I ran into Andres as he was walking out of a job close to Central Park. I had thought about installing three split units at home but was intimidated by it. Andres took the time evaluate the job and give his guidance. No pressure. I met with two other companies and their sales pressure was just too much for me. Also, I like to talk to the actual technicians doing the job. I'm an engineer with extensive experience in projects and development so I ask a lot of questions to make sure the people doing the work know what they are doing. Andres is not only one of the partners but also the technician who managed the job and installed all units. Andres planned all the work and explained all the ordering in advance. He and his staff visited the property before the actual work started. During and after the installation, Andres was available for questions and for advice. I plan to continue working with him and hire them for additional jobs. I second what another reviewer said, Andres knows his stuff and his prices were reasonable! By the way, I looked into the reviews provided by Demo and Frederick P. If you click on these names you will see that neither of those accounts are real. These are most likely competitors or just internet trolls. Go with the others and reach out to some of them and ask questions. read more

Called and spoke to Andres (try his other number at 929 275 6395.) We didn't understand each other as he only spoke Spanish. But he followed up with text messages and a phone call from his partner, who did speak English. They both came right away to look at the problem and gave us reasonable prices for an old commercial refrigerator. Then they also assessed a problem with a Good humor freezer. Since it was late, after 9pm, we decided to have the work done tomorrow. Andres and his partner came even earlier and did the work. The fridge and freezer are now working beautifully. And Andres came 10 hours later to check on his work. Great to work with and highly recommended! Now it's a day after, and the temperature in both the fridge and freezer are even lower. Do not call them, do not hire them to do anything, or they will overcharge you and than break your fridge!!! I had called them for becouse I lost freon in one of my fridges. Paid $480 in cash to find the leack in my fridge and replace freon, received 1 year warranty. 2 days later fridge lost all the gas. I called them again, they showed up only a few days later. Fridge worked for 2 days and stopped. Called them again, they would not respond. 1 month it is not operational, they failed to fix the fridge, honor their warranty, or refund the money. Called Elegant HVAC. had it fixed in 1 hour for way less money. It is over a week and the fridge is working. 3 guys refrigeration are bunch of unprofessional, dishonest individuals. Hi, since I contacted them I discovered that no one wants to do small jobs in Ft. Lee high-rises because of paperwork. Can't blame them, honestly. Maintenance guy here opened it up, pointed out broken ice-maker water pump. He shut off the water and we bought ice trays -- problem solved for ten bucks :-) read more

I wish I had not waited so long to repair the light in my fridge. The service I received from 3 Guys was professional, prompt, and at a great price! Andres repaired the light and kept me informed at every step of the process. He kept his word regarding when he would return to complete the repair, not flaky like so many contractors I have dealt with. I will DEFINITELY call 3 Guys again if I need a repair to my fridge. My huge fridge stopped cooling. The 3 guys came same day for evaluation, gave the cause and approximate cost. Once they received all supplies (next day), 2 of them worked for 4-5 hours because there was an additional electrical issue. They did not charge me extra for the extra work. Quick and fair service with knowledgeable people. Language barrier was minimum, my Spanish is almost non existent. But work speak for itself. read more

Please do not call these people unless you like to get robbed or scammed. They sent someone named Andre who basically came to our restaurant to fix a leak in the commercial walkin freezer. He did more damage to the freezer and charged $950.00 and received an advance of $600.00. He said that he needed to get a "part" and he never came back to finish the "botched " job. The owner did not even call to follow up with his employee. We would not recommend these people because they are thieves and a fraud. They will be reported to the Consumer Affairs in Brooklyn, New York. read more

Called 3 Guys when my fridge broke down and thankfully they had a technician available next morning which was a Saturday. Fridge was repaired promptly with no new parts needed. Very nice guy who pointed out the issues and got my fridge working like new again. Contacted a couple other places and they were the quickest to respond. read more

I requested a quote to fix my refrigerator through Yelp and 3 Guys was one of the first to respond. I was a little nervous because there are a couple of kind of scary reviews on here, but it turns out I was worried for nothing! They were working on a place nearby, so they came only a few hours after I had messaged them. They recommended that I replace my inexpensive refrigerator rather than fix it, which I appreciate. I opted to have it fixed anyway, as it was quicker and more convenient for me. They fixed it right then without having to order any parts. I can't really speak to their labor rates, as I have nothing to compare them to, but their rate for a service call is very competitive and the repair was still less than the cost of an inexpensive fridge so I am satisfied. Our fridge broke the night before Thanksgiving and we were hosting the next day! We reached out at 5pm and heard back within 15 minutes, and had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the AM on Thanksgiving Day. They arrived right when they said they would, worked efficiently and were able to put in a temporary part so that our thanksgiving wouldn't be ruined. They are heroes!
