Update: I drove my mothers car here to get her a refund with the recipts for the Pcm programming, printouts of the tsbs, pictures of the combustion chamber of the engine, and compression readings proving nothing was wrong with the internals, they had me wait over an hour (obviously to try to get me to just leave) to speak with they're "technician" the guy came out and just gave me the same bullshit explanation even though I drove the car there, was rude, kept talking over me, and when I pointed out where he was wrong he just kept going back to "yeah no the piston is cracked", and then to put the icing on the cake he lied to me and claimed the vehicle was towed in with the intake manifold off of it already not knowing I saw the engine before it was towed into the shop, these guys aren't honest, they are crooked, and they are just rude save your time and money and go somewhere else for vehicles and service. read more

First off after they accepted my money I was told the title would take a couple days. What they didn't tell me is that that was because they had never gotten the title. It took over 2 months before I actually got. During inspection we found a few items and they offered to take care. I have a signed 'We Owe' that they have never honored. I have had multiple experiences with Ryan and Todd and both have been more then excellent. First about a year ago i got a 2015 Ram 1500. They found me a deal that did not exist anywhere else. When i signed the papers i was over 2k in the green based on KBB value. 2nd my wifes car was on its last leg and they found her a 2016 Nissan Altima for a great price and gave us a good deal on the trade in. Now i need a new truck because a snow bird killed it and i will be going back to Ryan and Todd for the 3rd time and for every vehicle purchase in the future. They took 2 thousand dollars from me for a tacoma..promised to return it and are lieing ..no refund and I have no.truck..huge scam place.

How should I start? I walked in and spoke with Ryan about the car I purchased. He said that I would need to get finance first than we can talk about the pricing. After I got approved for the auto loan I talked to him about pricing and he said he couldn't do much to help. I found this car was over priced for the miles on it. I already signed the loan and papers. About a week later my tires blew out and I was was emotionally distress. I had to miss work to get my car to a tire shop. They paid for the tires but it's not worth the stress. He wrote an "I owe you" everything was fulfilled asides from an extra remote and a scratch he promised to remove and he said that's the best they can do. He said everything was original but when I came in to pick up the car accessory, he said it was order brand new. They claimed I wouldn't need to pay any dmv fees or plates. Turns my plate credit was short 50$ which I had to pay for. It took about 2 months for them to file paper work and for my plates to come in. I would NOT RECOMMEND. read more

If I had to pay a premium to work with Todd to buy a car I would. However, not only was my experience infinitely better than working with any of our market's big dealers, we actually saved quite a bit of money when buying my wife's car. I was referred to Todd and Ryan via a friend and I have already referred Todd to a number of my friends (my brother-in-law bought a Tesla from him less than two weeks after we purchased a new 4Runner from AAR). I can't evangelize Todd or AAR enough. They took an experience that generally feels like sticking a hot fire poker in your eye and turned it into a palatable, even pleasant, experience. I've dealt with AAR owners Todd and Ryan on three separate occasions since late 2013, purchasing 2 cars and one extended warranty contract, total value of $50K. No complaints here about them as auto professionals. They are busy, so getting a hold of them is hard at times, but results matter and I feel I got good value for my money. I bought from all kinds of dealerships before, and this was a rare experience of no BS dealing. Their fees are reasonable in comparison with most other people in the trade. On a personal level I found them trustworthy, pleasant people I would be happy to have as neighbors if they lived in my part of town. They personally delivered both cars to my house (I bought thru their concierge service). I think my next cars, new or used, will likely be purchased with AAR's help. They also gave me referrals to title office and body shop that provided good service. Office manager Kelsey is conscientious and follows up quickly. Buyer beware!! These people are crooks!! Run as fast as you can away from these crooks. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the worst experience I have encountered! There were so many negative things that transpired during this one buying experience that I will only highlight a couple of them. The first one is that Arizona Auto Resource knowingly sold me a car with major engine problems. One of the guys even mentioned that the car had been sold previously but the buyer brought it back because they couldn't afford the vehicle. What he failed to mention is that the buyer brought it back because she/he could not afford the repairs that were needed to keep the vehicle running. The shade tree mechanic that they have working for them did just enough of the repair to mask the massive engine problems and sell the car. I contacted Ryan to let him know there was an with the motor who requested that I have his shade tree mechanic (Frank) to look at it. Frank did nothing more than rob me of hundreds of dollars without resolving one issue. The car broke down to the point of it not even being drivable on the way home from getting it repaired by the mechanic (Frank). I ended up having to have my car towed home. Ryan kept telling me not to have the dealer to repair it that he would refer me to another mechanic who "knew" how to repair cars and would cost me a fraction of what the dealer charges. I waited for Ryan over two weeks to provide me with the name of this so-called mechanic who knew how to repair cars to no avail - he never came up with a name or number. I ended up having to have the vehicle towed to the dealer and having the dealer to repair it. The dealer confirmed exactly what I suspected - Arizona Auto Resources knew a problem existed with the motor and masked the problem!! I failed to mention that even though they promised to have the plates for the car within a week - it took many calls to Ryan, numerous 3-day permits as well 30-day permits in various names before I could obtain the permanent plates. It took about 5 months to get the license plates from Arizona Auto Resources. Arizona Auto Resource with Ryan as the leader and his crew are full of deception and empty promises! I truly learned a costly lesson. I would give them a minus 10 if that rating was available - they are not worth your time or energy. Look for a reputable dealer to conduct your business - Arizona Auto Resource is not reputable!!! read more

