life-changing event that I could not miss. My tire-sensor went off and I was devastated! I decided to stop by Martin's shop and he saved my ass! He immediately repaired the tire and re-mounted it in less than 10 mins and only for $15 bucks! I was still able to drive all the way to Kingman and be on time for my meeting. Martin was friendly and kind too, always asking if I wanted a bottle of water or to sit and relax. Bottom line, he treats his customers like GOLD and I've always had a positive experience here. You can get tires from him at a good rate or order them online and he'll happily mount/balance them for you too. He's honest, does good work, doesn't overcharge. 10 stars!!!!

When you go inside there's a ringer to push to notify the guys in the back that your there. The guy came up right away. I asked if he had time to chk my tire. I had ran over a pice of metal. He took my keys and returned half hour latter saying I'm all done he's just got to ring me up. I wasn't clear what he had done so I asked if he just patched it up or if I needed a replacement. Turns out he patched up and it only cost $10. I'd say the only thing that needs improvement is communication. I will def be coming here again.
