More importantly, we were considering another company that wanted to charge us double LP's rate and said that we had mold throughout our system, which sounded alarmist. The guy who came is named Vano. He was personable, considerate, warned me before he started to use the vaccuum ("I'm going to make noise!"), cleaned up after himself as well as dust that was on the floor, building up over the last year. He did the job well, and noticed that we do the laundry almost daily, so there's a rapid accumulation of garbage in the screen that catches all of the lint as the steam exits the exterior of our building... so he said that if we notice it getting clogged-up over the next 6 months, we can just call them to ask him to visit and clean the screen (it's very hard for us to access this screen safely) at NO CHARGE. That makes me feel like I would NEVER use another company for this service as long as these guys have Vano working for them. I am committed to these guys. They are simply 100% awesome.
