Love this place, The wings are bomb! My wife and I come here for the wings have a few beers and a good time. We will occasionally bring our kids with us, Marnis is family friendly and they have some claw machines for the kiddos and they have pool tables available, they don't mind if the kids play pool either. Marnis also offers a TouchTunes jukebox, live bands Fridays and Saturdays, free WiFi, they have schooners and a variety of beers on draft to choose from. They have a digital display of their actual temperature of their beer refrigerator which is pretty cool. My kids also love the wings but they also like the pretzels (huge pretzel!) and their pizzas but what kid doesn't like pizza lol! This place is a locals spot but it's a real chill place, they will serve you as if they've known you forever. Ari has been our server a few times and she is very tentative and we just had the pleasure of having Tiira as our server and she was awesome too! Long waiting time for drinks - people were not very friendly - cool band but I left shortly after they started because I had to get home

My friends and family like coming here, especially for the pool tables, BUT we can't play pool with these broken sticks. Paid $10 for an hour to use broken pool sticks. Hopefully these get fixed soon because we're always spending money on food and drinks while we play pool! read more

Came here with my girl for Thursday Night Football and the energy was on point this spot definitely knows how to host a game night. TVs everywhere, people cheering for their teams, pool tables going ....it's got that laid back, local sports bar vibe down. Started things off with Cadillac Margaritas, and they poured heavy in a good way no complaints here. For apps, we went with the Buffalo Wings always a solid choice here big wings and well sauced. For mains, we split the Fish & Chips and the Jumbo Hot Dog. The fish & chips were unfortunately a huge miss. The breading was thick, soggy, and pretty flavorless, and the fish itself didn't have much going on either. The saving grace was our server she noticed we weren't into it and took it off the bill without us even asking, which was genuinely appreciated. On the flip side, the Jumbo Hot Dog totally redeemed things it hand great flavor and I'd 100% order it again. This was my second time here (first was Monday Night Football), and the verdict's the same.....Marni's nails the game day atmosphere and bar staples like wings, burgers, and dogs. Great spot for watching sports on a nice afternoon in SoCal when you want to watch the game and have a drink and a good snack, but don't want to feel like you're inside a gross beer smelling dark cave. The service at Marni's was great, and we sat in a comfortable booth with views of lots of televisions. We started off with beers and fried cheese curds which were yummy but the second dish we ordered, standard nachos, was a little disappointing. There were no beans or pico de gallo or other salsa on the nachos, so it was just cheese and guacamole basically. They were pretty non-descript and I would order something else next time. Been here a few times and the food is always mediocre and overpriced. We had the Irish nachos. It was just a pile of fries with melted, cold cheese on top with a sprinkle of bacon and green onions and a dab of sour cream. The cheese was cold and like a "hat" on top of the fries, which were also cold. So you would never get a fry with cheese on it. We pulled the cheese off to get to the fries and basically had to break off a hunk of cheese separately. Also the bacon had a freezer burned flavor to it. The band was great and the service was ok seeing how it was pretty crowded. The bathroom stunk of Fabuloso which is never a good idea for a restaurant. The strong smell wafts out of the bathroom and into the main area. It's not very appetizing. This isn't the first restaurant I've been to with this issue. PLEASE STOP USING FABULOSO! We love to get two cheeseburgers and fat fries, our waitress knows us and already has our order in when we walk in. This place has become my new favorite place. I recently went to check this place out because I met this raiders fan named Mike who wouldn't stop raving about this place. I told him even though his football teams sucks I'd give this place a shot. I gave it a shot and to my suprise was very impressed by the food and the ambience of the restaurant. I was helped out and given great service by this lady named Jenny. She was so delightful and has a smile that lights up the room. Shout out Jenny! I have been here quite a few times and was never really that impressed with the service, they were friendly-ish but never really made you feel welcome or glad to be here. However, tonight my sister pulled me out here again and though I was reluctant, I am SO GLAD I came. We had a new server this time, Jenny, and she was a delight! Even though she was really busy, she checked in on us as much as she could, she was all smiles, and she made us laugh. It's insane how different great service can make you feel about this place. Nice venue. the staff worked their butts off. All staff members seemed to be working off of 1 POS system. The drinks were good but No refills. It's hard to mess up Whiskey on the rocks! The food was over priced and terrible, frozen and deep fried. They have so many items on their menu, it's no wonder they can't get one meal right out to the tables. I had to catch the waitress to check on my food. It took over an hour to get it once ordered! I observed more food being dumped into the trash then consumed. I asked several customers about the pizza and got thumbs down on that menu choice. They charge a premium price, $16.95 for a chicken sandwich with fries. Two chicken strips over cooked on a bun with lettuce and tomato. Grissle in the tenders, un-eatable. A 40' bar with one bartender who not only made drinks but had to serve them as well. Looking for a quick lunch spot during our break from tournaments we found Marni's, to be a refuge for some comfort food. Nice space for larger groups, table, booth or bar seating available. We were welcomed and walked right to a lopsided open table. Our selections of sliders, salads and cheese curds made for a crowd pleaser. Though the water refills needed to keep up with our thirst, the pitcher was then left for our table. It may be worth it to invest in some new water pitchers. This clear pitcher had discoloration. Maybe from iced tea? Our thirst continued. Customers not drinking water did have more frequented visits of service with the same amount of people in their party. For us it was a little lacking at our table of five. Still gave it a four as the food made up for it. I would visit again, hoping for a better experience next time around. Lots of free parking available for diners with surrounding shops and eateries. Within walking distance to take a stroll and discover new finds. read more

Stopped by to watch the 49ers game on Sunday and we called ahead to ask for a seat close by to watch the game, we had the pleasure of speaking to Sandy on the phone and she saved us a wonderful seat. We arrived and got seated immediately to a wonderful booth by the window and great view of the tv showing our game. We ordered buffalo wings, a quesadilla and even a pepperoni pineapple pizza. I tried this local spot the other night on a whim and I'm so impressed with it overall. When you first walk in, there's nothing special going on-- just an older crowd with some decent live music and some good drinks. The bartender Lizzy was so attentive and helpful for anything I needed. She had great energy!! Let me take a second to write about the bartender lizzy, i mean first of all she is the easiest person to talk to and makes you feel at home immediately as you walk through the door, she was so attentive with everything I wanted and constantly making sure i had enough to drink and eat and enough entertainment. SHE WAS THE BEST ALL AROUND. And the busser madden, wow what an absolute sweetheart. He was taking care of us left and right did not leave us with a dirty table once. The service is awful. We went in on a Sunday the restaurant was pretty empty and the employees were no where to be found. We sat ourselves and waited for someone to come and greet us or hand our menus. After waiting maybe 10 minutes we found some menus at the front and shortly after the server came out. We put in our drinks and those took a bit to come out. Once we got our drinks our server never came back to ask for our order, after waiting about 30 minutes for her to come take our order we asked for the check and headed else where. The whole time we waited we tried to wave down our server or make eye contact for her to come over, however she would never look our way and seemed like she was just aimlessly walking around. I went a few times because it's local and they have karaoke on Wednesdays, which was fun the couple times I did it and the KJ was really accommodating. However twice I showed up during regular hours and was turned away at the door because they had some event going on inside and weren't letting any customers in yet. They said it would end at 7, except it was 7:30 at that very moment. I didn't feel like waiting around so I found somewhere else to sing. OK wings, terrible pizza. I won't be going back, there are better places to spend my money that actually want customers read more
