My wife and I decided to stop in as we're making our rounds in Southern California. It's been a while since our last visit, well before Covid. They had opened only 15 minutes previously and were empty. We decide to sit out on the patio to watch the comings and goings down Main Street. The place filled up quickly! We opened with a lavender juice box and a mai tai. Both drinks were absolutely delicious! For a starter, we opted on their bread service with the roasted garlic. Delicious as well! My wife, having a small appetite, decided on their tomato soup and grilled cheese while I ordered their filet mignon with a twice baked potato. Our main courses came out fairly quickly, and we ordered another round. My steak was absolutely delicious, but must say the sautéed spinach was even better! Fresh and delicious! We were a little disappointed that there were no french fries with my wife's grilled cheese and soup. We did double check the menu. The menu notes that french fries come with all sandwiches and there was no disclaimer on the tomato soup and grilled cheese listing. That said my wife did enjoy the soup and grilled cheese. A beautiful restaurant with a great menu! We truly enjoyed it. French fries are not, I know we'll be back sometime in the future!

Had to come on here to talk about the Espresso Martinis. This is my far one of the best espresso martinis I have had. They make it 'their way' and I promise you it doesn't disappoint! (It's not called an espresso martini on their drink menu, just an FYI). See you soon!

Always a great brunch experience. Others are close but 320 Main never disappoints. Will be back for more.

Steaks were so good! Borderline salty so if you don't like salty then I'd tell them light on the salt. I've been craving the twice baked potatoe, but sadly couldn't eat it. I love garlic, but garlic is all I could taste. It was over cooked as well. Still enjoyed my dinner though. The oysters and the mignonette sauce was my favorite as well as the soup special. Lentil & bacon soup was out of this world!

I tried this place for the first time last night for dinner. Parking was fairly easy, but crowded during the weekend. We were seated right away and staff were friendly. It was quite loud in there last night and we could barely hear ourselves talk. The server took our drink and appetizer order immediately, but took forever to take our order. Once we did order, our food took 30+ minutes to come out and it honestly wasn't that crowded. Food was pretty good overall, food prices were pretty high. Food and drink review: Mai Tai: Very strong, but good. Pinot Grigio: delicious and refreshing. Filet Mignon Meatballs: (5/5) This app comes with 2 meatballs and some bread for dipping. The sauce was delicious. I wish there more than 2 they were so darn good! Beef stroganoff: (4/5) One of the signature items. It was very flavorful and filling. The meat was tender and seasoned well. ($27- I believe) Pork chop: (5/5) Probably one of the best pork chops I've tasted. It was well seasoned, good size, and had a great crisp to the crust, while still remaining juicy. ($32)

We sat on the patio around 6pm on a Saturday. It was a nice view. The shades around the patio can be lowered due to the sun shining in your eyes if needed. Our server was Brandon and he did a great job. He was attentive and service was great. Drinks - gin and tonic, Negroni, non-alcoholic pain killer - all great Appetizers - oysters (half order), toasted crema bread with butter (the creamy rich butter was amazing!). Main - grilled cheese and tomato soup - the soup was creamy and a huge bowl. The half portion comes with half a grilled cheese sandwich - it was toasted perfectly - the crema bread and cheese were delicious and crunchy and crispy Wild arugula salad was huge! Easily can split and share. It comes with a lot of dressing so next time I'll ask for it on the side. The arugula was crisp, the tomatoes were juicy, the almonds added a nice crunch! Dessert - affogato - vanilla ice cream with walnuts and almonds. The server pours the espresso liqueur on top of it when it comes to the table. It was delicious. Overall, a wonderful spot, delicious food, reasonable prices, and a great dining experience for date night.

3.6572 stars We came here for brunch because they were able to accommodate our large party, but the brunch vibes were definitely not it. For a Saturday morning, it was pretty dead...and dark. I thought to maybe move to the patio, but during the day, the outsides were looking pretty shabby. So not a cutesy brunch spot. The food selection was a little limited, however, there was a little something for everyone. Plus they use Crema baked goods from next door which is a definite win. I ordered the American breakfast ($19) because I'm basic and that's just what I love. It comes with your choice of two eggs, two pieces of Crema toast with butter and jam, bacon or sausage (sausage for me) with homestyle potatoes. My breakfast was perfectly delicious. That Crema toast smeared with room temp butter topped with a lil egg was the most perfect bite - a high qual American breakfast. While I loved my breakfast - not all entrees are created equal. The avocado toast ($17) was interesting. The mushrooms, tomato, and arugula medley was a bit too much for an avocado toast situation. Likewise, I had bites of the turkey club ($19) and it was mid. The bread was nice and toasty, but the insides could have used a little upgrade from what tasted like cheapy turkey. Dinner is a bit more lively and I hear the drinks are fire. I'd save 320 for a night time visit.

Do they still have the bone marrow Wellington!?

    No sorry

    Is there a dress code?

    No, there is not!

    Are there vegan options?

    Nope

Is there a TV at the bar?

    Yes, I believe there is.

Are reservations necessary? Say for late night happy hour?

Reservations aren't necessary, but encouraged for dinner as the place is pretty small. After dinner time it usually isn't too bad.

    Good for large parties?

It's a fairly small place, even though it's wonderful. I would say anything more than 10 people would be difficult. Although there is a nice outdoor patio that you might be able to reserve for a larger party!

