I would not recommend Eco Air…read more They repaired one of my Daikin outdoor units several months ago. After the repair, both outdoor control panels were left open and unsecured for months, exposing the electrical components to the weather. Recently, both systems failed. I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. I will be pursuing legal remedies to recover my damages. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision.

I messaged HVAC Repair via Yelp, they responded immediately with multiple appointment times (some as soon as the next morning) and told me that the total cost, which starts at $285, would be provided after the full inspection. The technicians showed up on-time (a few minutes early, actually) and had the job completed in an hour and a half. They took before and after pictures (the amount of mold in one of my AC units was frankly horrifying) and explained what they did. They did an excellent job cleaning them out and I'm so happy with the service. The final cost ended being $265 per unit for a total $597.97 after 8.875% sales tax and a 3.95% credit card surcharge (which can be avoided by paying via Zelle or in cash).
