2015 GMC Acadia 55,000 miles.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from them, and this was the worst experience we have had here. On our other 2 cars we never had a issue which is why we went back again a few weeks ago. We took for a test drive and nothing was wrong. We signed all the papers and so far so good. We had the car running to transfer over car seats and everything as we pull out of the parking lot the car starts to shake. We didn't even get down to stapley before the car just wouldn't go anymore. So we turned around and told them the issue and he said we would have to wait until Monday but it was safe to drive. We took it home with SO MANY ISSUES. We were unable to go anywhere the rest of the weekend. I called them first thing Monday and they came a towed it back. When they picked up I was told I would hear from someone early after noon. By 3 pm still nothing so I called and tried to speak with the office manager named Mark. For 3 hours I tried to get a hold of someone and still to this day never heard a call back from Mark. Tuesday morning I called and they said the transmission needed to be replaced. And I was told they don't do a full vehicle exception they only check basic so that's why they sold me a car with a bad transmission. I was out of a. At for a week and didn't get it back until the following Friday afternoon. I had to find a way to work the whole week because they don't give rentals and they wouldn't eat me have my trade in car back until it was fixed. Rick (the Mechanic guy) was really nice but I had to reach out to him every time to get a update about my car. I don't think we will be going back due to this. I have 3 kids and can't risk being out a car for a week again after buying something "new to me" Had the car for a few days and no issues so far and just hoping it stays that way!

Junk everything needs bodywork and has been involved in major collisions check your car fax

Worst used car dealership in Mesa all they sell is auto auction junk highly recommend you avoid this place at all cost this way you don't have to deal with Matt Mark or Rick Or the owner Dale huish

Something happened last week that surprised me. I had written about my 2021 4runner TRD Off-Road…read morethat I had purchased about 6-8 months ago with 45.000 miles. When I brought the 4runner in for service ( at 50,000 miles) I was expecting an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. Again, I had just purchased the 4runner 6-8 months ago. Instead, I received a $660 bill for the oil (over $1,000 less discount coupons). Oil filter tire rotation, new rear brakes and all fluids needing to be replaced. Now if the SUV needed service, well it needed service. I paid the bill but mentioned to the service manager that other dealers would have done the service before selling me the SUV. I wrote them and well forgot about it. OK, I'm 77 and remembered a time when businesses believed in service, not just bottom line. OK we all drive differently and most of my driving his highway so yes I am used to getting a lot more miles before needing new brakes and all oils changed. But for me, well, whatever service it needed, it needed. $660.00 isn't going to make or break me and life goes on. And I do love my 4runner. Well, I was in the Gym when I received a call from Earnhardt Toyota off of US60 and Power Road. I was not expecting a call from the dealership. It was the service manager who when I answered the phone started off by telling me read the email, I sent to him about a week ago (note the email was factual as I saw things, not nasty at all). He apologized for the delay in getting back to me, Nick, the manager said he had spoken to someone above him and in reviewing their records agreed with me. Nick said that they should have done a lot of the service before I purchased the 4runner. Nick was calling me to say that of the $660.00 I had paid for service, that they were refunding $620.00. Now this would have been normal maybe 40 years ago, but not these days. Now many companies no longer act this way and Earnhardt Toyota and Nick and all who were making this decision sort of left me speechless. And for those who know me being speechless does not happen often to me. I am more used to being disappointed in society then being impressed. Again being 77 years old, I remember a gentler, kinder and more customer friendly time. Earnhardt already had the sale from me buying the 4Runner and I had already paid for the service. Also, I am not buying a Fleet of vehicles so who cares what I think and how I feel. Well, I guess Earnhardt Toyota did. Now yes, I do have a local auto repair shop who is about 4 miles from my house and Earnhardt Toyota is a good 20 miles from me. But in my many years I have learned that when a company gives good service and is honest with you, yes, you reward them by going back to them. I just wanted all to know how this played out. I am still in a state of disbelief but happy that I found another honest dealer. WAY TO GO EARNHARDT TOYOTA The refund showed up yesterday and it was about $640.00

JORDAN SMITH Contact…read moreJordan Smith to buy your car. We live in Central Texas, which is not in Arizona.... Does that tell you anything. Many, many, many months ago before they were officially released or available I began the Journey to get the exact 2026 RAV4 PHEV we wanted to replace our fantastic 21 RAV4 Prime Premium. I Don't pay over MSRP, I don't accept "mandatory" dealer, or port installed options that I didn't want. I am the customer, I want what I want, not what is available. I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas with what I wanted and asked them to call the minute they got an allocation for it and I would buy it. Texas is never 1st on the list for plug in vehicles as of April 22 3026 I am unaware of any Texas dealers having any allocations. I also have very low confidence in a smooth transaction with any Texas (Gulf States Toyota) dealer. I also contacted Jordan Smith at Earnhardt, who has sold 3 vehicles to family members, and another Jordan at Corwin Toyota in Colorado. I gave them both the same information. The DAY the allocations were released to BOTH of those dealers Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota sent me a screenshot of the EXACT car I asked for that said "Presold to me by Jordan Smith". For giggles, I checked the Corwin website, they also had one, a month and a half later NO contact whatsoever. It's ok though I am driving one now... As if that wasn't enough, Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota assisted/facilitated working with a 3rd party to get my desired tint and ppf applied to the car prior to us flying to Mesa to pick it up. This car is a unicorn, getting it at MSRP is as much as one can expect. Jordan Smith helped with the 3rd party and went above and beyond. Bravo, and thank you Jordan Smith.

DO NOT COME HERE! I recently moved to the Mesa area and needed my biannual service for my Honda…read moreInsight 2019. That service went well but within a week or so of my 85,000 service I noticed a squealing noise coming from the vents while using my AC. I will start off by saying I know when I scheduled my service the way Philip talked to me should have been a red flag but we decided to bring the car in anyways. I had my husband manage the contact with Philip after he was condescending with me. On 03/20/26, Philip called us after the projected time we were given to hear back and indicated that my AC Compressor had been severely damaged and caused catastrophic damage to the whole system and that I will need a whole AC system replacement. He quoted us a little under $10,000. Honda has a recall on the AC Condenser in my vehicle as certified by another Honda dealership (Chandler), as Philip refused to check for us via VIN. Philip was short and indicated that he did not see how that would be related at all but would contact his manager. This morning, 03/21/26 my spouse called and Philip indicated that the AC Condenser was not the issue. We decided to get a second opinion as the whole interaction with Philip was shady and we felt uneasy. Philip did not want to even talk to my husband about the issues in depth while paying for the diagnostic fee- $240. Finally after my husband questioned why Philip wouldn't talk about the vehicles concerns. Philip indicated while being condescending and infantilizing my husband, that the issue was the Evaporator and that everything else is just contaminated. Philip would not go into detail of what "contamination" meant. This explanation is a completely different story than received on 03/20/26. We are unsure if this error was complete idiotic incompetence on his part or if he had malicious intent. Either way, we were not working with them anymore. Philip indicated manager approved $8,600 cost for total AC system replacement. To which we declined as he destroyed what little trust we had left. This "updated story" was reflected in the service recommendations from the Tech. I will never recommend this Honda Dealership from our personal experience or as per research and review, it seems that their reputation is justified.