For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. We also ordered the hummus, which was so rich and creamy, and the oysters from the raw bar. For the main, we ordered the Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop, Fish & Chips, and the Wedge salad to share. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat. They use haddock fillet for the Fish & Chips, which was fried to perfection. The Wedge Salad is what actually knocked my socks off! This was one of the best wedge salads that I've ever had. It had your key ingredients: iceberg, buttermilk dressing, red onion, crumbled egg, tomato, bacon gastrique, blue cheese, dill, chives - but something about this salad was different! It was so refreshing, flavorful--just everything you want in a dish. We ended the dining experience with their Peach Cobbler Hand Pie, which came with streusel, pistachio crumble, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area!

Definitely worth it! The vibes are unmatched. It's a unique blend of "top notch cocktail crafting" and "beer and a hot pretzel after work." You can dress up, you can dress down, it's very 'just be yourself' which I love. I've literally had caviar AND hot dogs there in the same night at an event. They know how to blend high/low. Incredible knowledge and ingredients but not snooty patootie. Super inclusive and fun, with cool popups and events happening all the time. It's a full bar so you can get any cocktail you would normally order if you're keeping it simple, or beer, wine, boilermakers, etc. There's a span of offerings and price points, so something for everyone. (Also really good N/A cocktails!) The menu is super inventive and creative! And the cocktail menu changes out every so often so there are new things to try. This area is vintage vibes and Baby Gee speaks it fluently. Really cool decor, curated by the owners who design everything from the playlist to the cocktails to the invention of never-before-seen flavors and shapes of jello shots. It's clear the owners put a lot of thought and creativity into making their cocktails the centerpiece of the experience. That said, the execution didn't live up to the concept. The menu appears to rotate regularly, and while the drinks were certainly unique, most of the cocktails we tried were hit or miss. At roughly $22 per drink, I expected more balance and refinement. One cocktail started with flavors reminiscent of an Old Fashioned, but after the initial sip, the combination of bitters and fruit syrups created an unpleasant cough syrup like finish. We tried a mocktail as well, and it was mostly ice and soda water, with what seemed like a collection of syrups doing most of the heavy lifting. The drinks were creative, but many of the flavor profiles felt disjointed rather than intentional. The biggest issue, however, was the bar service and sanitation practices. I watched a bartender place a cucumber garnish into a glass using his bare hands, touching the entire garnish in the process. He then continued to take credit cards, cash, and other items before stuffing ice into additional drinks with his bare hands. Whether or not this technically violates health code standards, it certainly wasn't appetizing to watch and left a poor impression. Parking is another challenge. There is no dedicated parking, and unless you get lucky, expect to park several blocks away and walk. Overall, the atmosphere is a lot of fun and the cocktail menu is ambitious, but the drinks didn't justify the price point, and the sanitation concerns were hard to overlook. I wouldn't rush back, especially given the cost and parking difficulties.

Though it doesn't come with lettuce and tomatoes, and it was a little greasy, the smash burger was large, juicy, and satisfying. The fries were also really good; crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. The Service: Our server was friendly, knowledge, and quick to respond when we asked for help. She also did us a solid by providing a side of lettuce (so my mom could get her veggies in) without charging us extra. The Atmosphere: Picture an Irish (American) pub and that's exactly what you get here. Fun decor, TV screens, wood furniture, and a bar area. We started with appetizers: mussels ($23) and braised lamb belly ($25). For the main course, we ordered a ribeye steak ($69), Scottish salmon ($46), and "dirty pasta" ($36). Drinks included a glass of wine ($17) and a glass of Coke ($4.50). With tax ($23.15) and an "employee benefits" charge ($5.51), the total came to $249.16 before gratuity. The mussels are cooked in a broth of white wine, nduja sausage, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and parsley, with a toasted baguette served on the side. I liked the overall taste of the dish, but the mussels were small. The braised lamb belly was an interesting dish, as it was served with kimchi and thin sheets of daikon radish on the side. I assumed the idea was to make a "taco" by combining the three components. I liked it, though the lamb had bit of gaminess which might not appeal to everyone. The ribeye plate comes as steak only, with sides available à la carte. The steak was cooked nicely--juicy and flavorful, though I was a bit surprised by how rich it tasted. The "dirty pasta" features large rigatoni, ground duck, ricotta, and sauce. It was good, and the duck made for an interesting change from the usual beef. As a complete dish, I think the Scottish salmon was impressive--both for its visual presentation and the taste of the meal as a whole. The restaurant floor has a split-level design. Upon entering, you'll find a large oval bar surrounded by tables and booths. Step down a level, and there are seats offering views of the Long Beach marina. This area with a view is protected by windows--which is good, as the marine air is often cool and breezy. It seems that nearly all the establishments owned by this restaurant group have names starting with the letter or word "A." When searching online, use the words "a pch restaurant," as "a pch" alone is apparently too vague a search term. A final note to management: I was surprised to see a $5.51 charge for "employee benefit" on our bill. I playfully asked our server what benefits this covered, but they didn't know. They mentioned it could be removed if I objected, but I chose not to. My point is, if you're charging diners, shouldn't your staff be able to explain it? And if the charge can be so easily dismissed, maybe you shouldn't be adding it in the first place.