BEWARE! I purchased a 1993 Jeep Wrangler Arizona Auto Resource on 01/31/2018. I noticed it had some electrical issues and it was agreed that it would be fixed. When I came to pick it up, for the second time. I was told it was fixed except the radio. I was given a $100 credit/check for reimbursement. Once I had it home, the Jeep broke down and I had it towed to my mechanic. The electrical/wiring was not correct and the computer and battery were destroyed. I paid $1202 to get it repaired correctly. I know a used vehicle will not be perfect, but I feel I was sold a vehicle with Known issues. I respectfully requested for a reimbursement via text, phone call, and email, with No response. I have receipts to prove all repairs. Beware of this company and Todd Haskins 480-452-7572. Todd can call me if he has any issue with my review. Total scam artist and beware. They have a nice shop with nice vehicles, but do not let that fool you! read more

I gave these guys my 2007 Lexus RX 350 to sell back in April and had it spend 4 months at their dealership. The entire experience was horrible. The lack of communication from these guys who had my car in their possession should have been a red flag. It took 3 attempts at phone calls and text messages just to get someone to respond to me to update me on my car. I was always given the run-around that they had people coming by to look at it or that were interested or making a decision, but nothing. My complaint isn't the fact that they didn't sell it (although they never once called me to consult on possibly dropping the price or keeping me updated) but when I needed to pick up my car, it took over a week just to get it back from them... and that was having 2 different people call! When I picked up my car, it had extra miles on it, a receipt from Lowes in the back seat (from May, and I gave them my car in April) the back seats were down like they were using the SUV to transport items, and the driver side carpet was completely ruined with big, black stains all over it! They obviously did not have the car detailed or in show condition. And if this receipt had been laying in plain sight since May, I'm assuming they 1. Don't know that they need to clean a car before showing it or 2. Have let it sit empty in storage since then. BEWARE OF USING THEM!!! My car is trashed now and in worse condition than when I gave it to them. Awful experience. read more

This review has been long overdue so those of you reading this please bare with me. I have had 2 life changing experiences with Ryan and Todd over at Arizona Auto Resource, when I first came to AAR I was 19 years old, in a rough life position I was not very fond of trusting anyone when it came to dealerships due to already having 3 bad experiences with purchasing complete F**king lemons, each experience driving me further into debt and without a reliable ride, at this time in my life is was crucial that I find something or I'd end up roughing it A to B like I already had been doing my whole life. AAR was the last chance that I'd give to anyone in regards to purchasing a vehicle, I was referred by a close friend that all I had to do was go and speak with Ryan and he would take care of me and take care of me he did! I left the morning of my 20th Birthday and was dropped off by my friend, every cent I had was in hand that day which was 500 dollars that I could put down to finance a decent vehicle, knowing that 500 dollars is not much, its all I had. I already scoped their inventory on their website which unlike alot of dealerships, was easy to navigate and I already had found a few prospect vehicles that I was willing to work with. Upon arrival I walked in and the first person I met was Ryan himself, not really having any expectations I decided to give him my full trust and we proceeded to check out some of the rides I had my eye on, whilst I had enough to throw down, alot of my picks were unrealistic and the payments would have me living check to check. Ryan decided to introduce me to the reliable world of Toyota which I have always heard great things about, he had in stock a 2001 Lexus ES300 Beige (the only good looking color for this model). I was still pushing for my other picks but ended up settling with this older Lexus, little had I known how f**king awesome of a deal this was, this car rolled with the punches, it was in great condition for the year/model and overall never broke down, never left me worried wether or not I'd be able to make it to work the next day, 2 and 1/2 solid years of trouble free cruising and when it came time for maintenance, I was offered a variety of options wether it was to have an in house mechanic help me out or to be referred to nearby resources all around the valley, no matter the problem I had an answer immediately as to how I could get it sorted. There was no beating around the bush, no loose ended conversations, no hassle at all (I and I am sure nobody has time for sh*t like that), I am a critical shopper regardless of what I am buying, this is because I did not start life of with many open opportunities and a poor situation money wise. After finishing my payments on vehicle 1 I wanted to visit the dealership after it had been awhile to thank everyone for how much they have helped me out, I had been busy with work/life/etc... at this time I had no damn clue that they had actually upgraded to a better location, it was as easy as hitting up google to find their new office, I roll in and they reassured me that I had fullfilled all my payments and that I was in the clear thinking I was their out of worry, while all was good and done with I always do like to see what they have in their inventory when I pop in so I proceeded to ask Ryan what new stock they have, we walk back and I t took me less than a minute to see that they have what has been a dream car since I was a little kid, never thinking I could afford one and even to this day I still believe I would of never thought I could of ended up with a 2005 Subaru Wrx Sti All white with the gold BBS Wheels at age 24, I was drooling just looking at this thing, knowing it wasnt smart for me to get into another financing situation I was quickly discouraged, I thought about it for an entire week begging Ryan to try to hold onto this beauty of a car, even he himself warned that they are high maintenance, stubborn me asked them to run my credit, with credit looking decent since buying the Lexus and also after establishing many years of consistency with the company I work with, this dream actually seemed within my grasp, combing through my potential to be able to afford the Subaru I came to the conclusion that I could definitely afford it and made it happen, with out a doubt once again, car was at the time and still is a beast, having more mechanical knowledge at this point in life I was even more confident. Especially with the fact that he found a 2005 Subaru Sti that had been garaged majority of its life, well looked after, regular maintenance, under 90k original miles and not driven exceptionally hard by some turd of a kid who doesn't know what he's doing. Happy to see that AAR still to this day does not and will not buy/resell a lemon of any make/model and have created such a fluid hassle-free environment with full transparency in mind. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from AAR, I advise you to bring a mechanic to look over every square inch of that vehicle. When I bought mine, everything seemed fine.. until I (yes I, the buyer) tried to take it through emissions. Unbeknownst to me, it is the dealers job to take the vehicle successfully through emissions. AAR failed to do so. When I explained to them that the check engine light was on, they asked me to bring it to the mechanic they use, Royal Radiator in South Phoenix. Long story short, my vehicle is STILL at the shop. I dropped it off March 9th (today is the 22nd) almost TWO WEEKS now. Every single time I reach out to AAR or Royal Radiator I get the same answer, "It will be done tomorrow". Through this entire process, AAR has really shown their true colors. When I bought the vehicle it was all smiles and high fives, now it's unresponsiveness and the constant blame game. It took me practically begging, and AAR over a week to get me a loaner car. The vehicle they gave me was a trade in from the dealership. An uncleaned, unsafe Impala that makes strange noises when I drive over 60mph, has little to no power steering, and smells of cigarettes, vanilla, and urine. If I would've known how negligent AAR is to it's vehicles and it's customers, I would've happily taken my business elsewhere. read more
